Chain retailer selling home, garden and leisure products, including furniture and kitchen equipment.
Amazing place , plenty of room for me to get my scooter around, prices are very good to, highly recommend it, toilets are spotless and enough room for a scooter in the disabled toilet
Usual visit, plenty of diverse stock to choose from. Loving the Iceland section. Duprised NO Sellotape this close to Christmas,
Good selection of products, but not as cheap as it used to be
Its the range, one thing is it hasnt installed a one-way system where you walk miles just to collect one item, so well done the range
only wanted to ask a question.. about a item.. trying to speak to some one on phone or email is horendous... if they can not be bothered to answer then i will spend my money else where
We popped over to pick up some Christmas bits a bobs and it was in the morning not to busy to be honest but when leaving the car park was pretty full , the only complaint of such was we didnt see a sign for any Christmas section and as u walked in u could see stuff scattered around , when we finally got to the main section there was a variety of festive treats from Santas snow men and lights a other bits to , we have come for the past few years and I think this years was not as good selection as previous, We are not sure we will pop back next year but we will see.
Stock on pallets everywhere, found it very difficult getting my mum around in her wheelchair, she gir so frustrated we decided to leave ☹
Stores ok, not a lot of pet stuff anymore and food is awful , restaurant staff are friendly though
Great place for household items, good quality at a fair price.
Just love the Christmas section. Such reasonably priced selection. Big thumbs up!
Eclectic stock range, offering assorted homeware at good prices. A few empty shelves of popular items when we last went.On-site Iceland/Food Warehouse is convenient, as is the onsite café, although weve been caught out by the cafés separate opening hours.
Had wallpaper nice designand good price, great store all you need
Hadnt got what I wanted but staff very helpful and pleasant.
Good selection of products, and having an Iceland saved us going food shopping too
Its good store shame about the supervisor with bad attitude with refunds he would of refused to refund if it was electrical item regardless if past the 28 day point but consumers law act states if item isnt fit for purpose or has developed a fault or broke then under clause consumers law act entirely gives a person up to 5 years to return any product if it becomes defective but it was the attitude and manar he chose then that staff member walked out store to deal with customer when he should of made sure everything was completed i then spoke to the head of the store who I raised issue with he said he would speek to said person now just for argument sake I was and did buy products from said store I could of chose to walk away and mention this to other potential customers walking in which would of resulted in loss of sales to the said store I just hope that the said person was spoken to as I was quiet shocked to be spoken to like that and that I hooe it dont happen to other customers as this would be or start a bad relationship with customers and would have bigger impact across the store
Having had no customer service earlier in the day from the Stafford store I went to the Fenton branch. I have to say the Customer service there was exceptional.Every member I spoke to was polite and helpful. Two ladies even helped me with heavy items to my car, thats customer service.A big thank you to you both.
Had to give 1 star as the rating system wont let me put zero starsNot very helpful and when you order online they give you a delivery date and dont turn upWhen trying to call customer service they dont want to help as they just want to go home
The Range is a great store, as the name suggests the range of goods you can buy is fantastic and all at a good price 👍
Stocks most outdoor stuff an craft as well as decorating supplies and are quite cheap
I dont usually make reviews however the service at both the Cannock and Stoke sites was exemplary. Was in search of an outdoor bar set, whilst the Cannock site did not have one in stock, they spent lots of time searching other sites and calling which happened to be the Stoke on Trent site. As we arrived at the store the goods we requested were ready and waiting for us and the member of staff even helped us get it into the car. Every member of staff we came into contact with were efficient and extremely friendly. Thank you and cant wait to be shopping with you more often!
Talking to staff member through open door another came through same door slammed it shut,Told him he should learn some customer service skills, he went to a manager on customer services an pboth proceeded to laugh about the incident, will not use again
Ive been to The Range on a few occasions and have been impressed with the scope of what they have to offer. On my most recent visit, we decided to grab something to eat while we were shopping. We wont be making that mistake again!Because ParkingEye manage their car park, that meal costed us significantly more than a gourmet restaurant would have been.If you must use The Range, while they continue to use ParkingEye on the car park, get in, get what you need, and get out quickly.Because spending more time and money in The Range will result in a fine.
This store is a lot better than the back home. The car park need to get drain sorted out because there a big flood in the middle of it which there about 20 spaces that cars could not park and they all going away because of that ,But you could not fault this store. Lots to buy in there. Now it middle july its good inside more things inside for summer. A good Costa in the corner which very good coffee which is hot . The kitchens good, Arts products, garden plants are Not over like some places, I think some one has used there brains to water them.IcelandIs at the top end on right with lots of goodies and good prices. Atmosphere and staff are very friendly.
I didnt hear about this place until a few days ago. And I have to say wow. If you are looking for decorative items you should go to Range. It is unbelievable how many beautiful things they have. Also you can find there plants, furniture, pets accessories and many more. What is best in the same place you can get food, drinks, sweets, bread all sort nearly same as in supermarkets.
Went in and decided to have lunch at the cafe. Food was lovely, jacket potato and side salad. Very clean and a really friendly young man on the counter. Also picked a lovely picture up from there. You can never just buy one thing from there. I love the place.
Great store. Huge range of products at half decent prices. Loved the outdoor products.
Its not IKEA, but great choice, though items can be cheap n flimsy on build, but no ptlrob with refund, good parking
They have a great selection of house hold decor, furniture, kitchen ware, all at great prices, pleasant and helpful staff.
Fantastic, the only place I have been to where they water the plants which are outside on trolleys, staff are so friendly and helpful, I just had to tell the management I was so impressed
The shop was easy to go around and staff were very helpful. Only issue the garden was difficult to walk around being too small?!
Very messy store. Missing loads of prices,(shelf ticketsstaff have no ambition to help find products when you cant find something.I understand its busy but needs to look into customer care. Will post pictures next time Im in.
Been to the range lots of time and allways come out with something we have decorated our bedrooms with the things they have at the range love this place .
On our visit to the Range we are always amazed at the variety of the products. The pet foods and the new freezer sections are particularly useful.
I went in a couple of years ago and got followed about by a security person all I did was stop to look at the watch stand as I like watches then carried on to the garden sales got an assistant to help me find what I was looking for went to the checkout paid and as I was walking through the door I was stopped by the same rude security person who had followed me around and he asked if he could search me I said no I have my receipts and you know exactly what I have bought as you followed me round. Then he said he was calling the police. Which I welcomed and told him so. Then he told me to leave and not to come back. I made a complaint but that was done on line so never have been back and never wanted to visit an overpriced retailer again
Great store with lots of stock, always feels overcowded with products, never enough disabled parking leaving disabled people struggling to get out of their vehicles in other spaces.
First time I have been to The Range. I have to say I was somewhat surprised at the variety of things for sale and the quality and the reasonable prices. We purchased a very nice rug for £70 and a shower head and hose for £35. We are returning for a lamp £55. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for household goods.
Bought a tent from here and after getting it home discovered the poles were missing . I took it back and was asked to fetch another. Cheeky lazy Sod. After already being messed about. Second tent i checked in store and the pegs were missing. Somebody was called to ask if i would like to make a good one out of the 2 . I took a refund and went elsewhere.
Range is perfect if you are shopping for house decoration or planning some DIY. This store is big and lots of variety. Always recommended.
First time I have been to the Range for a long time and I couldnt believe the changes that have taken place since then it also explains why the car park was always so full, the best way to describe it is think of Hobby craft or the works combined with a garden shop, home items, DIY tools, clothes shop and a food shop plus its got its own Costa Coffee like the main coffee shops with hot drinks cold drinks along with hot and warm snacks and to top it all its got a ladies, gents and disabled toilets all the latter mean that you can spend more time walking around the shop itself.
Though it didnt have what I went for, it is a great place. Did manage to get some stuff that Id been looking elsewhere for so not a wasted trip. Would recommend a visit if you havent been before.
Been in the store today 25th April, and like to say a big thank you to Ben who was very helpful and had the time to go and look on line for availability at the Stafford store its a 5 star rating for Ben but only 3 for the other two members of staff, not the lady who had only just started today she also was very helpful. Thanks again Ben
Great shop with a big variety of items for sale. Plenty of craft items, household goods, garden furniture, camping items , soft furnishings, DIY items and now a food section. Everything good quality , although the plants were a bit disappointing. Some sale items were a bit daft £5.00 reduced to £4.99 amused me ! Staff are very helpful and covid provision all in place.Revisited to look at garden furniture . Good selection available. Covid provision is no longer applicable.
Ive been here a couple of times. Always a huge range of products. You can spend hours just by browsing the items.I bought a shelf last time. It was cheap, so were the fittings. I needed to use my own screws and plugs but shelf is ok.
This place has it all, shop in shop, huge interior, huge free car park, if you need it 90 percent it will have it, theres even a cafe which only deserves two stars because the latte we ordered was frothy milk with only a hint of coffee, seems as though they are saving on the coffee, not a friendly atmosphere, not even a smile. electrical goods, soft furnishings, frozen food etc, Good check outs. Only reason not 5 star is the price of goods is no cheaper than elsewhere some even more expensive.
An aesthetic cornucopia of goods.A true Bazaar.Could I suggest you charge for parking so that your car park is less static, and new customers can more easily get a space? You could refund half the fee to genuine shoppers? Or those who had clearly been in the store the whole time? Receiptss prove it.I have often spent more than 2 hours in store, and, once, got a postal parking fine for my enthusiasm of the Range ! :-)Id rather be confronted with a parking fee that might be reduced by purchases, especially since you also have the Cafe and Iceland to tempt us to stay longer? :-)
Usually like going to The Range, especially near to Christmas however on my most recent trip I didn’t find much at all, Christmas Aisles we’re a bit boring. Some of the staff were miserable and some were nice. One thing annoys me constantly at this store is that a lot of things have no prices on!! and then sometimes things are labelled wrong like the pictures I’ve put on here, one label said the 1tr coke is £1.25 then another said it is £1.50 or 2 for £2, very confusing for customers.
A store where you can buy anything for home and cheap. It is worth coming at least once and you will surely want to come again next time.
Some great decor pieces for the home. And the Christmas decorations are brilliant. I.m especially pleased with these gorgeous finds. Just love them and a real bargain.
This places sells everything you could ever want for a decent price. You can get inflatable garden furniture, home decorations and wallpaper. My favourite section is the craft section.
A quality shop. Lots of very good stock (good brandsto cater all your needs and really good value for money. Theres a cafe inside if you fancy a brew and a bite.Situated just of the A500 so very accessible.👍👍
