Nice hotel but not enough parking lot available

My daughter leaves her phone at the lobby, after making a call to the hotel asking them for a favor to help locate the phone. They moving fast and give me a call back with the updated info. Sure a great service for giving all the guests the need without hesitation.

The location is quite central, the service was good, but sadly the maintenance and the upkeeping of the facilities and amenities needs serious upgrade!

Feels like 4 stars hotel, breakfast was sent to my room a bit late but complete enough for me to choose what i want to eat, towels and bed sheets are clean and feels like new. Secured access (lift only accessible for your room floor). Room wasnt that soundproof, but still ok.

The location is near to Alun Alun Pati, you could get food easier near the hotel.The room is ok but some facilities like the bathroom door, mirror, should be fixed. Some towels are dirty.They have a pool and gym. The food is quite good but nothings special. No many options for the food and drink.

The hotel is in good condition for the most part, the rooms are a nice size, the beds are comfortable, and the place is clean. For me at least, my opinion of a hotel depends on the food, and this place has failed in epic fashion so far.The breakfast buffet was all cold except for the fried rice (The soup was especially cold), and the room service was similarly lacking in heat. It tasted good, bit it appears they cooked it a while before they sent it up, or perhaps got it out of a fridge and didnt warm it up properly.For the rooms and customer service Id go with five stars, but the food has been pretty poor.Edit - The second day breakfast was cold again, something that rather spoils my morning.

Dont expect white linen & towel, you get worn out linen & towel. Noisy room, since there is a karaoke pub with poor noise damper. So so breakfast.

As the hotel is new, the room condition and cleanliness is good. But the breakfast service is very bad, especially for Sahur in Ramadhan! Few of food provided both in terms of variety and amount. Many of guests did not even get sahur food because the food provided was exhausted. The restaurant service is very bad and slow. Avoid staying in this hotel in the month of Ramadan or before Lebaran!!!

Staff are great. But dont stay in low level room. Very noisy music from karaoke. Average

Ugh, where to start. Soo noisy! There is a karaoke bar on the second floor that plays pounding music heard throughout the entire building. Staff barely speaks english. They lost my laundry, the room was gross (see photosand ants were everywhere!! Dont leave any food anywhere! I was so happy to check out and get out of there. Never again!

Room is clean and wide and good lay out. Shower has hot and cold water. Near to attractive place, Alun-Alun Pati. Parking is narrow but hotel officer offer good help so no need to worry about it. And they help me to wash our car... I like it

I requested for a non-smoking room, but Ive got the whole floor smell like smoking-floor. The front office staff like never handle front-office task before. The shower makes an annoying and noisy sound.

Nice hotel for a small town like Pati. Frequent wedding pasties held here. Only bad experience I have is I Stayed at 4th floor and music from Masterpiece Karaoke can be herd from evening to morning, making my rest was a little uncomfortable

the room are clean n tidy. a lot of artistic furniture made from wood and hand made.food and beverage are so so.the pool a bit dirty. there are karaoke room. ball room are spacey. ac and wifi are working great.

It was pleasure stay here. Hotel services is very satisfactory,close to Alun Alub Pati,walking on night to go to Alun Alun Pati from Safin Hotel is very fun. Hotel location,room facility,scenery are beautiful.

Bad Service, asking towel for more than 1 hour and call reception 3 times but the towel didnt come. Food also bad, tried spaghetti and tom yum, all are sweet
