Some have private decks, and a family room adds a sofabed. RV and tent sites are also available.Continental breakfast is complimentary. Other amenities include an informal restaurant, fire pits, BBQs and guest laundry facilities.
Riverside Ranch is the best place to stay and very close to Bryce National Park. This was my best stay so far. My room was super clean and well organized. Beth is superb host and guided well when needed advise.Thank you Beth and Riverside Ranch.
Well run motel and RV park with friendly staff and guests and clean comfortable rooms.
Beautiful, well run, immaculate RV park. Nichol goes out of her way to make sure your stay in the park and ability to enjoy the highlights of the local area are a success. We will definitely stay here any time we plan to be in the area.
Relaxed freindly atmosphere. Beth and Lisa were super helpful. Enjoy the continental breakfast around a communal table meeting neighbors from all across the world. Bonfire at night chatting with others staying there and star gazing. Would definitely go back if I get the opportunity.
I goofed up the weekend that I booked for, and Nichol was very sweet in offering an available tent lot for us, even after office closing hours. She also helped us find the place when I got lost. The facilities were very clean and well kept, and we had a wonderful stay here. The only complaint I could say that I have (that is not Riversides fault at allis that gps navigation won’t take you to them, and you need to use their coordinates, which are provided
Nicole and her husband are super friendly, the river campsite was quiet, clean and scenic. The campground has setups for volleyball and other games, campfires. The bathrooms with showers are very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Having the motel made it convenient since a member of our party did not have camping gear.
We loved this place. We particularly liked the location and its surroundings. Very quiet, with beautiful views. During the night we could take some beautiful pictures of the starry sky. Something rare in more crowded areas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit small. There was a laundry conveniently located next to our room, which came in very handy. The buildings themselves had a very nice ranch style. The person in charge was really nice and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with her during the breakfast, which offered the basics, but it was enough for us.The only thing that was not very good in this place was the wifi, which was almost unreachable from our room.I would definitely come back again to this place and stay a bit longer.
My family and I are avid campers, we typically only do dispersed campgrounds, because we like enjoying the solitude and nature around us. That being said, coming from Wisconsin for 10 days, we wanted a solid homebase. Hipcamp got us hooked up with this AWESOME campground! We were pleasantly surprised by how nice everything was there. We felt like we were able to still feel the beauty and nature around us at our tent site, and get modern amenities at our disposal! The bathrooms and showers were clean and great water pressure! The folks that run the place are super nice and accommodating! We absolutely love dour experience here. Its only 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon and 49 from Zion, this place is definitely the place to be for your camping needs!
Cute, clean, affordable. Loved the different themed rooms, and they offer a few pet friendly rooms which is great. The common spaces are clean and charming, and Beth was just a delight. There is access to the river in the camping area. The valley is so beautiful. Totally recommend!
Wonderful landscape, big camping sites, friendly and easygoing host. Had a great experience by jumping in the river and having a hot shower afterwards.
The staff is very friendly and the park is large and roomy. Pet friendly. Rates are very affordable. Showers, community camp fire and BBQ area, small playground, volleyball court with balls, laundry on site and a 24 hr recreation room. Beautiful scenery with a creek running through the park. I highly recommend this location.
What a beautiful rv spot! Spaces are large so you are not sitting on top of each other and can enjoy the views!
You can tell that the manager at Riverside Ranch loves her job and people. She is so friendly and helpful with all your questions and super knowledgeable of the surrounding area and directions to all there is to see.Nichol is great she gets a 10+ andTwo thumbs up 👍 👍Thank you for an awesome week.
Loved our stay here. They were able to accommodate our motorhome with trailer totaling 65 foot. The lot was perfectly level, with excellent water pressure, and fast Wi-Fi. The shower house was clean. They have basketball, tether ball, horseshoes, and a game room for kids. The views are really nice, and it is quite with no road noise.
Stayed four nights in a tent campsite, 15 feet from the rivers edge. Well-kept place with friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms are a bit of a hike from the tent sites, but thats a nit.
The staff couldnt be more supportive and and attentive. No TV hook-ups. The rec room can be reserved for groups for a few hours. The BRs are clean at the RV sites: there are also tent sites, dry camping sites and motel rooms. 😀
A great place to stay. Quiet, clean, friendly and comfortable. We stayed here for two nights while we were seeing Bryce Canyon and the surrounding area.
This is a wonderful campground. Nearby cows out in the pasture. Right off route 89 but no traffic noise. The hostess is simply very special. She called before our arrival, totally understood when we were running very late and when we arrived the next day she took off our bill the prior night that we did not make it there; never has a campground volunteered this consideration! On Mothers Day morning, she had a list of campsites with mothers and brought flowers to each site. This is truly a one in a million campground in Hatch, Utah. II recommend it to anyone planning to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks!
Very nice park. The host was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very quick and easy. The rv sites are spacious and easy to access. We did no use the motel and the restaurant was closed. Assuming it will open during the tourist season.
Beautiful views! Great amenities- showers and bathrooms were clean and warm. Game room looked fun too. Free WiFi and great hospitality. Stayed here on our way to Bryce Canyon - would definitely come back.
The Riverside Ranch Campsite was exceptional. The management is not only friendly and approachable but they also know the area well and recommended the best hikes in area, ( Shout out Cole!!!Clean bathrooms. Close to Bryce Canyon and Red Rock Canyon. Will return on our next trip to gorgeous southern Utah.
Great location. Beautiful views! Good pricing for the area. Jeanie has lots of helpful tips and info. Thanks so much Jeanie and Hank! Looking forward to staying with you again!
Modest RV Park, great campground hosts, nice restroom/ showers facilitiez.Great location from which to visit Bryce Canyon National Park.
Hank and Jeanie were absolutely lovely! They are the only RV park open in the area and they were very accommodating. The shower facilities are clean and heated, and the grounds are well maintained. I highly recommend!
Trish and Dar are terrific! This site is multi-purpose with something for everyone!! My friend and I stayed in the motel and the room was spotless, really nice decor, very comfortable. The staff at the ranch were all very friendly and helpful with local knowledge and great recommendations. Highly recommended!
(Review based on stay in full-hookup RV section.Gorgeous location. Friendly staff. Nice amenities. Restrooms were nice, clean, and warm! Plenty of changing room with hooks and a bench, which is nice. Access to ATV trails from campground. Would definitely stay here again.
View is great. Hosts are very friendly. Room is big and comfortable. There is some slight smell in the room but it is Ok and quite common in the building around the same age.
Very nice campground and Nicole was very helpful when we checked in. Huge green space near the river for dogs to run free and very beautiful scenery. Being so close to Bryce (only about 25-30 min drive), the price was just right.
Joel and Nichole were the best camp hosts we have ever had. Our 5th wheel flooded and Joel spent hrs. helping us. We do alot of camping at campgrounds and this was the most hospitable. We definitely will be back. Thank you so much Joel and Nichole
Clean, quiet, and spacious. Close to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Huge sites with full hookups. Decent WiFi available. Really enjoyed our stay.
We stopped just for the night. It was great! Very clean and very nice people! I would recommend this place and I would stay again! Thank you Riverside Ranch!
The camp hosts were fantastic! They were super helpful in giving us recommendations on local sightseeing and were always available for any needs we had. The site has everything you hope for plus lovely views. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Riverside Ranch!
We were so pleasantly surprised by our stay at Riverside Ranch. I booked through HipCamp. I loved that it was river front. We were greeted by Nicole when we checked in. She was so warm and friendly. I felt instantly welcomed. My kids loved running the grounds with the other kids. There is volleyball, tetherball, basketball and a game room. We set up our tent among willows along the river. We had been camping for days and looked forward to taking showers. The bathroom and shower room was clean and warm. We played foosball until late at night in the game room. I would definitely stay again.
Tish and Dar are the best! Such Ana amazing property with gorgeous views and a great location to be within driving distance of a lot of cool places. I highly suggest checking out Panguitch Lake which is about a 30-40 minute drive northeast. Otherwise, they are super close to Bryce Canyon and not terribly far from Zion National Park.
Staff is very friendly and informative. Rooms are clean and inviting. Super quiet and what a view! We came for a family reunion with a group of 25 and everyone was happy with their rooms and location.
My husband and made reservations at the riverside ranch hotel and this place is amazing! Starting from the hosts Tish and Dar who were the most polite, accommodating and respectful. They told us were to go and gave us very useful advice. We will definitely come back and stay here again! The room was extremely clean, the property well maintained, quite and peaceful!!! We highly recommend it.
Riverside ranch RV Park, was an excellent stay. Nice location to venture out in any directions. Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon and Zion are within an hour to enjoy the sites. Nichole and her husband were gracious hosts. They take great care of this campground.
Wonderful campground, centrally located near Bryce, Cedar Breaks and Zion. The sites are generous and level. We stayed in the lower campsites, right next to the Sevier River. The staff are outgoing, friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers are immaculate, with great water pressure.
Wife and I stayed at the Rv park for about 8 days. Beautiful area and very nice park with the sevier river running behind it. Nicole and Joel (camp workerswere wonderful and very accommodating. Great Park for a central location between Bryce and Zion National park. Very pet friendly. I would highly recommend this Rv park.
A friend and I spent two nights in the motel at Riverside Ranch during October 2020. We reserved a room there because of its convenient location between Bryce Canyon NP and Zion NP. Our room was clean and comfortable. The managers Mike and Jan were terrific; Jan texted me prior to our arrival to find out whether we had any questions about checking in, which was very simple; we were able to meet Mike during the complimentary breakfasts, and he is very kind and accommodating. Everyone we met there was very friendly. We are very happy that we stayed there, and we plan to stay there again!
Our family stayed in the Riverside Ranch motel on our recent trip to Bryce for two nights. The room was super clean and comfortable. The ranch was peaceful. We enjoyed the camp fire in the evening and smores. Breakfast was simple, but convenient. Mike and Jan are very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. We will be back!
We loved this place! Nice spacing between sites, sites were flat, bathrooms cleans and plenty of other amenities including horse shoes, volleyball, basketball and tetherball. The view is excellent too with the mountains in view! At night it gets nice and cool so you can enjoy a fire. It is also close to Bryce Canyon which is why we initially booked here.
This place was great! The camp hosts were very polite and professional, I could tell they really care for the Campground. The riverside hookups were laid out well and have great access to the small river/stream that passes through there. We stayed up in the regular RV area which was also close to the river. They have swings and many community games; half court Basketball, Horseshoes, and Ping Pong and Foosball (both Indoorswhich were well utilized by the kids staying in the park. They have a very nice, well kept, community bathroom with showers for the dry campers. My only complaint with the park is that the pull-in spaces face the wrong direction. The view of the Mountains (which is spectacularis on the back side of your Rig.. and the side you do face is toward the Highway. When you exit your rig you are now facing the windward side, so even the littlest amount of wind poses a problem for your canopy.I would definitely go back to this RV park again because of the clean amenities and the staff. I really like the fact that it is very central to anything you might want to do in the Area; Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon, Cedar Breaks Monument, Brian Head, Panguitch and many other fishing lakes and streams Also the WiFi was very good!
We camped by the river for 10 days. The view was amazing, and the location was perfect. We were sad to leave, but will definitely return! We took numerous day trips to Zion and Bryce Canyons. The staff was great. When we arrived, they communicated the rules (5mph in the park, and no going in the river because there were underwater hazards that could cause injury). We were a little disappointed the kids couldn’t jump in the water, but Joe was very helpful with suggestions for fishing spots and places to take the kids swimming. My son caught his limit in trout 2 days in a row on Panguitch lake, and the whole family had a blast cooling off with the rope swing over Tropic reservoir! There is a huge grassy field in the center of the campground and they encourage you to use it. They have activities for the kids (volleyball, basketball, game room, etc), and we never ran out of things to do.It was sad to see the staff mistreated by some other guests who felt they were above the rules and lashed out with outlandish accusations. The manager, Jan, politely tried to have a conversation with them about the underwater hazards when they let their small child play in the river. I can attest, Mike and Jan are very friendly and the whole team at the Ranch went out of their way to make our vacation a great family experience.
Amazing RV park, Amazing location. My husband wanted to rush through Utah, but I talked him into staying a week. I booked at Riverside Ranch because of its proximity between Zion and Bryce. It is now one of my husbands favorite RV parks and we are so glad we visited! Zion and Bryce were easy destinations from Riverside, and we were 11 minutes away from Red Rock Canyon which has tons of quiet dog friendly hiking trails and stunning views. My husband loved that he could mountain bike the trails around Riverside too. Wifi is good and Verizon coverage is too. Ultra clean facilities and grounds and plenty of activities. Wide, level pull through lots. Friendly staff and neighbors. Super quiet and dark at night. High elevation (7,000 ftso expect cold nights in the summer. We got in from our 3.5 hour drive from Las Vegas where it was 110 degrees, and at Riverside, it got down to 18 degrees one night in June and we had several nights with freeze warnings! For us it was a welcome reprieve from the heat, but I could see this surprising visitors who are expecting hot summer weather. Next time we will want to spend several weeks here as it is pretty much perfect.
We stayed one night in tent camping between Bryce Canyon and Zion. We loved the camp!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spaces were laid out enough to provide privacy. The facilities were clean and comfy. We loved everything about our stay! Great place!
This was the nicest RV park we’ve ever stayed at! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the setting was just beautiful. On top of that we had great cell service and the best WiFi of any RV park we’ve been to. We paid a bit more to stay at one of the sites down by the river and it was so worth it. The sites are big and spacious and we had a picnic table, fire pit and charcoal grill. We had so much privacy down by the river and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I could not recommend the Riverside Ranch more!
We stayed in the main RV campground area for about 9 days in May 2020. The RV spots were spacious. The internet was very fast and reliable. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Very dog friendly RV park. Theres a large grassy field you can have your dog off-leash, if they are well behaved. Perfect location for us to visit Bryce Canyon, Zion, and some of the Escalante hikes. Highly recommend staying here!
There are plenty of promised RV spots, camping spots are grassy and isolated, and there is plenty of space for the teepee camping weve witnessed during our stay. As far as facilities, there is a welcoming clubhouse with casual indoor games, a blacktop outdoors, and neat restrooms with showers included. Although there is not a single tree within the entire span of the grounds, the serene weather and often low UV index permits for a pleasant stay regardless.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riverside Ranch in June. The camp hosts were friendly and helpful. The sites we very spacious and the views were extraordinary. It was quiet and peaceful. My boys enjoyed skipping rocks and hanging out by the water. They also put the basketball hoop to good use. It was a great location to travel between Bryce Canyon and Zion. Close enough to walk to town and enjoy a coffee at the cute local coffee shop. Would definitely suggest this place if youre visiting Bryce and Zion. Thanks for the great stay!
