Been here twice. Worst part is the waiters r very arrogant here. They have issues with everything, even if you dont order in seconds after giving the menu.The only good point is the view sitting outside.

Τhe Pyg is the local bar and place to be for people living in Neudorf. It is also a well-known place all over the city of Luxembourg. It is a typical Irish pub, but with a wonderful bar, with a real street light lantern on its right end. It is ideal in the summer, as it has a view over the river and a lot of people discussing outside, it is lively (especially at quiz and karaoke nightsand I had tremendous fun dancing and singing there. Highly recommendable for all nationalities and tastes. Beer-wise, it has the essential brands. The name Pyg comes from the Greek word Πυγμαλίων (Pygmalionwhich was a legendary Greek figure, a unique sculptor who fell in love with one of his creations, which was subsequently brought into life. Accordingly the bar, in its busy hours, really brings us back to...life and there is a loyal crowd. there.

Great fun, the karaoke on thursdays is a great laugh and there always seems to be a good atmosphere and most of the staff are actually irish which is good because its hard to find a proper irish pub in europe. Free shots of something aswell, just makes you feel at home

One of the few authentic bars left. Authentic Irish atmosphere with a good selection of beers and brandies. A must go place central to the nightlife in Clausen.

Great Irish pub in Luxembourg. Very cozy with a nice drink selection and always a good gin and tonic of the week. Staff are English speaking and the selection of drinks is fantastic. Go in summer for the alcoholic smoothies (mango strawberry is fantastic.)Really awesome trivia every other monday. Staff are really nice and the prices are on-par for the rest of the Clausen area. Definitely a must-go for visitors to Luxembourg.

Recently visited this place with some friends for a reunion. The bar manager was hitting on all the girls in a unpleasant and creepy way. He even threw out a few lads, so that he could rule the bar alone with the ladies. Not the place it used to be. Avoid.

Busy, noisy, and not much space, great for the young crowd, not so great for the older generation who want to sit down and talk with their friends without shouting. Prices are typical Luxembourgish prices, I.e. Expensive.

Ordinary pub. Smells like pee inside. But OK for a quick drink. People mostly watch football or other sports on TV here. Not for dates, just for chill drink with mates. There are some kids of beer you can find only here I guess.

VERY comfortable place and super nice atmosphere. We spend there new years eve 2019 and the live singer was amazing! For sure worth recommending and if I ever go back to Luxembourg, I will visit again!

The Pyg was on the Friday I wisited a lively place. TVs showed rugby and the racket was loud but heartly.The Guinness was a tad bit to cool for my taste.Staf was friendly an added to the Irishness. They did have some problems with a guest during this particular night that could have been handeled better

Hello to all at the pygI came over here one day missing home a lot, as soon as I came into the pyg I couldnt feel more at home due to the extreme hospitality from Kevin. Lovely cosy place all times during the year with exceptional staff offering a wide range of drinks. For sure a 5 star performance in my eyes. Thanks to the pyg and its staff for all the great time I had.

Cheating on food and drinks. I know it from people working there. Disgusting and repelling. I wont go there again; pity as the location is perfect to show to people side-seeing Luxembourg...

Divey Irish bar below the Castmates. They have Thursday drink specials with free peanuts to enjoy while sitting on comfy, worn couches. Also has Trivia one night of the week (cant remember which night!)
