The Pizza Factory in Saint George

We just got pizza to go but it was really good! Great flavor in the sauce and plenty of cheese. We didn’t think it was thin crust, more like a regular. We had great service too. It was 7:30pm on a Thursday and it was super busy in this area so just keep that in mind.

Cute place and great location, BUT...We were seated as soon as we came in, and gave our order within a few minutes of receiving our drinks. Then, we waited an hour for our pizza - it still wasnt busy in there and our waitress never came back to check on us. She was too busy chatting with male staff members. Then theres the pizza. Could have sworn it was the Chef Boyardee boxed pizza. Wont be back.

Perfect pizza, loved the crust and toppings! We picked ours up and walked across the street to Zion Brewery- well revisit both places next time we are in town.

Good food but the place was a mess. Napkins, food and dried up cola all over the floor. Staff would walk right past this garbage. Assigned a dirty table. The salad bar was terrible. Food all over the top and around the base. Can’t imagine what the kitchen looked like. ……..

Great service, good pizza, very nice salad bar ( welcome change very reasonably priced, fun atmosphere.

This is our first time coming here to the St. George pizza factory. We loved it. Its beautiful inside and the food was amazing! Will definitely come back next time we visit!

Very attentive waitress! Bread sticks are amazing! Nothing brought to table to nibble while looking at menu. Wish bread sticks were just a given. 1 bread stick is $1.99. This visit had over baked bread sticks, but they were still very good. My husband always gets the barbeque chicken pizza and it is so delicious! This location just has spaghetti as pasta option.

Really good place to eat in St George. The salad bar is good, with good ranch. The pasta combos are a pretty good deal with a trip to the salad bar and a bread stick. Pizza is good, bread sticks are really really great.

They accidentally gave us garlic bread without garlic seasoning so we got two things of bread! The pizza was really delicious, but was a tiny bit watery for some reason. The hostess was lifeless but our waitresses were great! Helpful and friendly. We had a great experience at the pizza factory.

Food was great! Service was poor!Hostess literally threw our menus on the table and walked away, have never seen this happen in my life. The server and the rest of the staff never smiled, except the cashier. Went to pay and the hostess finally speaks to say what can I do for you while stuffing her face with food, maybe theres a better position for her than hostess??

Server was great. Hostess great. Bread sticks were a hit. Salad buffet was blah. Order was incorrect. Alfredo sauce was mediocre. Sad to learn that servers were sent home due to a slow point in the day then it got busy and the remaining staff took the brunt for the managers decision. Its july 4th and brought lots of people out for local festivities.. I did tip our server well because they were understaffed. I felt so bad for them

Possibly the best pizza restaurant we’ve been in. The pizzas and calzone were excellent and the self service salad bar superb. Free soda top-ups and a very friendly server we’re a bonus too.

I really enjoy this place ! Its 1 of my favorite places to eat. The salad bar is superb.I had the Pizza Deluxe !!!. We got there about 4:30. There was great parking. Usually its hard to find a place to park.Even so,its so worth it!!! Try it.You wont be sorry!!

The margarita pizza was tasty. Table liked the bread sticks and the salad bar was pretty good.

Looking for a great Pizza in the St. George area. We ordered Custom Build Calzones and they were simply the BEST. Using plastic cutlery made it difficult to cut the Calzones.

A delicious pizza joint in such a cool location! I really enjoyed the salad bar and the pizza was delicious! Be sure to try the apple beer and their special breadsticks!

We had a very large family reunion group. Our hostess/server was so much fun and so kind. She even played along with an inside family joke while taking a big group picture. 👍 And of course the food is always delicious.

Had a larger group and did all you can eat in the upper room. Had good amount of space and they kept the food coming regularly. All you can drink is a nice touch too.Though the pizza was good and I enjoyed it, I would say it is over all average (which is better than Papa John’s or Pizza Hit).

Love the food here. My favorite would have to be the bread twist with Alfredo sauce. Heavenly.

My wife & I went in for lunch. We were greeted by a friendly hostess & seated immediately. The waitress showed up immediately and fully explained the menu. The lunch special was advised. It came with a 7" pizza, salad bar & a drink. The salad bar is ultimate omg. Pizza very good. What a special experience. Will return.

Massive, soft, hot breadsticks, lightly flavored with garlic and Parmesan are a must. The thick Alfredo and Flavorful Marinara are both great dipping sauces.The pizzas have a chewy crust and can be easily customized. We thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ and Margherita pizzas. We devoured them so quickly that we almost forgot to get a picture before it was gone.

Great pizza and fantastic bread twists! Whenever were in town we make it a point to stop by and eat here. The cinnamon twists with sweet cream make for a perfect to-go snack.

Food was fast and great and the service was awesome! I havent been in a while but will definitely go back!

The bread twists are AMAZING. I usually dip my bread in ranch, but these don’t need it (even though their ranch is awesome, too). The Alfredo pizza is the best!

We had such a great time! Sophia was our waitress and she was so nice! She was always there asking if we needed more water and to check on us! She definitely needs a raise! They also were all so nice when we left saying they hoped we had a great day so helpful!

Was disappointed that they didnt deliver to our lodging 5 miles away. However this is a great place to order take out on your first night on vacation to make everyone happy. The food was great.

We have been to a couple different locations (Cedar, Salt Lake, Farmington areabut this is THE BEST. Somehow the bread is just better here. The breadsticks - amazing with great chew. We got the calzone - so good.

My friends and I had a wonderful day until we decided to eat at this place.The only good thing I can say about it is that the bread sticks were good and the staff was nice, but other than that we were really disappointed. Two of us ordered a simple cheese pizza, and we both got sick afterwards. The cheese tasted very strange. Our other friend got a sandwich, took one bite, and stopped eating because it was way too dry.Overall, we were very disappointed.

We ordered to go while in St George for a soccer tournament. The food was good, but they told us the food would be ready in 25 minutes and when we showed up they started at that time to prepare out. Not a big deal but kind of annoying. Also got a couple items wrong but when I returned they fixed the issues so that was nice.

The bread wraps with Alfredo sauce are the best.All the pizza was incredible and we too a lot home for morning breakfast pizza.

This is the first time that Ive tried this pizza place.My wife and I got a pizza to go.On the top of the pizza box there were these 3 words.*DELICIOUS!*FRESH!*YUM!Couldnt be more true! 👍This pizza was delicious! 😁

Very friendly service. There are a few vegetarian pizza options too. Lots of veggies on pizzas like Malibu and pesto ones. Pizzas were good. It took about 20 minutes to get the take out. There is good seating arrangement. Take out is simple if you don’t want to get down your car. You just order on phone and pickup in drive through.

Our family eats here every time were in St. George. The food is always phenomenal. This time we were just passing through and still had a long drive ahead so we got food to go. The calzone lunch special is my favorite. The calzones are incredible. The salad bar is perfect...simple but perfect. I usually dont order drinks when we go out to eat but their Coke is the best Ive ever had so I do get a drink here. The rest of my family just wanted breadtwists but they oohed and ahhed over them. On top of great food, the service could not be beat. The employees were so kind and helpful that it made for the perfect meal. Im so glad we stopped!!!

Love this place. Always clean with an old time pizza building feel. Staff is always fun and very helpful. Food is high quality with each dish. Love the best salad bar around. Lots of high quality fresh items to choose from. Pasta it always spot on. Pizza has great crust and premium cheese and meats. Parking can be hard to get when it gets busy. The Parmesan bread twists are a must have.

If you looking at coming here for lunch, STOP. do yourself a favor and go to Pier 49 instead. The salad bar is just as good and for the same price you can get all-you-can-eat pizza that is better imo. Great for get togethers and parties though

This is one of the better pizza places in town and their salad bar is always well maintained and fresh albeit a little small. Their prices are higher than most of their competitors which is why Im giving them 4 stars instead of 5. Also, be aware there is often a significant wait to be seated when you arrive.

Great restaurant across the street from The Advenire where we stayed. My wife and I hiked Zion and worked up an appetite - and The Pizza Factory definitely hit the spot. We ordered a few 7” pizzas to try their different styles (Chicago deep dish, thin, traditionalas well as the spaghetti. Both were amazing and the staff is very cordial and accommodating even on a busy night! Kelsey, our server was great! We will be back on our future visits to Zion.

Really enjoyed the pizza. Crust and red sauce were top notch really making the pizza special. I was also surprised how friendly everyone was. Every employee we walked past smiled and spoke. Looking forward to going back. Only thing I would like to see are real forks instead of plastic wear

So my kiddos rated it a 5 and I would rate it a 4. This was our first time here. Loved the atmosphere and our waitress was great! The breadsticks were amazing! The garlic parmesan was way better than the cinnamon sugar (the cinn sugar one needs more on it). We also ordered a pizza to share and a meat calzone (which came out too toasty/burnt for my liking). But everything was good. I would definitely come again when in the area.

We had a great waitress and the service was fast. Both the pizzas we got were delicious and so were the breadsticks. Plus the salad bar was a nice touch. It really is a great lunch spot with a friendly feel. We’ll definitely be going back and bringing our family next time. I think our kids will love it.

We are traveling from out of state and decided to stop in for dinner. It was fantastic! The salad bar was fresh, pizza had a good amount of topping and was hot from the oven and the twisted bread stick was soft and delicious! Would come back if we are ever in the area again!

Pizza Factory is a great place for date night as well as family dinner with great service and delicious food! One of the best downtown restaurants in St. George, would recommend for anyone new to the area or someone looking to take a large group.

I havent been to The Pizza Factory in months. Just by chance, we decided to get away from Vegas and go to St. George, UT for the day. The crustless pizza was a hit for me! On this keto-ish diet and to actually have a pizza without crust was surprising. Boneless wings were ok. I treated myself to one of the Parmesan bread sticks. Always yummy. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was our server was having a bad day. Very young, very busy, obviously needs more customer service training. Other than that, a great place to visit. Food is good.

One of the must go to places when visiting Southern Utah. Food tastes great and is high quality. They have a good salad bar and the deep dish is excellent.
