I found a coupon for this place and thought Id give it a try. After finding our table we asked them to put on the local baseball game which they did everyone seemed very friendly. We waited for our server to come she was the bartender who was very preoccupied with three customers at the bar the place obviously wasnt that busy but it took a while for her to get over to us. We gave her the drink order it was a while before she came back she accidentally spilled a drink on the floor and had to wipe it up using her hands and her feet she never washed her hands after doing it she came over and gave us some menu which was covered with sticky food.We got our drinks looked at the menu and decided we were not going to order food . We were a bit turned off my the cleanliness of the place. We wanted to like this place but not a good experience.

Does the Peskey Pelican satisfy the StL cravings? Seen this restaurant posted by many from StL and finally had a chance to try it out. Hype and cravings can ruin an experience because your expecting so much out of it. Normal I would eat in for the best experience but had to do take out.Mrs Picky was excited when I got back even met me at the car when I came back. This never happens lol. First glance everything looks great round T-Ravs ok. These round ones offered more filling then most other T-Ravs out there. Yes they are yummy. The pizza hit the spot it Satisfied our craving for some StL food. This pizza is a true thin crust wafer thin crust. I recommend trying it, I will say stay and eat in the restaurant. Seams everyone in the rest knew each other or they were so nice everyone in the restaurant struck up good conversations. I heard first names flying around with friendly conversation from guest and the waitress. Enjoy your experience here.

Would be a ZERO if allowed, as thats what we were served. Walked into an almost empty establishment at 6:03. Only 2 booths were occupied by 4 people total. We asked where we should sit & were told "All the seats empty are reserved for Trivia Night". "So you are turning away customers wanting to spend money in your empty restaurant" was my question, as we walked out of the door. We drove 10 minutes away to Paulos Pizza and enjoyed a great meal, spent $50 & we were out of the door by 7 oclock. Time to go back & play trivia......NOT.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Food was mediocre but my complaint is I paid extra to add chicken to 2 salads but did not get chicken. Add chicken is clearly marked on Guest Check. When I called store and explained my problem, there was no apology or acknowledgment of their mistake-I was simply told that I would have to contact Ubereats. I expressed surprise and was unhappy that no apology had been offered and asked to speak to a supervisor. He asked me to hold, then same person (Jasoncame back on line and said he is shift manager. After more back and forth I gave up and said goodbye and hung up. He was incredibly rude and dismissive. I am very disappointed-this was my first order from this establishment and certainly will be my last!

Just oreded from this place and the food was terrible. My girlfriend got a cheese burger and of course it was a thin frozen patty that was burnt and dry so that wasnt eaten. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and it was bland and underwhelming. They also dont know how to update anything on uber eats because we ordered a chocolate cake but instead got a reeces cheese cake. Good thing neither 1 of us is allergic to peanuts this was just horrible. Will not be going back.

We just went to Home Depot and were looking for wings and a beer. We stopped here b/c it was close by. As we went to the entrance, I noticed a STL Cardinals sticker and when we walked in saw St. Louis memorabilia. ( Cardinals / Blush/ Arch gooey butter cakeWe were excited b/c we just moved here from St. Louis. My wife was so excited and said maybe this will be our new place. It was an OMG moment. We told the server we are from STL.He said he would get the owner. We ordered 2 beers and wings. The wings were disgusting and the owner never came out to meet us. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. Re Dan:. The wings were dry/ overcooked and without wing sauce.

I got the ribs which were good, somewhat dry, the main problem I had was the side of Mac n cheese. It was from a box like the Kraft Mac n cheese and it tasted and looked like the box it came in. Beer was cold, staff very nice. Food was just ok.

Found this place on Google and gave it a shot. Off the beaten path is a good description, werent quite sure where we were headed or what we were in for, but found a great place. Heavy emphasis on St. Louis, obvious in the decor and the..... cheese. Pizza is described as St Louis Style, ultra thin crust and Provel cheese (a mix of provolone, Swiss and cheddar). Started with toasted ravioli, and they were excellent. The pizza was good, great beer selection and a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely worth the trek off the beaten path for this one.

Their St. Louis style pizza and fried ravioli are spot on! The ribs offered only on Thursdays fell off the bone. I barely even needed my fork to dig in. And the portion was great, I had plenty for lunch the next day. Super casual locals pub. Nice live music. Good beer selection.

Quick service upon sitting down. But once we had our drinks and appetizer the waitress never came back. We were 1 of 3 tables with customers. Staff seemed more concerned with socializing at the bar. We had to approach the bar after waiting 15-20 minutes to ask to order our meals. Grouper bites and fries was great. Coleslaw was like eating globs of mayo. Lobster Mac n Cheese was dry.

UPDATE:Went back here for some comfort food. Again it was as good as expected. Fortunately the wait staff was not unkind to me this time. However, I did overhear one of them be very curt and nasty to a gentleman seated not too far from me. It made me sad. No one else seemed to be having a nice except the buggies I saw crawling/flying around. I really want to like this place again, but it’s proving to be a bit challenging. Hopefully things will turn around soon! :)———original 3 star review from a month ago:Food is rather decent here. Atmosphere is pretty relaxed and has that good “hometown” community feel. I wish the waitresses weren’t so rude though… makes a good time go sour fast. Maybe they were having a bad day every time I’ve been here. Can happen, but who knows.

This place is superb! My hubby and I came here for a dinner and a beer (we’re fairly new to S. Pete but already know quite a few places in here), and we’re blown away by the service, the food and its portions, the prices, the coziness, and the warmth from the owner and the servers. We love it and even though this is the first time, we will be here so many times, we swear!

This place is great for more than one reason please keep reading! So I did an order through Door Dash (this was the 1st time I used them and the lastI got a call from the door dash driver who told me that he was at the restaurant and the food wasnt going to be ready for 25 to 30 minutes. Now keep in mind it had already been 30 minutes from when we placed the order. Then he proceeded to try and extort me out of money telling me he doesnt get paid to wait and he isnt allowed to wait, but if we wanted him to wait we would have to pay him extra when he brought the food. I called the restaurant right away to explain what happened and Jake took the call and I explained what happened. He was very upset that happened and let me know he was calling door dash right away and that he would call me back. He did call me back and let me know another driver was coming and also I should call door dash and let them know what happened. I did this and after a few minutes the representative told me the order was canceled by the restaurant so I explained that was not the case as I had just talked to the restaurant. She continued to tell me it is canceled and there was not another driver going to get it. I called the restaurant back and talked to Jake again to explain what door dash had told me and let him know I didnt blame them for door dashes bad service. He then went out of his way to get our address and personally drive to our house and deliver the food!! This was also our 1st time getting food from them and it was excellent! So please support them because they went above and beyond to make it right and deliver quality food and service! Thanks Jake!!

Came by to enjoy the Screaming Donkey band playing at the Pesky Pelican. The pub was a great stop for the evening. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. The totchos were a great alternative to my usual nachos appetizer which is also on the menu. An original dish that was delicious. Had the chicken sandwich later in the evening and it was big and delicious. The french fries were crisp and hot. Just the way I like them. My compliments to the kitchen staff. All in all, a great little neighborhood pub. P. S. The band was great too. Thats why me and the rest of the 75 to 100 groupies showed up in the first place. The staff did a great job with the larger than expected crowd.

I previously came here to eat pre-covid and my food at that time was "meh", maybe 3 stars. So I came back last night to give it another try and I must admit the burger was pretty darn tasty. The fries were good as well. 5 stars worthy for the price and value, so 4 stars for the average of the two visits.Tried the pineapple cider and enjoyed that, so I ordered another. The best part was listening to Rythem and Boone band playing out back while enjoying my food and drink. I will be back!

Four of us decided to stop in again. Beers are expensive. But still, their beers are very good.Food - I may be wrong but it doesnt seem to be made fresh in house as the server indicated.I ordered the burger with Wisconsin cheese curds. It was ordered medium rare and came out well done. And cold. Fries though were outstanding. We also ordered 12 of the Best Wings in St. Pete. Overcooked and dry.The St. Louis Style Pizza is a 10 inch ulta-thin crust with provel cheese. We ordered with pepperoni and sausage. Decent but not a reason to go back.We enjoyed the live music and the server Chris was friendly. And there is free parking. We will go back and try something else. Hope to be able to provide another star to the rating.

Geat little pub! Off the main drag but so worth finding! Craft beers as well as national brands. Small menu but as a salad aficionado I am always thrilled when the greens are actually green. Amazing wings and fries. I have been back like 4 times already. Also love the shrimp and grouper nuggets. They have an outside area with live music and giant heaters. Robin was an amazing waitress multiple times. Food is always fresh if you eat there or pick up quickly, its okay with Uber eats. The watermelon sangria was very good too. Also really great prices. Dont let the look deceive you, the food is amazing.

Food was gross! It may be a fun atmosphere to hang out, but I’ll probably never find out because I was so disappointed with the food! We ordered boneless hot wings and toasted ravioli for delivery. The boneless hot wings were literally unflavored chicken tenders (no sauce or flavor of any kindThe toasted ravioli seemed like maybe it was cooked hours ago. It was rubbery and hard to chew. I tried calling directly hoping to get it remade or fixed, but the girl who answered to phone was the only one there and the kitchen must have just closed.

We order wings and what not from here pretty regularly and have been for the most part....quite satisfied. We ordered from here tonight and to be honest it left much to be desired. We let the manager know and he went out of his way to bring us a brand new order and included a few containers of his award winning red velvet cake. He totally didn’t have to do this but it was much appreciated. Everything was fresh and done right. And oh em gee.... the cake was so good!!

We went there to eat I had the Redneck Pizza. Pulled Pork, Cheddar Cheese, Barbecue Sauce and Jalapeno Peppers Slices on a Thin Crust. The wife had the French Dip. Their beer selection included their own brews. They was ok except for the stout, it had a medicine taste, I couldnt even finish it. The other ones they brewed didnt have a wow factor but they were drinkable. It was on Saturday night and the entertainment was good.

Great dive bar with terrific food and attentively friendly service. Right off the bike path so gave it a try, twice in a row! The salad was standard affair but the house creamy balsamic was perfectly done with bold flavor. The burger was cooked a good medium on my mid rare request, so while missing the temp a tad I will forgive since the burger patty was of good quality, nicely seasoned, and the grilled onion and mushroom topper absolutely perfect on the blue cheese burger. The wings were also great. I do prefer the freshly breaded ans sauced style, but these naked fried wings has a perfect crisp and the jerk seasoning hit the spot. I advise some sweet heat by adding mango habenero on the side for dipping. Also, the fries being thick and crisp are some of the best frozen non fresh cut fries I ever had (dip in the mango habenero for a treat). And finally that cheese steak. The philly cheese here is made with love. Perfect bread with perfect shaved steak served in the quantity you expect to get in Jersey (okay, a real philly has cheese wiz so this awesome bad boy must hail from Jersey). And the service the gals provided on both visits also rocked. The perfect place if you enjoy a great dive with good food.
