Needed a place for the night

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was very dirty and the shower had black mould inside. Smells so bad reminds me of a dead rat. It was disgusting

Very nice and polite and helpful staff would 100% recommend also has big nice tvs and good food and price

Worst hotel ever . Period. Do not go to this hotel you rather sleep on the streets. Has serious insect infestation with coachroaches and bed bugs all over. Dirty big rats and mouses in the kitchen and feces all over. Dirty sheets felt itchy all night coudnt even get any sleep and so much noise. Gave me out of date keema on a plate and got food poisoning.

Three star and OK. Breakfast is non existent and no tea facilities in rooms.

I WAS PLACED IN PARK HOTEL BY THE LOCAL COUNCIL AS I AM UNFORTUNATELY HOMELESS, WHICH I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL FOR! HOWEVER, I HAVE HAD ISSUES DURING MY STAY.ALTHOUGH THE ROOM I WAS GIVEN WAS CLEAN, THERE WAS BED BUGS ON THE MATTRESS AND LOTS OF SMALL FLYS FLYING EVERYWHERE!THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS NOT FAR FROM THE MAIN ROAD, SO YOU WOULD THINK THAT THE NOISE OF THE TRAFFIC WOULD DISTURB YOU,BUT IN MY OPINION, IT IS ONE OF THE FELLOW RESIDENTS THAT HAS BEEN THE DISTURBANCE! I HAVE BEEN HARASSED, BEEN CALLED VILE NAMES, THREATENED AND SPAT ON! I NOTIFIED THE STAFF, BUT THE SITUATION HAS NOT CHANGED!!I FEEL AS THOUGH I CANNOT STAY PEACEFULLY AT THE PARK HOTEL BECAUSE OF THIS MATTER!AT THE MOMENT, I AM ON A SHORT BREAK WITH A FRIEND, BUT WILL BE RETURNING TO THE HOTEL WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS AND TO BE HONEST.... I AM NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO MY RETURN!!!IT IS SUCH A SHAME THAT A LOVELY, FRIENDLY AND QUIET ATMOSPHERE AT THE PARK HOTEL HAS BEEN RUINED BY JUST ONE INDIVIDUAL AND THE MATTER REALLY NEEDS ADDRESSING FOR THE RESIDENTS THAT STAY THERE IN THE FUTURE!!

You get what you pay for !!!!!!or so i assume £50.00 for a family room (2 adults 3 children 9 yrs 7 yrs and 6 monthson the journey home from Scotland i expected this to be a dive and that i woukd be apologising to the Wife for a very long time ....... BUT i was greeted by polite helpful staff and a massive room almost an apartment . would definitely stay there again if im ever in Bradford

Hotel? More like a seedy knocking shop

Cheap as chips last minute booking for us, free off road parking and free wifi. Our room was next to stairway firedoor and seemed to be banging half the night. Massive TV in room with modern shower, comfy bed normal tea and coffee facilities

Value for money if you just want to sleep. Rooms are decent but hotel it is not.

Por el amor de dios!!! No vaiais!!! NO!! Suerte que solo teniamos reserva para una noche y saliamos a las 4:00pm para coger el avion. No nos metimos dentro de la cama, dormimos vestidos encima por el asco tan grande que da todo. Es un lugar decadente, asqueroso, mal ventilado, huele fatal. Habitacion super pequeña, con mini ventana, lleno de polvo. Alli solo van i canvian las sabanas, lo demas no lo limpian. Un dedo de polvo por todas partes, pelos.. Fue una pesadilla! No vaiais!!! Es mas, sanidad tendria que cerrar este antro!

Cheap hotel. Friendly staff

Well walk into the room and think spot on thatll fit the travel cot nicely. Then you see the confetti on the floor.... has the room even been cleaned??? No no it hasnt, dirty towel, dirty furniture not that you want to use the floating shelf that is angling downwards. Bathroom not cleaned the shower is disgusting environmental health would be in shock. The dirty walls where thin enough to hear other guests enjoying themself as is a popular activity in these places yet no mattress protector and waffer thin pillows. The dirty and dusty radiator has a cigarette butt and ash in it. Cheap and cheerful no cheap and dirty, we all want a bargain but there are standards to be meet and the basic standard of cleaning certainly aint envomential health should pay them a visit.

We have our monthly group meetings here and the reception guy us very helpful and a nice clean place

Friendly and informative at reception, I had a lovely large and spacious room , and gorgeous bath and shower.Clean towels and toiletries plus tea and coffee made for a perfect stay. Will come here whenever in the area .

Avoid. 1 star is 1 too many!!!The local youth hostel would be a better bet than here.The first thing that greets you as you walk up the steps is cigarette butts. Nice!!The downstairs toilets were dirty and smelly!!The room itself was smelly, the velux window blind was broken .The ensuite was dirty with stains on the tiles and not clean. Shower hanging off and no hot water!!!The quality of the tiling is terrible and how everything looks temporarily put in place.Tv reception is awful and makes watching tv a no no.I would pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.I am curious as to how it got a 3 star rating!!

Room big, hotel quiet location and not expensive.

We definitely got a bargain for the price we were paying. Incredibly spacious and had lovely clean washing facilities plus big clean beds. Will definitely be back.

Read the bad reviewsbut supprised when entering the room. It was huge and seemed newly decorated. Large lcd tv, clean beds and quality bathroom. Basic facilities but tea and coffee for the morning and a lovely ; view of bradford out of a large window.

This is a disgusting hotel window broken no blinds wasps in my room the bathroom smelt disgusting. Family and friends were living there and wandering around. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Used my card details to pay for their dinners and MOT!!!

Literally the worst run hotel I have ever been to, there was blood in the toilet all over the sides, the bedsheets were stained, they had no tea or coffee making facilities in the entire building, they didnt know whether I had paid so they started knocking on my door even though I had actually paid, there was cigarette stains everywhere and doors are paper think so didnt get a moment of peace. If anyone is reading this please DO NOT stay here.

Avoid, made dodgy online transactions (ordered from just eat! Bastards!! Harassed my girlfriend, dirty filthy rooms, bedbugs, no heating. Dirty Asians lingering in the hallways. If thats your thing then I highly recommend it! Otherwise keep clear!

Terrible hotel and service. DO NOT recommend. Bed bugs everywhere infested, broken shower, staff lost key to our room. Terrible.
