The Roast Chiang Rai Coffee - Cafe in Chiang Rai, Thailand
The Roast Chiang Rai Coffee in Chiang Rai
Description
Nice coffee here!
I had a latte, good texture, good flavour, the coffee bean has a nice roast. The place is nice too
MoreAwesome coffee shop. They make some incredible brews! I loved the iced latte I had. I’m still not sure how they achieved that coffee stripe in the middle. Seems like a real ‘coffee person’s’ cafe. Very quick and friendly service, with great prices. Very enjoyable experience.
MoreLocal quality coffee roaster. Reasonable price. Various selection of coffee beans. Let’s try.
MoreYes, very good latte. Very smooth and nutty just like how I like it. Busy street. Love the way they have furnished this place. Very comfy. Pity it isn’t over looking the Mae Nam Kok.
MoreAmazing coffee - we had some drinks and also beans. Until today still drinking coffee from them amazing will order again
MoreSmall coffee shop in Chiang Rai. This shop is solely focused on coffee. Their roasts are very good. So good that I bought some beans to go. While I appreciate that their focus is on coffee..... "Would it kill them to put out a pound cake, something"? Frank Costanza." We are sitting there drinking coffee without a piece of cake" Estelle Costanza.
Moreabsolute fabulous coffee.
Coffee was really great. Staff knowledgeable and decent equipment. So cheap too!
Great coffee and very nice staff. The best taste, for me.
The same coffee shon with The Roastery by Roj (I confused in first timethis place have only house blend and made with coffee machine only and I chosen house blend Phangkhon with honey process, it’s amazing taste for me feel like the roast smell and wild honey in your mouth when drink it !! 😆
MoreSome of the best coffee in Chiang Rai
Best coffee with many choice of beans
Nice coffee, with good selection of beans to choose how you want it. They have air con room with big deal good for work on laptop which I use it for.
MoreIts okay, only coffee. Difficult to park and right next to a busy road.
Good latte! Outside seat is cosy and nice.
Friendly staff with good coffee. Small cafe with warm welcome
A coffee shop recommended by the locals in Chiang Rai. Theres another branch just 500 meters away from this shop. Though its the same brand, the coffee here is a bit cheaper than the other one. Both shops serve good coffees and sell self-roasted coffee beans. It worths a shot for coffee lovers.
MoreA small coffee shop that roasts it own coffee which is sourced in Chiang Rai province. Apart from making cups of coffee, they also sell (and grind if requiredcoffee beans in various roast strengths. The coffee is also available in drip bags. The coffee is good quality very tasty and the prices are very reasonable.
MoreNice coff in Chiangrai
Best coffee Ive tried in Chiang Rai
Theres something wrong with the photos of the coffee in other reviews for this location. Maybe they changed. The cappuccino here looks like regular cappuccino from Starbucks. Not premium grade that in the other photos. Heres what they gave me in the attached photo. So folks, dont confuse this location with the Roastery by Raj. Not the same pedigree. Keep your expectations lower.
MoreThey sell very delicious local coffee for a very neat price. Make sure to try it out.
MoreThis is a very good coffee stop. These people have a real coffee passion. Their English wasnt great but the Thais are almost always polite and helpful. Half the cafe is open air and they also have a comfortable area with aircon. The cool (no punpart about this area is they have a continuous loop video playing about Thai coffee farming by the Hill Tribes and their progress to deliver high quality Arabica coffee. It was really good. My Thai wife was easily able to coach them on making flat whites. We tried 1 each dark and medium roast. The dark roast is very much French style and the mid roast more Italian. I find that I always need to ask for a double shot as singles seen to be the norm. Thai coffee can be as good as any in the world. I cant think why Thais would import so many big name brands. Maybe corporate ownership.
MoreVery good cappuccino at 50 baht a cup. Small place, but theres a sofa and some armchairs
MoreFor those who looking for coffee in town , the Roast is the best place to have one , great coffee friendly staff
MoreLegitimately great coffee at very reasonable prices
Nice cappucino
Good coffee, but certainly not amongst the best in CR and not very welcoming staff. Saturday coffee or Coffee Energy are much better
MoreTheres so many excellent cafes in Chiang Rai that it is hard to rate them. These guys have their own roasts, light, medium and dark. Its good and the beans are inexpensive.
MoreGood cafe but the coffee might be blend for some people
Really nice little cafe with good coffee and an aircon room for the hot days
Nice clean environments...
I visited here in February, staffs and the owner were kind. Also their coffee was the best one I have ever tried in thailand. I had a single origin coffee with mild roasting chiangrai bean, which is nice. I miss their coffee....
MoreGood coffee but like someone mentioned before, for a latte (50 bath), get an additional shot (10 bathif you really want to taste coffee. The photo is before I added the shot. It’s pale.
MoreGreat coffee place. Very trendy and also have milk alternatives
Specialty Coffee place with own roasting facilities. If you are serious coffee person, this wont disappoint you.
MoreA very enthusiastic coffee roaster and barista, highly recommend for specialty coffee in Chiangrai.
MoreA place serving freshly brewed coffee with a choice of beans and description provided in English. Coffee could do with an extra shot given the amount of milk (not expensive, only 10THB to add a shot). The staff were friendly and WiFi is fast here. It isn’t very crowded so feel free to chill out, we stuck around for a bit just sitting there and watching people. Many other customers ordered iced milk tea so we tried that too, with Thai fashion, it veers towards the sweet side. This place also offers barista courses in Thai.
MoreI really love their passion for making good coffee here at Roast. They offer classes on coffee appreciation, barista-ship, and bring in beans from many different regions around the world. They even have their own roasting machine in-house, which is a very plausible act commitment to the art. That said, if youre like me whos just there for a good cuppa coffee, the prices are also reasonable and definitely worth every penny. I personally tried the Sumatra and Braziian beans, and also the Thai Iced Milk Tea - so very good!
MoreAmongst the best in Chiang Rai. Owners are very knowledgeable and caring for every cup of coffee that goes out. Quality of the beans are perfect.
MoreThis is the 4th place I tried in Chiang Rai and by far the best latte in the city. 50 that for a latte of this quality is quite rare. Stop by and let me know what you think.
MoreBest coffee in Thailand. Can buy coffee and beans and other things as well. Not suited to stay here for longer time though.
MoreReally nice place, serves great coffee.
Fortunately life takes me to places like this one, the quality of their coffee and job is amazing, I loved their passion for the perfection and spread of knowledge of the top quality coffee, also their happines to talk with you and share their coffee stories. When you buy here you are supporting small coffee families with a fair price, not big companies who give you standad drink.
MoreEven my Americano is good here. I think, a cafe that cares to make good even Americano, is a good cafe.
MoreWell worth a visit for you regular fix of roasted beans.
The best place in Chiang Rai to get fresh roasted local coffee beans. They also are one of the only places in town that will grind beans exactly to your requirements. You can also get coffee drinks here but its not the most comfortable space to hang out in for any length of time.
MoreOpen nice and early, awesome selection of coffee, nice staff.
4th trip in Chaing Mai and first delicious coffee. Nice job, guys!
