Sunday 09/10/22Worst food , small quantity. Not like indian foodBetter go t or some other place , reviews are fake .
MoreAvoid if you’re vegan or have dairy allergies. They told me they add dairy to every dish whether you ask for it or not—whether it’s listed on the menu or not. What’s the point of a menu if you add stuff that’s not in the description and then fight with the customer about it? And then when they finally remade my order it was NOTHING like what I ordered at all. Been to Indian restaurants all around the world and traveled all over India. Worst Indian restaurant I’ve been to. Won’t be back. Food was mediocre and didn’t resemble the menu description at all.
MoreThe entrees we great but half of the table had bones in orders that said boneless. The dishes were tasty enough just disappointed with how many bones were in the lamb and chicken dishes. There was a Kava bar there that we took up and that was pretty good 4 of our group of 6 had never tried it. The staff were all very friendly and it priced good as well.
MoreReally tasty curry and garlic naan! Heals my soul.
This place is delicious. The curries are amazing. The food is so much better than the local resorts. If you are staying around the area, you need to try it. Great prices aswell. Highly recommend
MoreA great place for a meal. It has some of the best curries and Asian rice meals Ive ever had. The prices are also not expensive. Highly recommend eating here.
MoreWell that was a taste explosion... Samosas so crispy with a nice spice to them and I was recommended a veggie dish that was both spicy, full of flavour and a great choice. Better than any Indian Ive had in Sydney. My review is mainly for the food and friendly service. The drink choice is very limited. A few wine choices would be great, not sure if its BYO wine. The toilet was also broken. One thing to take notice off is they are cash only, which isnt clear beforehand also.
MoreOMG, Indian curry cooked to perfection! We had chicken curry and butter chicken, both delicious! We tried several butter chicken in NZ, but no one as good as this. Cash only
MoreOne world wow, one of the amazing Indian food I ever had must visit
We ate dinner here a couple of times because it was so good! Delicious food, good prices (fjd13 for a vegetarian curryand the family who runs it is really friendly! We tried several different paneer curries and the garlic naan which were all fantastic.
MoreGorgeous food, lovely people, cant recommend highly enough.
The beer was cold, it was clean, easy distance fromm the beach accommodation, pleasant enough staff but there the good points cease. The food was in a word, yuk. Rated worst Indian have had
MoreReally nice in there, thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The chicken raps were really yum and the curries amazing. Prices were decent too. 100% recommended
MoreAll I can say is wow, it’s a long wait only cause they were short staff. But the food was absolutely delicious and very affordable. I will definitely be back the next time I come back to Fiji. Highly recommended!!!
MoreFor dinner, I went to see the second wife. The restaurant itself was spotless, with comfortable seating. The businesss owners are really friendly and accommodating. Ive ordered a vegetarian samosa as well as chicken masala with butter naan. The food was delicious, and the butter naan was the best Id ever eaten. So far, Ive visited a number of Indian restaurants. I strongly advise you to eat there. The prices are reasonable.
MoreHad a really lovely dinner last night.Food was yum. Prices are very reasonable, specially compared to the resort in house prices.Seems like simple owners with good cooking and hospitality skills.Give it a try. Definitely worth it.
MoreI had a chicken masala in Nadi today for lunch. More expensive than here and not half as good. Ive been to India 3 times, and often have Indian in Sydney. I can honestly say I have never had better
MoreLocated at very convenient location and close to Wailoaloa Beach. So, if you are staying or visiting either Hotel BulaBard, Grand West Villas, Aquarius on the beach, Sailors Beach or Ramada Suits then this is best restaurant. Excellent food and great service. Food was fresh and very delicious. Highly recommended.
MoreGood mix of cheap Indian and Chinese food. Hard to find dishes that are $10_$15 around wailoaloa beach
Morewe go for dinner one day and lunch another. The dinner menu is varied enough for a family. The pasta, pizza and Curry are delicious! .The service is great, prices are reasonable. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend! Definitely coming back.
MoreNot to be rude or anything (the staff was really nice), but the food wasn’t very good, so maybe this feedback will be helpful. The lassi had soooo much added sugar and was way too sweet, the dishes barely had any vegetables, the naan was burned and had no garlic, the paneer was basically in a sauce of ketchup. The chana was pretty decent though
MoreWe landed here on 23rd March 2021. Restaurant owner was so kind to offer me delicious Punjabi food. It was so delicious and remind of India. I highly recommend to try all the northern Indian food. Thank you and will be visiting soon.
MoreTasty food at cheap prices. Friendly staff with clean environment. Recommended!!!
MoreCan I just say. LOVE IT. and I am not a fan of Indian food. But this place was AMAZING 😍😍 all the dishes were so good, even the veg ones. Totally worth going to if youre even in the area or visiting
MoreBest place for Indian food. Butter chicken is amazing and service is great.
This is the best Indian food I’ve ever had! I got the butter chicken, per staff recommendation, and the butter naan. It was truly phenomenal. Extremely reasonable prices, large portions, very kind and friendly waitstaff + owners, and fast service. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu when I pass back through Nadi. Highly, highly recommend!!
MoreSuperb fiery curries if you like them hot and soothing lassi yummylicious
Decent food, but nothing spectacular. Asked for extra spicy and got average spice. Naan and samosas were okay, chana was very soft. Service was delightful
MoreReally great fresh ingredient Indian food restaurant close to Pullman Nadi Bay Resort, Wailoaloa Beach neighborhood.Highly recommend! Mamosas were delicious as well as the Chicken Tiki Masala. Place is kept very clean (from what I witnessed). Looks family run and prideful business. On second visit both the two chefs accidentally seasoned my eggplant dish twice. When I brought it to the attention of staff, they immediately took it and returned with a new one. There was no hesitation and they did feel bad and apologized. They get my free pass for the mistake and they quickly made it right.Wish this place was back home. If you are in area, give them a try, youll be happy you did.
MoreGood taste but very slow service that too with only 10-12 ppl in the restaurant... Nothing is outstanding about this place... Worth a shot may be...
MoreGreat food at a good price! Worth a visit if you like indian
Good but not as good as other reviews share. A bit overpriced - you can find better, higher quality and healthier food nearby without paying more.
MoreVery good both my girlfriend and I loved it and she normally does not like Curry . The garlic naan is excellent
MoreOrdered a spicy chicken tikka masala with some garlic naan, did not disappoint! I dont know they prepare it, but their food tastes incredible. Easy 5 stars 👍
MoreWe were very excited about dining here but were left a little disappointed. The curries were not up to Australian or New Zealand standards. Bland and not exciting. The portions were large though and staff were excellent.
MoreWe were staying at the Pullman and read the reviews online about the Punjabi Kitchen. We ate there last night and had heaps of vegetarian plates for four people and got in and out for less than $60 FJD. BYO - No Booze Licence. Well worth a visit. Proper Indian food cooked by Real Indian people. Thanks guys.
MoreAuthentic Indian cuisine: fresh, delicious, filling and it comes with great hospitality. This is happy food! And with reasonable price - for a traveller on budget a great plus. Vinaka!
MoreThe service was great, the owner really makes you feel welcome. We even had our order taken by their cute little 5ish year old daughter. The food is delicious and Id go as far as saying authentic indian. Although Western style Indian dishes also on offer.
MoreA simple place with simple menu and reasonable prices. Had a nice meal but most of the time they take alot of time to bring your order. Mine took about 30 min to come. On top of that they mixed up the orders. The owner came to apologize though so that was nice of him.Overall its a good place needing with some improvements here and there. The only reason I gave a 3 star is that the waiting time is too long.
MoreGreat food and good service. The taste of the Punjabi chicken is flavorful, with a healthy element of spice. Unlike other restaurants where it is flat, the mango lassi has froth and has a perfect sweetness. The naan is tasty as well, and comes with a nice flavor rather than just being plain. My wife and I fully recommend visiting.
MoreVery delicious food. Also very affordable be Fijian standards. 2 dishes was under 35 Fajian dollars. Came with Naan and rice too.
MoreWalking distance from Wailoaloa beach with tasty quality cooking, reasonably priced. I had the medium serve curry and rice which was very filling. The place is clean with air con inside and lovely staff!
MoreKia ora. This restaurant offers exceptional food and friendly staff. BEST Indian food ever experienced. Relaxed dining experience. Option to sit indoors or outdoors. We have dined here twice, and highly recommend.
MoreThe food and service here are phenomenal! I highly recommend the butter chicken. The restaurant is cash only so just keep that in mind. Otherwise, a fantastic hidden gem nearby to a ton of Nadi hostels!
MoreWonderful staff and food. Highly recommend, after staying at smugglers cove and eating the terrible and horrendously priced food there, punjabi kitchen is a total treat!
MoreJust left this restaurant extremely satisfied with the food and the amazing hospitality. The food was delicious and super cheap. It was one of the nicest curries Ive ever had! The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I wish it wasnt my last night or I would definitely have gone back!
MoreTasty curries at a good price. Authentic flavours with great friendly service. The masala tea and mango lassi also worth trying. Highly recommended.
MoreDelicious Indian food! Extremely friendly staff and a great location. If you are staying anywhere by the Bamboo Backpackers, Smugglers Cove, or Ramada its about a 5 minute walk to amazing curry for even better prices. Seriously the best chickpea curry Ive ever had. I discovered this place and ended up going 4 times within 2 days. couldnt recommend enough!
MoreBeen in fiji last week, and went to punjabi kitchen and they said we can’t make your food today but can do dinner for tomorrow, when we go next night there they again said sorry we cant make as we are making sweets for diwali, not good at all if your are wasting our time , thus 1 star.
MoreGreat location with authentic indian cuisines . Mall style setting with few other restaurants close by...love the food ...usually quite
