Baseball fields that host little-league play for ages 3 & up, with batting cages & concessions.
Wow? Great Soccer fields
Please label your fields with sinage that doesnt require walking onto the soccer field in the middle of a game to read. Its a pretty simple concept.
Great complex, plenty of parking, some fields are a very long distance from lot. All turf fields, covered stands.
These facilities are world class
It seems to be a popular place, but $10.00 per rib is a bit pricey. Sides were incredible, but again not cheap....pic was $78.00 worth of food.
Umpire Terry is rude and couldnt have a simple conversation. I asked about the score when the score was wrong and he was very short and tempered. Players should be able to talk to the umpires and either he was having a bad day or just didnt want to admit he was wrong. He shouldnt be out there if he cant communicate with players.
Nice place to play it has shade over the bleachers it nice every one is nice .
Love the field. Its nice and clean.
This field was one of the first to charge to let you watch your kids. Now its pretty normal so Ive raised my number of stars. Concession still arent very stellar but the fields are pretty nice.
Texas Star is a very good facility. They have everything you need and more. The facility itself is very bland and does not have much going on but the fields are very nice with the turf infield. Just wish they would add turf to the outfield
The fields are well maintained and the baseball program is fun as well as a "growth experience". I know it is hard to squeeze in additional restrooms but that would be a suggestion. We play way far away from the restrooms and its hard for young kids to "hold it" for an hour and a half. Otherwise, LOVE IT! The softball fields are great and the restrooms are close.
This fields are always in top shape. Thank you for maintaining them. Great place for kids to play ball.
Fields are great, scoreboards donβt work, and are ALWAYS behind!
Ive been to A LOT of youth baseball fields in the past few years and, bar none, Texas Star has the dirtiest, nastiest mens restrooms of them all.
The child plays soccer/futbol here. So this is a weekly excursion for us. The facility is well maintained and the fields are well manicured
Great facility! Enjoyed watching my grandson play here!
My son Loves this park ππΎππΎ
The restrooms where nasty. The city should be ashamed as to how they are kept. Needless to I wont be buying anything from the concessions if its a reflection of the restrooms.
Baseball fields and facilities in good shape. Stands have shade
Nice to have an ice rink so close to home but boy has it gotten run down and dirty over since the first of the year. Great beer league hockey but facilities really need some help.
I have been coming to this park for years to watch baseball. The park is always nice, and clean. I Love watching baseball here.
Good facilities. Great shade to watch game. Low rating for having to pay entry fee to watch your child play, after paying team entry fee for tournament.
The fields are really nice, as well as the stands. We played on veterans field. They have a bullpen area but its a little sketchy. My only other complaint is that concession stands and bathrooms are few and far between. If you are on veterans field you can go into the ice rink though.
I wasted over three hours of my Rainy Sunday to be told repeatedly βweβre reevaluatingβ during almost constant raining weather. I almost called Channel 5to request their meteorologist call the venue and confirm rain would continue and risk the boys safety, because apparently 100% of rain on the weather app is not enough.
Been playing here since 3 and its been great the Dr. Pepper center is a really great place, batting cages are in good condition for all ages, and the fields for all sports are nice and are good quality π.
Excellent complex!! Obviously lots invested and possibly hands down the best fields in the metroplex!!!Turf is in great shape and a very spacious complex!! Zero complaints!!!!
Texas Star is a massive recreation area that boasts 9 baseball fields of different sizes (some with covered seating), over 10 soccer fields of different sizes, a Starcenter ice rink arena, golf course, restaurant, playground, batting cages, picnic pavilion, and softball fields. Lots of parking on the north and south sides. Everything is clean and well maintained. Some of the baseball fields are named after real MLB ballparks.
This is definitely one of the nicer ball parks around. They converted their fields to turf a few years ago, which upped their game. They have some of the nicest seating areas compared with other facilities.
We are loving our games here. We switched leagues because their Covid rules for games are common sense and follow the guidelines set by the CDC without being overreactive and constricting. The fields here are excellent and well-maintained. The bleachers are well set-up with awnings and netting to protect the viewers. The umpires are attentive and fair.
Great parl. Clean. Well organized. Plenty of room. Awesome condition astroturf baseball fields. Parking in front or back. Overall great park
This complex is fairly well spread out. Know where you need to be and park accordingly. Paved sidewalks are good for carts. Please add a couple hitting cages and nets to the East side of the park, between Veterans field and Royals Park. The park was clean and well-kept. The coverage and seating at the fields is nice. Thank you.
Geared up towards select baseball for all ages. The upkeep on the hitting cages is a joke. The bathrooms are pathetically outdated for the revenue generated. The walking paths have been neglected. Just fields designed to bring in the money without recycling any profits to keep the original state of the art look Euless originally created with these fields.
Excellent baseball fields, plenty of parking and batting cages on site. Turf infield and grass outfield. Concession stand onsite but is limited in what they offer. No rules against bring in outside food or drinks that i have notice.
Used to be a great place for our team to play baseball, but has gone downhill. Biggest plus used to be turf fields, but lots of places have turf now. Scoreboards rarely work, and they always give some excuse, but dont fix them. Concession stand frequently runs out of the most basic items that could be kept on hand. The restrooms used to be decent, but this whole season for league games and tournaments they have been pretty gross. Its a shame to see a nice park go down hill.
Texas Star is an incredibly impressive baseball park got youngsters!! I was a baseball mom to 2 sons years ago and am now a baseball grandmother to 4 grandsons and I have never seen a more beautiful, professional looking baseball park! The fields are gorgeous and the stands are all covered; certainly not what I was ever accustom to from my years as a #1 fan!
If you are not from the area dont waste your time or money playing baseball at these fields. The umpires here are horrible. They only know how to call a strike down the middle & are very rude. very unprofessional! Not sure when it is okay to yell at the parents to shut up. WOW! Definitely not a place I would recommend.
I donβt care either way about the baseball field, but that concession stand was straight fire. The dude running it was running a tight ship. Quick food, good food. The prices were also pretty good. I didnβt catch his name, but the man running it deserved a raise. 10 out of 10: Would drive 20 mins for another Brisket Hot Dog.
Great ball park and easy parking. Concessions are typical but only accepts cash. Ball fields have great covered seating.
You need to have more than one person with a cart when they have a large group .it really gets to be a really bad jam up . I had to skip 3 holes because they had 3 groups of 4 on 2 holes. Also they were on holes for cart path only and they were all over the course. For the money we have to pay there should be more monitoring of the course. People who cant take course management should be barred from playing.
Son plays league and tournament games here. One of the better baseball facilities in dfw. Fields are great, plenty of shade sitting in the stands. Typical concession stands, typical pricing. I think Texas Star is way better than the over priced over hype big league nightmare in Mansfield
Fields are amazing..... Bleechers with shade are there :)))). The only thing that is not good is the concession stand. The food is too expensive and everything is almost never available. Just bring your own food. You can only wear molded cleats. I definitely love this place.
The fields are great.. But they could do a better job cleaning the stands and the bathrooms. My son had the first game of the day and nothing was cleaned. There were still sunflower seeds all over the ground. How hard is it to sweep up after the last game of the day?
Lots of parking. The complex is top notch with turf infields, manicured out fields. Lots of nice places to sit as fans, covered seating, upper level pick nick tables.. Just a great place for baseball. Tournaments are well ran here, never had a problem. Drive almost 2 hrs to play here for there top notch events. This is a great place for memories to be made. Win or Lose you will not be un happy you made the trip. Its truly a great place and complex to play in and at.
Overall a very nice and well maintained facility. The baseball fields all have artificial turf infields.
Beautiful baseball and soccer park(sto see many games. Great to walk and run with good scenery to the eyes. Pretty surprising its in the hidden part of Euless. My daughter love the playground there and the monkey bars. Very good place.
The soccer fields have really stepped their game up and are lush this year. They could definitely mow the areas for fans better, but overall its a nice sports complex!
Very nice park to take my special needs nephew. He had several items to choose from to play with. The other kids where friendly and respectful toward his special needs. Often catering to his needs. He had a great time at the park. Thanks Xoxo π π
The staff was friendly but the batting cages need some serious maintenance. You put your token in and nothing happens, then 2 minutes later, balls start flying without notice. Balls were flying past my knees, coming when the indicator lights were off. Its a good deal when you actually get the machines to work.
I love this entire park complex. The pavilions, playgrounds and the fields are always very well maintained. It gets very busy on weekends and parking fills up fast. Its close to the Dr. Pepper Star Center so you have access to a restroom and a concession stand when the ice skating rink is open.
This review only applies to the batting cages. Its cash only. Even though there are two slow pitch softball machines, only one of them was open. When I asked for a 28oz softball bat, I was looked at like I was crazy. So then I asked for any softball bat, and was given a baseball bat. Oh well. I guess I should have brought an extra bat that I dont mind putting wear on. The machine was consistent, but I had to stand about 3ft in front of the base for the ball to be around waist level. The cages are narrow so dont really allow you to have a one handed back swing--so I had to shorten up my normal swing--which defeats the purpose of practicing.
