Beautiful hotel in a charming old building. Exquisite decor, excellent service, breakfast in the basement with an arched ceiling.

Didnt stay in the hotel but visited for food as it looked like a nice establishment and had good reviews. The restaurant itself is pretty nice, with a traditional theme. The prices are more than you would generally pay around the area but for me the food wasnt that much better. We ordered a bottle of wine and water which the waitress poured for us, however we never saw the bottom of these bottles before they were taken away. All in all an OK experience, would like go elsewhere.

Best location, staff is very friendly, very cosy and silent, nice spa and sauna, rooms little bit outdated, but anyways this is a very good choise to your Vilna trip!

Great independent bijou Hotel situated in the heart of the Old Town in walking distance of everything. We upgraded to a mini suite with a balcony over the front (213and it was so nice to sit outside and watch the wonderful cultural music procession walk past in traditional national costume.Breakfast is served in the old cellar with vaulted ceilings and a nice selection in the morning.Staff are extremely helpful in the hotel and it was nice to have cocktails on the decking area at the front of the hotel.Didnt use either spa or main restaurant and so lm unable to comment - l would definitely return again when next in Vilnius

A fourth visit to this fantastic 5☆ hotel, which is reasonably priced, ideally located in Vilnius old town, within walking distance to many attractions and good restaurants. The building itself bears historic features.Great rooms and facilities, together with a helpful team.A future visit is planned.

We went there for Valentine’s day. Food at the retaurant was terrible. The worst experience in Vilnius so far. No taste, poor portions. Not recommending visiting this hotel for the restaurant. Any street food or cheap cafe or restaurant tastes 100 times better in Vilnius.

Superior room without view on street, but perfect view on trash containers. Half of room sockets dont work if main light if off. SPA without air stream.Extra star for breakfast stuff. Realy nice personel.

My friend and I stayed this summer for a little over a week and were lucky to get upgraded. The location is unbeatable and the staff are incredibly friendly. Martinas especially went out of his way to help us multiple times. Dont forget to take advantage of the beautiful spa area 😀

Their kitchen has a different definition of time. I believed 9.00 pm was 21.00... I was wrong! Maybe it is in a parallel universe???

😃Lovely room, very typical of old-town Vilnius. Spa and pool a great addition in the upgrade which I made use of for 3 hours and was the only person. Steam room and sauna also available.I didn’t have breakfast included so cannot comment.Staff varied in their welcoming but knowledgeable.Amazing location for old-town; close to everything😞A strange vibrating noise at all times during the day and nightCould hear people in next room coming and going which was distracting

Great hotel at a perfect location for exploring Vilnius Old Town.The staff is very professional and extremely helpful (and in perfect English).Free private parking!Very nice and diverse breakfast.Free spa access in the morning.The room was clean and tidy, very nice athmosphere. Just our room was on the top floor under the roof, so we had to go the last part by stairs, and there was a slanted ceilimg where one could hit his head upon getting out of bed.Very nice and cosy atmosphere in the loby, and the whole hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of downtown. There is free parking behind the building but it is a bit of a process to get into, but the staff is helpful to explain it. There is a really nice spa with a pool, sauna and steam room that is included with your stay. The breakfast was good. Sadly there is no gym or fitness options. I didnt like that there was so many items in the room for sale. We also get a welcome gift with our stay for our point status which usually includes a bottle of wine and other emenities, and although they offered a small plate of fruit I found this a bit lacking from my experience with most preferred hotels Ive stayed in. Our air conditioning was making a terrible noise that kept me up the first night. We asked the hotel to fix it and they could not so they offered us a different smaller room, which was nice and they were very kidn about the situation but another situation that was not ideal. If you are a light sleeper you can hear noise from the street and there was a street light right outside our room with no blackout curtains so I ended up using eye shades and ear plugs. My criticisms are very picky, and overall my stay was wonderful but for a five star hotel the details are important. The staff was very friendly and helpful and internet worked well.

Excellent restaurant, we tried several times and we are always satisfied. Outside view on university tower is cool and inside its a warm elegant classic, good service.

As far as the 5* rating, I cannot confirm, I have not been to many 5* hotels. Spa, sauna, pool and gym were closed due to Covid. Staff was top level, friendly, willing, trying to be as helpful as possible.The room was sparkly clean, but the interior was not to my liking. If you like the "old style" furniture, you will love it here (gold accents, rugs, classy chairs). But the room felt small. It was very quiet, I had a good nights sleep.The parking location was findable, because of the directions given to me beforehand.There was no breakfast buffet due to Covid, but personal menus were offered. We had a nice breakfast, the service was enthusiastic (there was only one person there and he was very helpful).WiFi was free and good, as usual. Good access to the old town. Overall a pleasant experience.

One of the best thing is the location, if you want to feel real vibe of Vilnius old Town, go for it. However, if you want best looking room you will pay a lot, and not sure if its worth the price. We got quite old looking room and nothing very special of it. I would say its quite basic room, bed is decent and service is OK. Check in was fast. There is free parking behind the hotel.

Im sorry to say a hotel as beautiful as this, its a shame that the service and level of food is as poor as it was. To charge 5€ for bringing a 10 sandwich to the room is just not good service. The same goes for bringing the shaving kit, a water boiler ect.The food was badly prepared and seemed to have been standing around for a while.I really cant recommend this hotel and wont be using it in the future.

Nice hotel but it needs some renovation. The rooms I have stayed was a bit worn out and the elevator did not reached my room and I had a flight of stair before reaching my room.

Wonderful hotel. So relaxing and lots of attention to detail. Steak and quails eggs for breakfast were a nice touch!The spa was also lovely, but could be improved if they didnt allow children or cameras in there.

Its technically a 5 star hotel but is far from luxurious, hence the cheap price of rooms. The bar closes early, a lot of the staff are unfriendly, people from the street can look into your room, no gifts on check in etc. The location is good, though taxis have difficulty everywhere in Old Town Vilnius. Its good if your partner demands 5 star and you dont want to pay much.

The Narutis Hotel was truly a gem of a hotel. It was the favorite of our hotels throughout our 2 week trip. We absolutely loved our stay. It was luxurious, fancy, quaint, and special. My father wants to revisit Lithuania again just to stay at that hotel. We selected the Family Room option with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. My parents had a standard room with a queen bed. The rate included free breakfast, free WiFi, and free parking. My parents’ room no. 224 had a wood ceiling and a adorable little cubby area with a small table and two chairs with a gorgeous drape behind it. Our room no. 313 had two large windows facing the Vilnius University with a couch. Both rooms were decorated beautifully. They were so fancy and lovely. Our room had a chandelier. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and grand. Everything was immaculate. It was spectacular. The hotel provided a pack n play for our baby, which made traveling with a baby a breeze.My parents enjoyed dinner at the hotel. They said it was their favorite meal of the trip. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the special cellar room. It was unique and fun. My son loved just being downstairs in the cellar.The Narutis Hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, 5 minutes from the Cathedral Square, 4 minutes from St. Annes Church, 11 minute walk from the Bastion of Vilnius City Wall, and 15 minute walk to the Gates of Dawn. The location was perfect. We hope to return to this fabulous hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel for a week. The rooms are not very big, but extremely welcoming. The bed, the pillows are very confortable. It’s situated right in the city center very close to a lot of tourist attractions of the old city of Vilnius that was not destroyed by comunists. It has a mini spa with a mini pool that is free to use before 10am. Used it once. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. Breakfast is served in a cellar underground and lacks fresh air. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would personally rate this hotel 4*+

The hotel is in walking distance to many attractions in downtown Vilnius. The hotel consists of two buildings and the floors dont match up so even with an elevator you may have to walk up and down stairs to reach your room. To make matters worse, the elevator was not working during most of our stay. They did have a very good buffet breakfast.

Very nice rooms and free parking. Very friendly staff. It seems to me they make their money on the extra amenities and restaurant, which are quite expensive.

Here you have a hotel, where everything is just in five stars. Location in old town boarder was nice. Everything was just neat to reach by walk. Staff was professional and at the same time friendly and hospitality. All problems was taken to handle. Room was big, and comfortable. Cosmetics was first class. Air conditioning works as it should. We eat at terrace outside and watch people walking by. Food was tasty, nice looking and properly served. Breakfast included in price and sortiments was wide. Parking slot for car was a bit hard to find, but bell boy came as guide with me. In case I came back to Vilna, I take this hotel for sure.

This hotel is directly in the center. All places to see in Vilnius are within walking distance.The hotel itself is from 16th century which I personally like a lot. Youd be surprised how big the hotel actually is.What else is there to say: good breakfast, friendly staff and they even close your rooms curtains for the night.

Excellent hotel but not a 5stars. Best for me: the reception service. Very kind and helpful. Room and breakfast standard for a good hotel ( but room was pretty small). Not used the SPA or restaurant. Location SUPER.

I didn’t stay at the hotel but I ate dinner on the patio. The waiter was very helpful and recommended their special of potatoes and chanterelles. It was really delicious.

The Narutis is a fun hotel with a lot of interesting character. Weve stayed here many times over the years and the only think keeping it from getting 5 stars is that theyve recently started up-charging for things (especially at breakfastand the spread isnt as good as it used to be. Still a great choice and a great location in the heart of the old town.

Pretty and clean hotel but who are they kidding charging 6.50 for water and €35 for a £8 wine. They must think that tourist are stupid to come to Vilnius which is advertised as one of the cheapest weekend breaks in Europe. Outrageous. Breakfast is ok. Hotel is located in best part. Bed covers are old but like the size of rooms and bathroom

Stayed at the Apia Hotel, and the breakfast was served by the Narutis Hotel. Awesome breakfast in the cellar with attentive staff. They serve coffee and tea by asking what you want, be it black or lattes. Well stocked warm buffet and good selection of cold dishes.

The Spa is free until 10. After 26 EuroIt was not told when we booked. Because we ordered even late check out to use it. But not for 52 Euro extra.Evening check in was just unfriendly. He didnt even tried to be friendly. Very crazy for 5 starBreakfast was nice tried but in the details it is visible there is no interest of the personnel. But the manager is to be blamed. He is getting paid to advise the details. He is failing totally. In first sight it looks good. But a clear look shows old salad,mayonaise, ans so on. And even poor quality of shrimps & salmonIt is worth &3 star but for a 5 star hotel you get only 1 from my side

Elegant, beautifully appointed, well run hotel with fine furniture, lighting,decor and fabrics succesfully merging a historic building with up to the minute design and colour schemes. Delicious. Superb breakfasts....also delicious.

I didnt stay in the hotel but I had a terrible meal in the restaurant outside. The staffs are rude and they dont give any eye contacts. They dont serve tap water. The food is just fair and doesnt worth the price. The so-called "legendary chicken kiev with fresh salad and fried potatoes" is actually 3 slices of cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and simple fries without salt, and chicken kiev. The portion is small too.One good point is that they dont have service charge but it makes sense - they dont have any service.
