Old ports warehouses serve like turistic souvenirs shops. My favorit is spices shop, which welcomes you with amazing smell of fresh spices, friendly service and good price

The old souq looks pretty new these days but still lovely to wander through. Restaurants and Cafes are over priced as you would expect though. That’s normal

During the day it is a Lebanese Market (selling all kinds of materials, homemade items, and souvenirs. However, during the night it turns into a pub street filled with a variety of options, the main pubs consists of a DJ, and the further away you go the calmer the music. Watching the sunset in Byblos souq where the boats are located is highly recommended also. All the restaurants in Byblos are amazing, my best dessert choice would be Locanda’s créme brûlée.

Its name refers to the place. Old but renovated, you can smell the memories flying through the sky. Visiting, shopping, eating and then walking around its magnificent treasures.

When you walk in byblos old souq you will notice how amazing and old this place is. You will find a lot of souvenirs shops and much more..

Byblos old souq is a fabulous place to visit and set for a drink at one of the local bars on the souq sides.

I loved the "Bnoss Jounieh Summer Festival" organized by Jounieh municipality. For a small entrance fee of 50,000LL, you can walk the long souk and see and enjoy all the shops, food, car shows, great music show played in front of the municipality, awesome vibes for night light lovers. I did not like the the distorted music between the DJ of the event and the loud music coming out of the pubs, there should be something done about that.Overall I would thank Jounieh municipality, and say "Well done"

Amazing city. You will fall in love with Old Byblos ! Feel the history and the modern vibe all in one place ! Definitely a must add to your bucket list.

Walking in this market is fun, it includes a large number of shops selling souvenirs specific to Lebanon and the city of Byblos, the sellers are good, you can get souvenirs made of wood or metal engraved with your name, you can take beautiful pictures, or in the evening the place turns into a night club in Outdoors (not recommended for kids in the evening).

Extremely lovely area to walk through, shop and explore. We had pizza at one of the joints and the chef thick based it as requested.

It has beautiful old architecture. You will find small shops selling souvenirs and nice restaurants.

Old Souq of Jubilee, you can exper new trip, walking between bazaars, eat traditional food, for me I didnt buy any thing as it is limited souvenir. There is the old castle located on the sea, nice Christmas tree you are there at end of the year. You can try chair lifts from Hariessa to Jubilee. Also you can visit amazing historical church there.

Its more than beautiful. Architecture, and the spirit of the place is so beautiful and very Historical. The prices are overpriced like the prices of the souvenirs and stuff. But everything else is good, and the merchants are good and kind. Worth the visit.

Byblos is always one of the first destinarions of lebanese and foreigner people. It is authentic and very warm to walk through. You can always stay at the several restaurants present. This restaurant was good. The servant was kind of weired but nice ( he was acting like a famous tv program servant who does not like to serve people). At end everybody was happy. The crepe and fondant were good also with a good price. The place is open air and respects covid restrictions

You will never feel bored walking inside this old souq , the oldest market in jbeil , souvenirs are the best I have ever seen

The Old Souq at ByblosOhhh you will enjoy this place with good scenery. Byblos itself is so beautiful, wish I can live here. They have small shops which sell souvenirs, apparels etc. they also have lots of pubs around and fancy restaurants around. Make sure you have comfy slippers or shoes with you as walking is around is a must.

Absolutely magnificent location with magical views from all the flowers. Even though the souq is not big, you can spend hours in it walking around and taking in the beautiful views. Restaurants are a bit pricy and service isn’t great.

Its nice, but I personally dont like touristic shops/spots.Some of the cafés looked really nice though.

Beautiful and very well taken care of old city with a lot of shops and restaurants and pubs. It’s newly renovated and it’s very clean and hipster.

While there aren’t a lot to buy but this is a great place to rest your tired feet and get a meal. I bet it’s also a great place just to hang out if you have time. Beautiful!

Ruins & Rocks with a lot of meaning and history. Unfortunatelly the place is not well explained. Lack of info and the guide tours are poor. Dont pay extra for a robot just telling what you can also read on the walls. Rude, unkind, talking fast and only paying attention to the phone. Make sure she is not yours!!!

A must visit place in Lebanon. Beautiful and historic with great vibes, different at day and at night. There are very interesting handmade souvenirs to buy there, and you can negotiate the price.

Today was such an amazing day, we had loads to do and to see. Today is a Sunday. We headed out to the highway and took in what Lebanon has to offer and we then got to The Old Souq, it was such a beautiful location and view and waves and vibes and ambiance. Well recommended.

Very ancient place. Still inhabited. People all around the world visit this place. Market if fully crowded on weekends. Many good restaurants are located in souq.Some shops also sell fossils. Dont forget to walk through the narrow & beautiful streets.

Very nice place in Byblos, Like any old down town main places,At the end of it you can find the byblos old city and the castle, and with a walking distance you can find the byblos marinaIt is full of restaurants and Cafes in old fashioned way. The atmosphere here is great in the old souq, all shop owners are very friendly and the buildings are fascinating, there is also great things to buy as a souvenir from lebanon. Absolutely love this place.

One of my favorite places in Lebanon. Beautiful, historical, and well-maintained. Would not get tired of walking here and trying all the restaurants!
