The Pizza Company in Phayao

Wonderful pizza but the slowest takeaway service ever, make sure you order in advance or get a grab.

Service was almost non existent. Walking into the restaurant it was as if I wasnt there. The lady at the till continued to read receipts and it wasnt until I asked if I could take a seat I was pointed to a table. I sat there for about 15 mins then went back to the till using the Google translate app to ask if I could make an order, then I was given a menu and my order was finally taken. The waiting continued, I think they were busy with take away orders so it took at least half hour for my pizza to arrive. Having read previous reviews i opted for medium because they are smaller than portions youd expect in Europe. At least it was tasty

The personel were polite with us. The food taste good, had good size and good price. The place was clean and organized. Theres a refill option of soda ;)

Even the large pizza is not large but just regular size. Way too expensive, pizza in Italy is cheaper than here. Crispy thin pizza is thin like paper. Taste is okay.

Came here twice during my stay in Chiang rai. Great place to have quick bite.

Despite other comments, our experience here was good. Near clock tower is the only place open past 2pm so we have no more options. Pizza was really really tasty and staff was nice and quickly with the orders. Also we tasted the pasta and chicken wing but they were nothing too special but ok.

The pizzas here are really nice, with plenty of toppings.

Its been an hour while they cooked a simple pasta dish, I got hungry waiting again

Food was ok but service was not too good. A small pizza was not available for my friend and staff did not offer him an alternative. The waitress looked very moody the whole time!

We have previously been happy with the service and food here but today the order was messed up and 4 pieces of pepperoni is not acceptable on a medium pizza.Dissatisfied today.P.S. somebody on the table next to us walked out because of the service.

The service was a bit lacking. I bought a refill Pepsi but had to ask the first 2 times for a topup.It felt like the servers had to pay for it themselves. They did get better but by then the damage to my opinion was done.The pizza was quite tastless. Supposed to be chilli chicken but lacked any bite. I assumed that they made the decision to defang it, based on my skin colour.They should have asked first.Altogether a very average visit.

Ive been to many pizza company locations and one of the staff here was just rude. First, she didnt greet me when I came in but looked past me and talked to people behind me. When I got to my table my family called and, if youve ever lived in a different country for work you understand time zone differences, so I answered. The restaurant was slow so I didnt think there was a rush to order but the girl came up to me while I was video chatting and insisted on taking my order at that moment.She seemed really stressed out but they had only been opened for an hour. I wouldnt come to this location again.

Food is like any other pizza company but staff are not attentive.. Ive been to this restaurant twice and i noticed the staff, especially the females, are more attentive to and quicker to serve westerners than asians. The last time i went, i had to ask a delivery man to call the waitress for me.

No pizza at the pizza company.Arrived 9:20. Close at 10 but saying only takeout available. And that no pizza is available.Total chaos.2 girls at entrance never asking me if I want to be seated or make an order. Now manager says pizza available and I can dine in, but no one coming to my table to take my order. Terrible experience. Poorly managed restaurant.Left after 10 minutes to try to find a proper meal before many restaurants closing at 10pm.Update: Good news! Chef Sasa - right down the street and with higher ratings anyway - immediately seated me and took my order within 1 or 2 minutes.Now my wife and I can relax knowing that salad, bruchetta and pizza are on the way :)

They try to copy american pizza Restaurants like pizza Hut, but its very expensive compared to Western Restaurants.. even the size is super small, we ordered a medium pan pizza and a small pizza would be so super tiny.. chicken sticks were not in stock and restroom was out of Order.. staff was ok though, but nothing special

A pizza place at the busy night market. Staff is friendly and helpful but a little slow. The medium pizza the size of a personal pizza by western standards. The tea is very sweet, almost too sweet. The restaurant is clean and the pizza is hot and fresh.

Pizza size is tiny compared to western standards. This and crispy dough tastes and feels like cardboard or stale crackers. Staff is nice and polite, ice tea is amazing.

Great place to enjoy the Pizza :love their breadstick though :D delicious
