The Penthouse Cafe in Dubasari

The food was good....the waiters and the greet and meet Lady were very indiferent, we asked to change the table, because it was cold outside, thus from all the empty tables (all the rest were reservedwe were given one with flies🪰 .....weve never seen anything like that....when we pointed out at the flies, they said nothing can be done, they just come in. The tasty food that we ate lost its flavour....it was hard to eat and fight with annoying flies....there were too many.What was most upsetting that nobody cared about 20 flies in a restaurant, it seemed to be a normality. Weve lost the fight with the flies and left.....the empty tables were never occupied.....such a pity. Will never go there again...

I made a reservation for 8 people and after 2 days, on the day of the reservation they call me confirm and surprize ! WE HAVE TO SPEND NOT LESS THAN 400 LEI A PERSON😠, Is this even legal ? They did not mention anything when I made the reservation for a special birthday celebration. So FRUSTRATED! WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THIS?

The food good, the staff were nice and the service was very fast!

The place it self is quite nice, the food was good and not too long to come, waitresses helpul, but the bill took way too long to come. Waiting with kids was not pleasant, I had to ask at least 5 times, untill it finally came.One note to the cook, pizza Margherita should have no Parmigiano chees on it. Although it tested good, its not how the original recepy is.

The location and setting are exceptional, and the service is quite good. However, the abundance of sauce does not make up for what is at best average quality food.

Next to the park and thier food is awesome. The sitting space is also excellent. Indoors and outdoors

So, unfortunately even being as hungry as We were, We had to leave the place tonight due to the manager rudely mentioning that wearing sporting clothes is not allowed in the location, and they made an exception to allow us in.(thats when We decided to leave.Not cool , most likely won’t go back there . If you’re looking to dine in, make sure you match their dress code , unless you wanna deal with rude staff or not even being let in the place.P.S. There are many nice places around you could go.

Actually very nice, I am fun of healthy breakfast and the cereal bread with no flour with guacamole and tuna was amazing...

Rude waiter, he took away my dish without asking whether I finished eating. After telling him I wasnt done with eating, he laughed and left.

Really great place with good tea and very good hookah. The food is ok, not amazing. It is the place to go if you want to chill and forget about your daily struggles, but be ready to leave some big slump of money for their services

Wonderful place with delicious food! Strange but their pizza its more tasty and better than in lots of other places that specialize in Italian food 😂 the service its also good, the staff its friendly. Pretty sure that will come here more often than used to.

Worst ever, wanted a vodka and rebull, and got after 3 hours, went to the bar to order one and got instant.at 3 AM and got my second drink. None of barkeeper know who is administration. I dont say about security, they put me out just because they want it.they took 4hours to bring a redbull and vodka.4 hours for a drink , 4 hours. I wanted to spend 500 eurs that night but spent 20🤣

Cocktail place, good service, excellent cocktails, gets to hot in the summer if you seated on the terrace. Otherwise will recommend to everyone who would like to enjoy great cocktails in the city center. 🍹👍🏻

I had such a great time here. The burgers were delicious, the drinks were incredibly well done, thr cocktails were exactly like they looked in the photos. The prices were great too and what I loved most was the music and the overall mood of the restaurant.

Staff inattentive. Bad manners, and when my credit card showed an error the waiter became angry. He started talking laud in local language and went on talking about me for a long time. Another waiter had to come up and asked me to pay in cash to solve the situation.It was really uncomfortable. Theres no way Im ever coming back.Btw, the burger dripped all over the place, a mess to eat.

You have try the Colgate/tic tac shot! This place is absolutely awesome. Hot bartenders, except Victor is taken.... he is Tanuisha’s husband . Service is otherworldly. Sushi is the best in town. Great vibe. 10/10 recommend.

Penthouse is one of my favorite restaurants in Moldova. The sushi is great, and they have a lot of interesting beverages. There is a lot of variety of food, including foreign dishes you can’t find at other restaurants in Moldova. The atmosphere is classy and comfortable, and the location right at the edge of the park is beautiful and convenient.

Great place friendly and great food love the outdoor patio area, had great lunches and very loverly dinner.

Outstanding wine collection with a good selection of food. Our waiter recommended a bottle of wine which as superb. Located directly in the park with a live DJ on weekends.

Cafe in central park. Very good location and nice terrace.Delicious food(especially steudel). Waiters are gentle, but sometimes can happen that you have to wait for the bill.Also very good shisha place.

Service is slow. Prices are high. Food is given in very small portions. I have ordered pasta carbonara and the eggs source was not properly made. It was below my expectations.

From the moment I entered the restaurant, a waiter showed up at me and my family. He greeted us with a weird smirk and we politely asked whether he could provide us with a table to eat at. So then he told us that we could eat there "only if we felt comfortable with the prices". We felt terribly offended by his reply. And the prices arent even high. We could easily pay this meal as long as we decided to enter that place. And also, for my friend who is in a wheelchair it wasn t easy to enter in the first place. After we visited all day different attractions around here in Chișinău and not only, this profoundly ruined our day, which was wonderful up to this point.

I definitely DONT RECOMMEND. Go with your people only if you can endure she sitting in front of you finishes whole meals while you still wait for foods be served.And never go in a group of more than 3. Maybe it will be dinner time waiting for lunch menu. If you dont have any other choice, Go alone or just sandwiches in market wil be better for you.

Good resturant/cafe, the service was perfect, the missing star for the meat that we ordered from menu and after 5 mins they told us that it is not in stock, overall it was good with nice environment.

If you want to stay outside You cant its reserved but in reality isnt. A little expensive. Food is good, the personal is friendly.

Solid example of a proper restaurant! The food was good, drinks as well! Service however needs improvement! Make sure that you book in advance as this place is always full. The hostess was bit rude, telling us that they have no spaces at the terrace, while I notice that other people were about to leave, we asked if we could sit at nearby table until they get cleaned the one for us, she said "No!". :OThe waiter Pavel was the best asset in this service team, very positive, intelligent young man, willing to go that extra mile.Shisha man, not sure what was his name, again was not up to my expectations. Absolutely not willing to go extra mile, I asked if he could make a Shisha in less then 15 minutes he said "No its not possible!" I asked him to try, he gave me again excuses and didnt even try to negotiate with me the time for preparing to 14-13-12 :D. It was a matter of testing his costumer service skills - result was zero sale of Shisha for me that night. Over all the restaurant is quiet nice, however I could feel that they are not investing in s their service team a penny!!!

Great place! Athmosfere is lovely, the meal - tasty. I go there to eat tar-tar. I belive the meat here is really fresh!

The place looks good, good serving, you can smoke on the terrace. Only downside, not all the waitress speak Romanian.
