Food is always top quality. Menu changes regularly, so theres always some surprise on offer. Fiver Fishy Friday is a great deal. Staff are sound, place is kept very clean.

Great atmosphere about the place. Food is brilliant too although service really depends on what chef serves you, the older chef could do with reflecting on his attitude perhaps realising hes talking to people who are not just students this chap also has a tendency to take it handy on portion size. Its a college service and so the ethos should follow accordingly.

Look, its not the old bar, and during certain times of the year RAG, freshers, etc, Id avoid it, but when its not too busy, its a very good bar to hang out with people, thats also got a decent wack of food and very reasonably priced pints.
