I went here on a work trip a few years ago and still think about it. I’m in Chicago and my friend and I always remember this restaurant as the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. Just go here, no contest, no discussion. It’s excellent.

I liked the food alot. But because I was alone and sitting as quietly as can be in a loud environment, I think my waiter forgot about me. It took a long time for him to take my order and bring my check. Then, after waiting for 10 minutes, I took my check to him at the register. I wasnt a happy camper at that moment. 😕

A gem of Little Rock. I trust this place will always be in business. If you get the chance to go, and love salmon... Id recommend their Simply Leahs salad with salmon and their gluten free bread.

Great food and atmosphere. Staff were very courteous and attentive. They also make strong drinks that are not lacking in the alcohol, which I like.

Great service tonight from Kayla and the whole staff. My husband and I were celebrating a late Valentine’s Day and dinner here was the perfect way to do it. We had The Board as an appetizer. He ordered the brat and I ordered the pork shoulder but it was very bland for my taste (it was cooked beautifully, but just not the right dish for meso I did something I’ve NEVER done and sent it back, having only eaten about 2 bites. Kayla, our server recommended the lasagna instead and it was PERFECT. It came out fast and hot and I have leftovers because I was so full from the appetizer. Everything we ended up with was delicious and I was very grateful they were so accommodating about me sending food back.

This place is the best kept secret in town! The waitress was incredible! I havent seen that type top notch service in many years...she was professional, paid attention to our dieting restrictions, respectful of our conversation, delivered what we needed when we needed it without even having to ask what we needed, and didnt interrupt with the check before we had finished eating.Dinner was a little higher than average, but we definitely got more than we paid for... absolutely marvelous! The garlic mashed potatoes and cauliflower had beautifully balanced spices. The green beans were crisp but not under-done and the glass for the salmon was a beautiful delicate balance.

Very good value for the money. Eastern and Central European inspired food with an extensive and affordable beer list and a handful of affordable and acceptable wines. A great place to get some sausage or a dish with cabbage and gravy.

Pricey. Not authentic European food but a good try. It was slightly expensive but the portion size made up for that. Pierogies were the best thing on the menu.

Legit had to eat here twice in two weeks. I wasnt /forced/ to. I HAD TO. That tasty. Had the Jaeger Schnitzel, Charcuterie board, truffle-deviled eggs, sauteed mushrooms, pork shoulder and potato dumplings, pierogi, and a lovely piece of cheesecake. Okay. Two cheesecakes. Must try. Very good.

My partner and I came for dinner last night. We typically visit the Pantry Crest for our anniversary every year, but we had to skip a year due to the pandemic. As soon as we were both vaccinated, we knew this would be our first restaurant to visit in person. We’ve ordered some takeout over the last year, but we missed the drinks and the friendly service. After a year of not being in restaurants, we had a wonderful time at Crest. Our server, Gordy, was so knowledgeable and had such a warm attitude. Everything was phenomenal, from the starters to the cocktails to the dessert. I’m so glad I got the rustic bowl instead of going for my usual, and I’ll be sure to be more adventurous with the specials if they’re all as good as the beef stroganoff.Thank you so much to the staff for keeping your head up over the last year and working hard to give people a sense of normalcy during all this, even when it isn’t always noticed or appreciated. We couldn’t have been happier to be there and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent restaurant. Very cozy, perfectly decorated, awesome atmosphere, fantastic food and supreme service. Price to quality ratio is excellent. Suggested dishes: their cheese and charcuterie board, seafood stew, pork shoulder, creme Brule... anything you ask for in this place I can almost guarantee it will be fantastic. I will definitely be back the next time Im in Little Rock

The service was wonderful. I think his name was Gordy according to the ticket. He was an awesome waiter. The food was hot and delicious. We had a charcuterie board and it didnt disappoint. It had bacon, turkey, sausage, liver pate, cheeses, mustard, pickled veggies, and bread. We also had the Brussel sprouts and red cabbage. They were very good. We had the rustic bowl that had spaetzle with cheese sauce and pork. We were very pleased with our dinner. They have beer flights and a great wine selection.

My fiance and I took our family here tonight. We were sat upstairs in Damion’s section as a party of 6. He didn’t greet us nor did he introduce himself. He placed the water on the table. My daughter asked him for a straw, he never acknowledged her request. So she asked him again. He made us all feel so uncomfortable that we left and that’s terribly sad because I was so looking forward to the vegetarian menu as there aren’t a lot of options here in Little Rock. I would not recommend this place for family dinner, it is more geared toward couples.

Great job enforcing mask mandates and having tables spaced out to maintain social distancing. But the real jewel here is the food. Weve tried the schnitzel and theyre great. We had the Hungarian Bratwurst last time followed by the cheesecake and it was some of the best food weve had in Little Rock. The cocktail menu is great as well. The service was good and attentive. Overall I highly recommend the Pantry Crest.

Ive eaten there several times and every time it has exceeded my expectations. 5/5The reason I am reviewing now is their communication with customers is also excellent which is something to note these days.I emailed the email address with a question about the menu and how to make an order. Several people reached back out to me, even the chef. The care they have to the customer experience from food prep to communication is 5/5 anyone in LR or visiting should stop by

I have been here on several occasions and am always delighted. The staff is pleasant. I love the vibe of the restaurant. Its in a converted house. There is plenty of seating and I beleive that when the weather is nice they have outdoor seating as well. There are dedicated handicap spaces in front of restaurant but the rest is street parking or in a nearby grocery store lot. My friend and I went last night as we heard that there was a late night happy hour from 10pm to 12am. Most of the appetizers are half price (shrimp is not). Everything is beautifully presented and the food is always delicious! Cant wait to be back.

Warm, cozy environment envelops you to a place away from it all. Being a hummus junkie, it did lack a little flavor🤔, but every other dish tried was highly flavorful. They serve traditional drinks but also have delicious, unique cocktails if youre up for trying something new.

One of my favorite restaurants in the area. Always excellent service and we really enjoy the drinks. In particular love that the kitchen stays open pretty late. I go here regularly and have no reason to stop. My favorite place in the neighborhood and one of my favorites in the city.

Theres really only one thing one could complain about here, and thats parking. Otherwise, this was a fantastic dining experience. Built in an old house in the heights, the Pantry Crest is full of charm and a comfortable atmosphere. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks topped up, friendly, and got our order correct. The lasagna was delicious - I dont even like lasagna, but Id order it here. I had the Pantry Burger, which was quite delicious. The pommes frites were thin, but delicious. We also had the truffled deviled eggs appetizer. They were quite good, though I wouldnt have said no to more mustard. If youre into truffle oil and deviled eggs, give them a try.

Visited for a date night one Friday night. The parking lot is tiny, so be prepared to drive around to find street parking on the adjoining streets. The restaurant is set in a converted house which adds to the eclectic charm of the interior, but also has some draw backs. Mainly the place gets really loud since there is no real zoning or sound proofing. Second the staircase that leads to the upstairs loft is only wide enough for traffic going one way. Thus if sitting upstairs you will invariably end up waiting for other patrons or servers to go up and down the steps. We started with cocktails and bacon wrapped figs. The cocktails were OK, but definitely not the best in town. The bacon wrapped figs were amazing. The menu is a mix of European and American with an emphasis on elevated comfort food. We tried a spinach and smocked salmon flatbread and a daily special bowl with couscous, trout, and red sauce. Both were great and the portions size was enough for us both to have leftovers.Service was excellent and the ambience of the restaurant is intimate with whimsy. All in all a great place for a date night or to meet friends for dinner.

Really fun place, loved the decor. We sat upstairs, which has a nice cozy feel to it. Cocktails were very good: we started with the Rhine river remedy and ginger and the professor and later an old fashioned. Shared the country pate and local mushrooms small plates. For mains we had the Hungarian sausage and a saffron/tomato seafood stew that had fish, shrimp and mussels. Both were very good, but I prob wont order the seafood stew again (kinda pricey, little overcooked). Had coffee with ice cream after dinner, very good. Will definitely go back.

Flew in town at 11pm and this was the only non-fast food joint open so we gave it a shot. It was delicious!! Very nice atmosphere and great food. Their board is amazing and I thought the food was great quality. Also ordered a salad which was huge. Mondays they do happy hour all day on drinks and foods, too! Definitely going back to this place during this trip. Also had a farm to table vibe which I appreciated.

Everything was truly amazing. The food was delicious and beautifully plated. Our server was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. I dont know what I was expecting but I was completely blown away by the experience.I tried to rank the items on the charcuterie tray during dinner, but everything was so good that trying to pick a favorite was impossible. Salty, savory, rich and spicy the flavors melded well. The only thing I would add is to maybe have a little fig preserve or local honey with it to round it out with a touch of sweet. But it is great as is.For a main course I had the Jager Snitzel and it was perfect. The pork was tender and juicy and crispy and ohh so good.Definitely going back while Im in town. The Pantry Crest is saved in my GPS and favorited in Google maps.

Easily one of the best meals Ive ever had. Sophisticated fine dining in a very comfortable atmosphere. I had the liver pate with cornishon as a starter and it was perfectly balanced. For main I had their house made bratwurst with spiced sauerkraut and pan fried potatoes the bratwursts had it just the right amount of spice and a perfect snap and the sauerkraut balanced the fattiness of the sausage. Overall an amazingly good experience if youre ever in Little Rock head here for dinner you wont be disappointed. And definitely end your night with a cocktail

I enjoy The Pantry but the recipes are very European in that they do a lot of German food, sausages, and gravies they are great at what they do and the daily special is always very tasty. Just feels like the have a more limited set of ingredients. However, as I said, what they do they do VERY well. Love the ambience of the converted house. Burgers are available if you are trying to keep costs low (will run about 10 bucksand they have a decent selection of German beers

Great place to get upscale mouth watering local food. Best part is they are open til midnight on Friday. The service is phenomenal and the drink selection is outstanding. I highly recommend starting with the local sausage and cheese board which has fun pickled veggies on it too, and then sharing the sirloin which comes with fries, shockingly, but they are quite good and easy to share. They know how to cook it rare too, so dont be afraid to ask!!!

I like this restaurant in terms of how it looks. It reminds me of a rustic home with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Space can be an issue and could even be described as cozy. Definitely a trendy spot with hipsters. The service is excellent as well. The servers are always delighted to help and can accommodate to any food substitutions needed. It simultaneously has an upscale feel to it while also being informal. Its certainly never been quiet as people are enjoying each others company. The food, in my experience, has been hit or miss, usually a miss. I think the main problem is a lack of flavor. From what I see the food appears to be good quality, but most times I am left wanting for more. For instance, their burger was decent except the meat had no seasoning at all. No salt or pepper, at the very least. This is also true of their sea bass. But sometimes they get it right like their lasagna. Strangely, their ricotta and bread appetizer was too salty.I think this place for all its good intentions tries too hard to be extravagant but cant get the food right. At the very least, its a great place for a date.

I just had one of the best lamb dishes Ive ever eaten at the Pantry Crest. The Rustic Bowl featured lamb and asparagus over couscous with a very flavorful sauce to boot. To say it was tender would be grossly understating things. The service was attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere is perfect for hanging out with friends and enjoying really well prepared food. East at a few places like this and youll never want to go to a chain restaurant again.
