Nice venue if youre someone who likes nature and chilling in a comfortable a d relaxed environment. Lunch variety could be wider, but the foot tastes great!

Menu is very appealing however they were not prepared for that night . Therefore most of what was on the menu wasnt available. Ambiance was is nice. Better light outside of venue , the sign is hardly visible at night.

Good food and service. I would have expected more variety on the menu on a friday night though. Reasonable prices too.

Nice and cozy. Great for new relationships (getting to know you stage). Not too open; not too secluded. Ideal for friends link up too. Food was sumptuous but serving smallish😊. Not too pricey. I found the serving utensils interesting - matching the rustic ambiance of the premises. Waiter was courteous and pleasant. I went with some friends on Saturday. There was no live entertainment just background music. My request for a change of the eras music being played was gladly accommodated.

It was restaurant week and so I didnt really expect much service but I wanted to try something new...the place was full as expected but the HOSTESS was very accommodating...she ensured to find a spot for all 6 people 👏. Despite that only a set menu was available for the promotion...it was good and we tried most of the items. I cant say much to the prices as I didnt see the real menu but the service and food was good...the setting was outdoor and somewhat private...good for all ages

The service was okay. They were pleasant but I think a bit understaffed for the crowd they had that night. But the ambiance is really interesting. Loved it. The food was yummy and youll see dishes your familiar with but with a nice twist. They had a band the night I went and Id have to say that was the high light for me... It was so eclectic and relaxing. Loved it! Will definitely go again! No doubt you have got to experience it.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to.... My server wasnt so bad but as for the manager!!, he need some guidance... How can someone order a shot (which is 1 ounce of vodka and u give them a double shot (2 ouncesthen raging and demanding for the customer to pay when it was their error ... Plus to top it off the manager chases the customer out of the restaurant using expletives... The worst. The hospitality is very poor there ...the experience was sickening

My visit to Pallet was a new experience, the genre of music played was that of afro sentric, very mellow and easy glowing almost hypnotic at times. The staff was very friendly, warm and engaging, I liked the ambiance with th ed old fashion type light bulbs, the wood work sheds that provided shelter. The food was good, well seasoned and hot (felt like it came right off the fire)😋. I would recommend the kitchen be open longer as I wanted to order a take out order at 10:30 and was told the kitchen was close.Would definitely recommend it and revisit

We waited hours for our food and we ended up leaving because the wait time was way too long - 2 hours. The service was the worst!!!!! The waitress was unapologetic. When we told her we were leaving she seemed relieved and again she did not apologise. People do not waste your money or time going to that place. It nuh ready yet.

Decent live music on a Thursday night... and if you can sing or play an instrument.. Then you will have a fulfilling time. If you just want to hang out and have a drink, then even better, you get to be on the receiving end of pretty decent live entertainment. You will be surprised!

I went on a Saturday and surprisingly it was empty so I cant compare the service to a full night. But I wasnt disappointed. My waitress was very pleasant. I ordered the salmon which was excellent... To me 😁 overall no complaints

Great place for live music on Thursday evening

I ordered the pasta. It was good. I was peeved thou with the long wait. Our server was patient and knew how to multitask because she was doing so many things at the same time..they new to get more staff.

It was really good. The food was really amazing. The service wasnt good but the food made up for it which only took 15mins to come. It was cool very inviting and comfortable. I got yam and cheese stuffed chicken roulade and it was well done. I would come back here.

Brought my current girlfriend and bodyguard their after doing some shopping at Ashly Furniture. It was great the food was very tasty and different. The bartender seemed a bit timid she was a bit young. They definitely could use some eye candy around the bar I would have flirted and spent a lot of money! WIll definitely be back hopefully they will get sexier bartenders to keep guests entertained.

First time being there and I love it, so sad I could not stay for the live band show. The food was great the atmosphere was Kool and their bathrooms are super awesome with the designs. I would definitely go back

Food tasted great...loved the pork chops as well as the bread pudding. Didnt realize it was restaurant week so it was busy and the portion was small. Great service, staff very courteous and really attentive. Definitely going back

Authentic, earthy restaurant/ bar with really good live music on Thursdays. Fries and wings were amazing. Pasta was really good. Pork croquettes were not good at all (stay away :).

Its on North Ave where u make a left on this Road, if youre able to see Bryans studio and Popeyes as u approach it.The place itself has wonderful ambience, good music and the food is great as well.It was a slow night tonight, but everything else was spot on perfect

The location is great, the ambiance is good. But my god the customer service is poor. I must say Ive had my share of bad customer service but this placed topped the list.Not recommended if you wish to have a good time.

Let me start by saying how lovely the interior looks and feel, well decorated and everything, but i had a sad experience.The Bartender lastnight was not friendly, there were bottles of Johnnie Walker and because we decided not to take from the bottle with the least in it she did not bother to serve. #really was having a rough time and eventually would have bought the entire bottle, so we left and had the same bottle at Rubbiz.Proper customer service is still the key in the service industry.

Food is excellent !!!!A bit pricey for small quantities but well worth it.The ambiance is amazing. (Rustic)Staff are usually welcoming and pleasant.They need to get rid of their glassware. My group wasnt appreciative of their branded sponsor glasses 🤨 (and it seems to be an issue voiced by many others, brings off a cheap vibe).The road is a bit lonely however they usually have security to help you park and to watch the vehicles.I would definately recommend the Pallet .

Hidden gem! The space is quite creatively designed with furniture made from pallets. It is a quite, comgortable, rustic ambiance. However is quite open. There is very little private space. It is clean and quite attractively laid out.The wait staff were pleasant, quite friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The customer service experience was good.The menu items were quite interesting and the item I had was very well done, tasty. The price was affordable.My first few experiences at the Pallet were good , but on a subsequent visit in the afternoon; there wasnt any food. My thought was, How can this be? This is a restaurant and meals are served throughout the entire day? I do hope that this situation is addressed as this is a nice place.

They do not serve cocktails or mixed drinks. Their wine selection is poor. Food takes over an hour to leave the kitchen on a empty night. For what its worth the food presentation was egh and prices are average.

Excellent customer service. Its a very relaxed atmosphere for a bunch of friends and the food is priced well. Definitely returning.

The food was amazing! Thursday nights live music. You are whisked away to a magical place instead of remembering that you are within minutes of Halfway Tree. Everything is right about the experience.

Great tapas and small plates. Nice wine selection. Local entertainment great atmosphere and energy. Will definitely return when in the area. Food is delicious. Portions can be a bit more for the price.

It was pleasant actually. Best wings ever and I love how they present their food. The menu needs a few more options though. The atmosphere is really chill and casual and the staff is very welcoming and helpful.

The setting is nice and chill, the waitstaff needs to be further trained. I had the angel hair garlic pasta... the garlic taste was veery strong and to an extent distasteful. I visited on an evening when a lot of activity took place- live band and video shoot. This took away from what I believe the venue had to offer. The parking area needs to be addressed urgently.

The food at The Pallet Ja is absolutely amazing!!! ...and so is the ambiance and theme! My ansolute favorite place to eat in Kingston. Its definitely a place to check out.

The service here was good during our visit on a Saturday night. The ambiance was lovely in the night...not sure if I would feel the same during the day. Had a glass of conundrum for $1200 but it was a larger than usual portion. We tried the wings...The garlic parm was nice...ginger soy had too much for a soy flavorful. The vibe is very casual and they do have music, which is great...All you need is a group of friends.

Its a Cozy place. Angel Hair shrimp pasta was a little bland, not seasoned.Fillet Fish (Fish and Chipswas really oily.Btw, ask ahead of time about what they actually have that is on the menu. Only 3 appetizers were actually available at the time of our first visit. And bring your own ketchup for fries as they dont have serve same.

So for my friends birthday we decided to go to the Pallet due to its attractiveness on Instagram and the fact that its a relatively new restaurant and weve basically been to all the others wed give them a try. We set a reservation for 8pm but like typical Jamaicas most of the party got there at 9pm. The late party wasnt greeted at the entrance or anything they simply found us after which the manager gave us a table. Then we met out serve and shortly made our order. That was around 9:20. The music and whole ambiance of the place was good but soon that no longer distracted us to the fact weve been waiting two hours for the food. At after 11pm. We wanted to see a manager after we decided it was now ridiculous. The server who was nice, took 1 plate out after 2 hours and then about twenty minutes later still only brought an addition order from the party of 8. The managers "apology" didnt cut it. He played the unprofessional blame game as to why 1 of the 2 orders we got was incorrect and he said it was the servers fault. The red wine I ordered was white. And he stated "I dont have to be doing this...." Just before giving us some souvenir bottles for compensating crappy service. He also blamed us saying we ordered 1 hour after getting there so I guess in his eyes it was our fault. The apology was VERY insincere. Also the food, pasts very oily (but our chef in training at the table explained whybut that still didnt make up for the fact it wasnt even fettuccine but regular spaghetti and no one even tried to fix our order but we were so hungry and frustrated we tried to eat it. The rissoto and salmon was very flavour full, no lies. But I will never recommend the Pallet to anyone based on the entire experience and the majority of the food wasnt good based on my partys reviews. The manager needs professionalism training. And to learn he is a part of a team. If the server messes up he messes up and should not simply blame her to get fire off his back. And laminate those menus that are tearing apart.

The decor really plays to the pallet them but it has more of a rustic than a dry and boring vibe. The food definitely is not dry and boring. They dont serve dessert but the service was pretty sweet and their drinks options should suffice. A nice like chill spot hidden away in half way tree thats great for small gatherings and quiet nights out.

Amazing space and great food. Loved all my experiences there. I highly recommend. Very rustic and relaxed space. When I went they only did lunch during the week and opened late Friday and Saturday night, dont know if that has changed now.

This is my first time coming to visit this place. I love the way how they renovated and the servers were nice. The food presentations were amazing, but when it comes to taste, I prefer their snacks and drinks (wine), main was overcooks, we address the issue to the serves, the chef fixed it and present with another dish. Overall, it is ok.

The food is great! The scotch bonnet aoli is to die for with its extreme flavour and mild heat. A perfect dipping sauce. The ambiance is created with the perfect mood lighting for a date. The prices are not to bad ranging from 400 to 4000jmd. Definitely worth the the trip.
