This restaurant is just so my type! 🫶🏻 The food is amazing, the caviar is one of the very best I’ve ever had and their champagne’s collection is just freaking amazing! During weekends there are dancers facing around the restaurant, there are some very nice shows sometimes.This is a high end restaurant so be prepared to see very elegant and famous people. I stayed the weekend here and have been so impressed with the service level. The staff and particularly the guest concierges do an incredible job at making you feel special. The Sunday brunch with live jazz music was the best brunch Ive been to and I also really loved the pool. Cant wait to come back again one day!!

Executive chef Vijayudu is one of the best chefs Ive ever met..I can always tell a difference when hes there verses not there..the food is amazing. He is an excellent Chef and I look forward to seeing him on each visit.

I have never ever had a better experience at a hotel! I wish I could leave a higher review! Every staff member we came in contact with was so overly sweet and accommodating, the rooms were spotless when we checked in and after every time the maids came in (at least twice a dayit was quiet and peaceful. We ate at all the restaurants and room service and there was nothing we ordered that I have any complaint about! Delicious and wonderfully made drinks!! If we called and needed anything we were taken care of immediately. I do want to brag highly on the gentleman at the front by the name Pablo, he went over the top to take care of us, get us reservations, offer any accommodation we didn’t even think of, and was always there to greet us with a genuine smile. He got us vehicles when we didn’t want to drive, always had our car ready for us when we did, walked us anywhere when we had a question, his recommendations of where to go were perfect. I could go on and on, but I’m sure you’ve stopped reading this by now lol. On top of how amazing this place is, Pablo made everything perfect and we will only stay here when we come to South Beach. By far my best experience from check in to check out by anywhere that I have traveled!! Thank you!!

Spent the last portion of our vacation at The Setai in Miami Beach. Was a very nice place to stay, and seemed very conscious of guests privacy, which was interesting as I worked out in the gym with an entertainer and their crew, and ended up having a nice chat and respected their boundaries. I imagine its not infrequently that this occurs.Ate at the restaurant for breakfast and lunch and was pleased with everything . The scenery was beautiful and teh climate was very nice, with some outdoors exposure but kept comfortable for the guests.

5 star hotel with a 2 star restaurant. Know this, if it is a hot day it is HOT AS HELL in the dinner area. It is a open rooftop with no ac. If you’re cool with that dress appropriately. Also, we came for the entertainment as advertised but did not see one fire dancer.

We decided to come here for Miami spice month there was a Hostess by the name of Shakari from a person who works in the hospitality industry she was the worst Hostess Ive ever encountered I booked my reservation on open table I had a confirmation email as well as a text we get up to the table she asked for the name I give her the name she seems like shes having trouble finding it I tell her multiple times that I have a confirmation would she like to see she continues to brush me off asking me for my phone number my name spell my name am I sure that the reservation is for Jaya and not the Ocean Grill meanwhile the whole time I have a confirmation email open on my phone trying to show her I look and there is a line of people waiting to be seated I am now embarrassed she still refuses to look at my confirmation after 20 minutes she finally finds my reservation the worst experience that Ive ever encountered Im so glad we only came for Miami spice menu the best thing about the night was the show they sat me at the worst table I had to constantly move because the waiters were coming through with chairs to take them upstairs finally was able to move after I complained multiple times Ive eaten at Michelin star Ive eaten everywhere here in Miami from the Hiden to Komodo ,Chi and never had this experience highly disappointed Honestly made me feel like because I was black I did not belong.. reservation was under the name Ashante Jones

Besides the gorgeous views and very well appointed rooms, the staff and service here are what sets the Setai apart! Rachel and Asli at the front desk exemplified what 5 star service should be. The suite had everything one could ask for - washer/dryer, great speakers, and plenty of (great smelling!toiletries. You cant beat the birds eye views

I went for the breakfast buffet with my family. It was fantastic and the service was excellent.

We found this place to dine at random by walking on the beach. It had a great vibe and very cute outdoor space. The staff were friendly and suggested some great wine. It was pricey though and they didn’t have all the items available! It seemed that they have a basket of bread on the table but they were ran out!

We have truly enjoyed our Setai Miami, Florida in the hotel in Room 511. We had a wonderful dinner at Jaya for our daughter’s 21st Birthday!My friends husband and I had the VERY best reflexology massage at the beach with Nicolle Arias was amazing!!! Great stay!

This hotel is EVERYTHING! The hotel is beautiful with top notch staff!!!We stayed in an oceanview suite and the view was truly unmatched!I do not habe enough words to adequately describe our experience, but it was topnotch! The restaurant Jaya is AMAZING! The food and entertainment was unmatched! If you can afford the steep pricing, it is worth every penny!!!

Stayed here about a week ago and it was the best hotel Ive ever stayed at. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. They were very accommodating and genuinely seemed like they enjoy being there. Beautiful interior with unique pieces of art in the rooms and around the hotel. Having three pools of all different temperature was something I was not expecting and thoroughly enjoyed. Amazing food.

The best food. The best service. Is 6⭐️. Very nice sound. Perfect light 💡 is perfect restaurant for Miami - Florida. The past with lobster 🦞 is fenomenal.

I was at the kiosk on the beach and explained them that I was robbed and my cooler was stolen, I ask them to buy some water for my 6 years old and the said NO , the only sale for guest , so guest what ? I will never stay in that hotel ! So bad judgment and discrimination!!!!

I drove to the back entrance looking for the place but luckily enough it was a valet back there. He was super nice and said once done eating we can go out the front. Took a short walk to the front of the restaurant. Hostesses were very nice and punctual. We were seated right away. Hostess sat us at a great table directly in the middle so once the shows started we had a great view. Waiter was super nice and explained everything we had questions on. Drinks were strong and very good. Food came out super fast. Food lacked a bit of flavor and was a little dry. The filet mignon just needed a bit more of the sauce it was cooked in. Fried rice needed soy sauce. Chicken tikka was a bit dry. Food was the only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 5 stars. Entertainment was top notch. The DJ played great music and the girls on stage were wonderful. Customer service was phenomenal I’d definitely go back again. Upon leaving however I wasn’t told about the $27 valet charge until my car arrived. No biggie I just wish I had been told previously.

When Phillip, your pool manager calls someone the N-word there have things to be done immediately. This cannot be left unspoken! There is no such thing as racist behaviour in 2022.

Sadly, I would not visit this location. It was on my " to go list". However, to allow staff to call a guest the N word is not acceptable. Especially as a BLACK MAN.I spend my money where I am celebrated!!!!

Very shocked, surprised and sickened by the lack of response to racist remarks made by your pool manager. I was waiting to see if there would be a public apology or at least some notification that the matter was accordingly addressed but instead you turned your Instagram comments section off. I was planning to stay their with the family but I shall be making other reservations. I don’t want to risk abusive behaviour and treatment from members of your staff. I’d advise others to stay away! Safety and respect comes before anything else.

Our stay at the Setai was amazing. We stayed at the ocean suites. The amenities were over the top for the ocean suites. Our transportation to and from the airport was arranged for us, non alcoholic beverages were in our room to enjoy, beach bag, I mean the list goes on. The reservation desk, concierge, bell hops, restaurant works, cleaning services, everyone was literally amazing. My husband’s bag was lost by the airline and the concierge arranged someone to go back to the airport and retrieve it. We also enjoyed the couples love retreat at the spa and the service was very intimate. Both restaurants were very good and would have wanted to eat there if I wasn’t staying at the hotel. 10/10 recommend.

We are speechless with our stay honestly! From the moment we walked in we felt super welcome 🙏 and felt like all stuff knew us! The food is outstanding, the service is above outstanding! Thank you all very much and definitely recommend to stay here:)

We stayed at the Setai for 4 nights in May 2022. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the F1 motor race, so room rates for the first 3 nights had more than doubled. But at the regular rate, the Setai would score highly for quality / price.This is a very attractive hotel, designed by the accomplished resort architect Jean-Michel Gathy. We have stayed at several Gathy properties around the world and they never fail to please.Dining at the Setai is first class and the food and ambience at the main restaurant Jaya is really special.We experienced some noise related issues with our room, but management was very proactive and helpful in addressing these. If it had not been for this, we would have given the Setai 5 stars.Overall the staff were very helpful and attentive. In particular, we would like to thank the Guest Relations Manager Britta and Concierge Maria.If you are visiting Miami Beach, the Setai is a must.

One of the most amazing hotel experience I had period. Ive previously visited Miami and stayed at hotels such as 1 hotels, the W, Faena etc...I believe that the Setai is 1 step above every other hotels in South Beach. The attention to detail and the service was incredible. Boris was extremely helpful when storing my luggage, Jose and his twin brother Hector were amazing at the beach & restaurant respectively. The concierge were also amazing in helping me book the car service and make the necessary reservations throughout my stay. Only comment I have is I was meeting my girlfriends parents for the first time and had to pay extra 100$ a person to access the beach which is not ideal, but understandable given the fact that the hotel probably dont want to overcrowd their beaches. This is definitely a hotel that I would be coming back to in the near future.

As a Miami local, my wife and I love to come here for a staycation. It is the best place to stay on Miami Beach hands down. The Setai has the best service, food and pool/beach setup than any other hotel on the Beach.

The appetizers were great, octopus amazing, mozzarella and tomatoes delicious. The pasta was not so great. The sauce was so so. The nodules too al dente. A little more cooking and it would have been perfect. Surprise for such a simple dish it was so bland. The bread for the table was hard and a little stale and cold.

This place triple charged me. Literally billed me close to 6K for a 2k bill. When I called to get things rectified, I was ignored by some staff and had to argue with others. Finally, the hotel acknowledged it was an error on their end and fixed it. Took almost a month. Awful experience.

The Setai was delicious, high end food. They had a fire dancer perform during our meal. The service was great, I definitely recommend. They have unique cocktails and one I didn’t really like was replaced immediately with something else.

Wife booked for our anniversary. Beautiful hotel, great staff and nice location. Thanks! Be careful if walking north on the boardwalk, lots of homeless men hang next to hotel there.

I did the massage treatment at the spa- it was a good massage and very relaxing. The reception ladies were very professional in their job, and made us feel relaxed even before the treatment.I recommend this place for sure.

My husband and I stayed at Setai at the Art Deco building, oceanfront suite for our anniversary. Overall a great experience. The staff were very professional and helped us celebrate our special day flawlessly.The room: we got the oceanfront suite that overlooks the ocean but unfortunately the half side were blocked by ‘Seagull hotel’ in front… the room was decent size, had a balcony and double sinks… but the floor was dirty.Amenities were great, even though we didn’t use any during our 2-night stay.Jaya at Setai was the best part of the hotel.Next time we would try the ocean tower side. I feel like Art Deco building is outdated.

The hotel is beautiful. Most importantly the customer service was outstanding. Irene at the front desk made sure our 3 night stay was perfect! We had an issue with our lights dimmer in the room and with in minutes she had engineers and maintenance taking care of it. All staff was so kind and accommodating. The location is fantastic and the pools are beautiful. We had an amazing wedding Anniversary and Birthday celebration at Setai. Thank you!

I love the ambiance of this hotel and the staff are very attentive. My absolute favorite hotel in south Miami Beach. Rooms are spacious and unique (although even if I book an ocean view always ending up in a street view roomits still worth the stay for the experience.

The ambiance gets 5 stars, but the food get 3. I ateShrimp Dumplings, which I really likedTuna Tacos, not impressedChicken Makhani, it comes out over hot coals. I didnt eat it right away, so maybe the extra time made it drier than its intended to be, but the flavor was minimal anyway so I dont recommendSea Bass Tikka, the worst sea bass I had in Miami. It also cams on over hot coals but I did eat this one right away and it was very dry for sea bass, no flavor or buttery texture.Macallan Cappuccino, its a very cute dessert but its soupy and didnt taste like much at all.The service is nothing to right home about either, the staff was attentive, our waters were always full, but the didnt make any recommendations. The pace of the service is leisurely, which is nice because in two hours, that allowed time to enjoy 3 "main stage" performances and two mini performances. I really have to give it up for the girls, they were beautiful and entertaining and create an element to this dining experience that makes setai worth mentioning.

I had some time to kill one morning while I was staying at a different hotel for the weekend, so I called and made an appointment for a manicure. They were very nice and I was even able to go early and relax in the relaxation room, have a cup of tea, stare at the ocean from about 18-20 stories high. So beautify! My appointment was very night. I was lounging in a bed, with warm blankets while I had my manicure. Very relaxing. I enjoyed the manicurist, very pleasant conversation, and she gave me some tips on how to best care for my nails and cuticles each day. Thank you!! I was able to go back to the relaxation room while my nails dried and have a cup of tea and again enjoy the ocean view. The entire experience was the best of the whole weekend I was in town. I would LOVE to come back again and stay at the Setai and enjoy all they have to offer. ❤️

Cant go wrong here. Service is excellent. Rooms are very nice. Beach is great. Food service is excellent on the beach. Good drink selection as well. At night this is the place to be. Full of beautiful half dressed women everywhere🤩.

We were there for my friends birthday dinner and had somewhat of a wonderful time.I put it this way because I enjoyed the decor and ambiance. The entertainers were amazing. I have not seen acrobatics done so well in a long time. The food was also tasty and affordable.I am only giving 4 stars, however, because of the minor inconveniences we experienced:-our table was in the back right next to the checkout,so we had a LOT of traffic around us.- One of us had to deal with water leaking from the AC.- And our server got most of our orders wrong (granted, we were a large party).Beware, its so frequented that the valet couldnt park our cars. We parked on the lot, a block away and walked back.

The Setai Team provides world-class customer service and go the extra mile to ensure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. From check-in to check-out the experience was seamless, serene, and incredibly relaxing. The beach and pool facilities & service are excellent as well, and having several restaurant options on-site it extremely convenient. I look forward to returning!

The hotel stay checked in with me the day prior to my stay and asked what time my flight came in because they wanted to make sure my run was available soon my arrival. At 9:30 it was ready and I was allowed an early check in. The staff was extreme attentive and made sure that we knew everything about the property. They even made sure we knew how to operate all of the room controls and the shower. The food was amazing, the beach was pristine and the pool was immaculate. I cant say enough good things about this place. Ill be back!

Awesome place with friendly staff and cabana boys! Right on beach where girls layout topless🤷🏼‍♂️Very luxurious and has nice restaurant! Fairly good location on Collins ave for bars nightclubs and of course shopping! Pool is private from beach and workout room is decent-

Are you looking for a peaceful, luxurious, 5-star South Beach experience? The Setai is THE hotel for you, if you enjoy...1Rooms that are poorly cleaned, and are subject to loud electronic music until midnight on weekends (thanks to the club-like atmosphere in the hotel restaurant)...2Toilets that barely flush, and that splash your fecal matter all over the toilet seat (and floorwhen you do manage to successfully flush them...3A dysfunctional spa that confirms your appointment 2+ weeks in advance, only to tell you 10 minutes after your arrival to the spa that your therapist did not arrive and that you can reschedule for the following day after your scheduled checkout time...4Pools that are so frigid as to make one question whether they exist purely for aesthetics (and that are constantly inundated by pesky mosquitos)...5Average (at bestlunch buffets that cost $95 per person, plus gratuity and tax...Seriously: we’ve stayed at 5 star hotels all over the world, and the Setai isn’t one of them. Don’t be fooled by the hype. This place seems to be surviving based purely on its past reputation — not the experience it currently provides.There are over a dozen superior properties in Miami Beach alone (let alone the greater South Florida area). Disregard the canned, apologetic response that the hotel’s manager will post in response to this review. Save your money. Go elsewhere. You’ll thank me later!

Probably one of the best hotels in Miami, The Setai Beach Hotel ensured our great stay in Miami.Super friendly and caring staff. We had the pleasure to be coordinated by the manager Sahar and Irina (from the front desk).They were committed to providing us the highest service and experiential experience, we would definitely be back thanks to their attention and love.

Hotel staff is wonderful. Extremely attentive and are always willing to help. Valet guys are the best. Super friendly and passionate about their jobs. Had a few small issues day/night 1 but the front desk responded extremely professional and appropriately. Management followed up to see how stay was and how we are throughout the 4 days we stayed here. I do wish the rooms were a little more luxurious for the price but the overall experience here was well worth the money. 3 pools at various temperatures starting from 75, 85, and then 95 degrees for the kids pool. Beach has availability for guests and the staff gets everyone a lounge with a towel and complimentary bottle of water. The professionalism, promptness, politeness, and willingness of the staff is what earned the 5 star rating from me.

Service is top notch. I got several texts offering assistance throughout the day, and there is drink service everywhere. At one point, a guest in the room across from us got in a very noisy couples’ altercation. Security handled it very professionally and ensured everyone was safe.The rooms are laid out in a very innovative fashion, with a tub right below the TV just a couple of feet from the bed! Definitely take advantage of this if you can - really nice luxury. Showers are incredible as well.Drinks are pricey, but the coconut ones are worth the money - they pick out very high quality coconuts. Also a big fan of the summer in Mykonos cocktail.

I took a long time to write this review. Our family enjoyed our stay at the Setai Miami. We had a two bedroom with a great view. The modern look and all the amenities were perfect for us. We loved the spa with a perfect view of the pool and beach. We will definitely be back. The check in was exceptional
