Love the place

Although this place has outstanding design, but it is very dirty. Toilet is dirty although look cute. It is easy to find spider webs in the ceilings. They have a hall that can support your event enough, but not enough parking spot to accomodate.

The place has a nice design and good ambience.Foods are quite delicious, one of my favourite food is Roasted Duck with Chinese Buns.The service and the food serving took quite a time, the waiter only gave a menu book for 8 persons.Waiters and waitresses are not well-trained, I asked the waiter for the extra mayonnaise, then he asked the other waitress for that mayonnaise, and that waitress asked the other waiter for the same thing.The parking lot is fairly enough although the valet parking service is still provided.As a word of advice, management improvement is needed.

Di The Palis ada 3 tempat makan : Met Duck‎ untuk cita rasa western, Kitchen 8 untuk kuliner yang khas oriental dan Kalalili yang menawarkan menu tradisional. Semacam One Stop Culinary. Jadi, walaupun duduk di satu restoran, kita bisa pesan menu restoran lainnya juga. Asik buat nongkrong berduaan, rame rame sama temen, atau dinner bareng keluarga. Tempatnya nyaman n instagrammable banget...

A comfy place with friends or family, kids friendly, good decoration, good taste of food and drink with fair price, friendly staffs.

Food wise, one of the finest place to get a decent meal in Semarang. The hygiene is above par, the food detail is immaculate. Yes, you will wait for a jiffy or two before your plate comes, but then again, its not a fast food joint, but definitely worth the wait!

Good place, but standard food. The food menu used to be great when this place is still located in Paragon, but now they cut lot of item in their menu. I find the taste to be okay and nothing special.The only good thing here is the place, good ambiance and nice for a date with your partner. You can take great photo for your social media here.The price is medium to high which is acceptable for this kind of restaurant.

It is a luxurious restaurant. Great service. I went to Met Duck, the 2nd floor restaurant. It is all great.

I go to this place so many times and i can say that im a regular to this brunch cafe. Their food are superb and drinks are good too, however, today i went there and got unpleasant experience. I ordered 2 plain ice tea but they delivered 1 plain tea correctly but the other one is sweet. I asked for replacement and the waiter brought my sweet ice tea to the bar counter, she argued with a guy in a black uniform, and coming back to me with the same sweet ice tea and told me they cant make another one. I told them i didnt order it, but she told me that i ordered it. I nodded to avoid longer arguments. Then the bar guy left and i asked another waiter to change it for me and he changed it happily for me and even apologise for what happened.Its not about the money, but how your waiter treated customers that is important. I hope this doesnt happen to other future customers.

Went to MetDuck. Nice dish, great place, reasonable price. We used to went to MetDuck quite frequently when theyre in Paragon. Now the new location is bigger and combined with 2 other resto. The Palis can be used as ballroom as well. But I think they need to add elevator (liftto move senior people or bride and groom from GF to 1st floor

Ada kitchen 8 dan metduck di sini. Suka semuanya. kitchen 8 enak untuk makan rame2 sama keluarga. metduck lebih cozy tempatnya. cake jagungnya juarak!rasa makanan di metduck banyak yang berubah, tidak seperti dulu saat masih buka di paragon. sekarang cenderung manis di semua jenis masakan. saya lebih suka yang dulu. kopinya juga ga seenak dulu.

Yang baru di the palis: Resto Kalalili. Letaknya ada di lt.1 depan. Tempatnya cozy, interiornya lucu. Ada suguhan gratis sebelum makanan datang: beberapa jenis kerupuk, keripik, dengan berbagai macam sambal.Menawarkan berbagai jenis makanan tradisional (lokaldari berbagai daerah di Indonesia (menu lihat foto). Harga terjangkau, porsinya lumayan banyak. Rasa kalau menurut saya sih so so.Kalau menurut kepala pelayan/manager resto baru buka sekitar sebulanan.

Was there last month for my brother in laws Engagement and we enjoyed all the menus theyve served us . especially the shrimp ball, yumm.. love it 😍

We had family dinner at Palis on 4 Feb 19 (Chinese New Year Eve). The foods were all cold and some of us were sick after that (Diarrhea). Restaurant food quality and hygiene need to be improved..

Tempat parkirnya kurang luas untuk tempat yang terdiri dari 3 restoran, meskipun dikompensasi dengan adanya valet vip, tapi tetap saja ini merupakan kekurangan terbesar dari the palisKitchen 8 untuk harga sekitar 20-80k untuk makanan, meskipun lebih mahal dibanding restoran chinese food bay*eaf, tapi porsinya jauh lebih banyak dan cukup untuk 4-5orang.Metduck interior nya bagus banget, pencahayaan nya terang, makanannya enak2 dan porsinya besar, harga start dari 25k. Cake nya enak, lembut dan tidak eneg.Overall selain parkir, tempatnya nyaman, kitchen8 cocok untuk tempat makan keluarga sedangkan metduck lebih untuk tempat makan personal.Akan kesini lagi untuk mencoba dan mereview kalalili yang baru saja buka

We waited 30mins for our drinks and one hour plus for our food and there was only one other table besides us. The food didn’t come out together, by the time the first person finished his food someone at the table still hasn’t gotten anything. We complained but they said that’s because we ordered salmon and steak those take a long time (the last dish that took one and a half hour was a fried rice). Eventho we ordered a few salmon steaks each dish come out different time, they may only have a little grill in the kitchen and can only grill one fish at a time. Drinks were disappointing too, whole glass full of ice and sugar and very little real drinks. Inside the lemon tea they give old lemon skin (the bitter white partinstead of fresh lemon slice.Come here only if you have too much time to spare and not fussy about the quality of your food. Salmon (not really salmon, from the color of the meat they probably used trout insteadand steak portions were tiny, the cheese they used on the baked potato was the cheap local plastic slice cheese that doesn’t melt. With the price they charge you can easily find other places that offer better quality food with better service.
