They are like a small cafe with some ice fridge to sell cold beverages and milks..They don’t have the bear honey 🍯 they put on the picture 5 years ago.

I used to love this cafe, they make awesome sandwiches and drinks. Unfortunately I had the WORST customer service I had ever experienced in my life. Had the most uncomfortable interaction with the young man wearing a black toque (working on Saturday March 5who was unbelievably rude and looked like he hated his life. Only ordered half the amount of stuff I wanted because he was so unbearable. Hopefully this establishment will let him go, wont come back as long as hes working

The food and drink was good and the area is pretty chill. The young man wearing the black carhartt toque, black t shirt and silver watch was extremely rude and unprofessional. Wouldnt even consider coming back if I saw him there again.

I always go to this place after 10 km walk to relax and have a break. quality of the food is good .unfortunately one of the staff is not enough educated how to deal with clients and its behaviour is not very appropriate .I think the management needs to reconsider hiring the staffs

If you want to drink a fresh and tasty coffee while youre enjoying your stay at the bear mountain resort this is the right place. Delicious food and amazing staff as well. Their Portofino cookies and treats are the best!

Was visiting my opa that lives in bear mountain and he suggested this place for lunch. The staff were absolutely amazing! Honestly the kindest group of people I have had serve me in a very long time. The place has a very warm and welcoming feel.Strongly suggest this place!!!
