Excellent. Delicious food, lovely music, positive atmosphere and staff always ready to help.

After waiting almost 1 1/2 hour we asked the waitress where I food was. 30 min after that we left without food and not pleased with the overall service. Unfortunately we were unable rate the food as we did not receive any

Der Service war super und das Essen war lecker und Portion war riesig. Die Cocktails schmeckten hervorragend.

Das Restaurant liegt zentral und das Essen schmeckt gut. Das Personal war in Ordnung. Nun zum Negativen: Wer gerne CHF 7 für ein Mineralwasser bezahlt wird diesem Restaurant vermutlich fünf Sterne geben. Ich empfand den Preis jedoch unverschämt hoch. Wäre das Essen einiges günstiger bspw. könnte man über die Getränkepreise hinwegsehen. So leider nicht. Das Restaurant wird nicht empfohlen.

Gutes Essen und tolle mexikanische Gerichte.Schön garniert.Am Service und Getränkeangebot ist noch aufzuholen .. es gibt nur ein mexikanisches Bier dafür allen anderen 0815 Biere.Beim Service ist es die Aufmerksamkeit.. 15 Minuten warten bis man mal etwas zu trinken bestellen kann ist nicht gerade der Hammer..

Super Essen und authentisches Ladenlokal und Personal!Ich komme immer wieder gerne ins Mexican und bin jedes Mal aufs Neue überrascht. Das Essen schmeckt immer super und auch die Cocktails sind sehr lecker und es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken! Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch Wert und auch das Personal ist immer freundlich und aufgestellt!

This place is a rip off. The queso fundido, which costs 11.50 was a mound of melted cheese with 3 tiny pepperoni slices cut in half on top. It came with 6 stale chips. I could have made this at home with a microwave and got a lot more for a lot less. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the strawberry margarita was good, not worth spending 14 on, but still tasted good.Overall, this place is a joke.

The rooftop seating in the summer is spectacular, the indoor restaurant seating has a great atmosphere, and the food is delicious. Ive been there for after work drinks and dinner, and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend a visit.

Great view and the waitress went out of their way to get us a table, however the food was cold and tasteless. Service was so slow we gave up eating or drinking more and just asked for the bill.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The view is great but that was it. The food was awful and way overpriced and the tacos tasted like Kraft Mesquite barbecue chicken. I could have made this at home for much less. I suggest the McDonald’s around the block.

We were craving Mexican food after being in Europe for a few weeks and came across this place. The views were excellent however the food we ordered was pretty bad. We had tacos, quesadillas, and a queso dip. It was pretty dry and bland without typical Mexican flavors.

Real Mexican food and fast service, I tried the classic nachos and the chocolates Quesadilla.

Locale con vista panoramica sul lago di Lucerna e sui tetti della città. Il cibo messicano è ottimo, con porzioni abbondanti e prezzi nella media della Svizzera (in 2 abbiamo speso 85chf). Abbiamo preso una porzione di nachos da condividere e un piatto a testa, con due birre. Il servizio invece è molto lento e a volte approssimativo. Al tavolo a fianco al nostro, hanno aspettato oltre 1 ora per mangiare burrito e hamburger...

Hm, nice view from rooftop and friendly service, but mediocre, pricey food. Had the mixed tacos, with half-raw veggies, watery pulled chicken mix (presumablyand too much iceberg lettuce distributed across the plate, overall didnt have a lot of flavor. Would not return.

Great work from Sidal and The Mexican team to provide us a late night dinner. We were working at an event all day and night so for 9 of us to arrive at 11.15PM on a Friday night with our food pre-orders ready to go was such a relief and a top level of service. We will be back :)

Got the Pollo Al Pastor Enchilada, and it was pretty dry, tasted ok, but wouldnt recommend. Service was good, and server spoke German, Spanish and English.

We basically licked our plates clean! Good flavors and among the best Mexican spots in Switzerland that we’ve tried (we live in Geneva). Not bad considering we’ve lived in Texas and Southern cal and had local cooking before!

I was really surprised to find a Mexican restaurant in Switzerland of all places. However, I was so glad that I found it! I met the owner, a wonderful lady and very nice, she got married and moved from Toronto.Me and my family had Enchiladas and Nachos. They were so delicious! When one eats Mexican food in Luzern, one can not compare to where we are used to in California. Nevertheless, it was really good.At first, I looked for chips and salsa, as it is traditionally severed when you are seated where we are form. No such luck here! I suspect it would be be expensive to make or get salsa in Luzern. I was looking for hot sauce on the table but I didnt see any.When our plates arrived they looked very yummy and it tasted so. Me and my family highly recommend this restaurant. Dont come with too much expectation and be prepared to be pleasant surprised. Enjoy!

The most authentic Mexican food in Lucerne.

The only place I know in the area that has proper chocolate mole. It also offers good hot sauces on request. Very friendly service.Prices are a tad too high to call it good value for money, so subtract half a star for that. Another half-star subtracted for the watery margarita and the condition of the restrooms, but that may have been a one-off lapse.Overall, a good place to go in Lucerne if you feel like "Mexican" Definitely a better destination than the Pacifico.

Good authentic food. Quiet pricey though.

Great ambiance and good food. We ordered the small nachos as a starter (9.50 CHFand had the burrito with beef and the mole chicken enchiladas, both very tasty and filling (both 23.50 CHF).
