The Mercury Shopping Centre - Shopping Centre in Gorom-Gorom, Burkina Faso
Limited choice of shops but can usually find what we need
Good size shopping mall, usual shops you would expect, clean public spaces, and restrooms,
Went only to Asdas for fireworks. Not particularly busy
The shopping centre is decent. It hosts many big shopping stores and resturants. Also, small local businesses. If you are looking for something, chances are you will probably find it here if not, Liberty shopping centre is just nearby!
Lovely day out with the family will be going there again
Terrible run down car park, such narrow entrance and exit perfect for bashing your wheels into even if being you are being very careful. Narrow parking spaces, dimly lit. Car park machines dont accept cards, cash only...what on earth? I got trapped inside as I only had a card. I didnt have cash and couldnt get out. Do yourself a favour and use the brewery car park instead. Shopping centre itself isnt that bad but I wont going there ever again because of the car park.
A good shopping centre. U will find lots of shops around.
It was all good I liked it a lot of stuff
Busy shopping center with wide range of shops and places to eat.
Bright and handy in a central location with a good selection of shops.
You find almost everything at Mercury. Visit the side lanes to find seatable places to eat as central area is limited to coffee places, cakes or bubble tea. Only place to eat on ground floor is Mexican. There is an open bakery you must visit, order a pie, they taste very nice. You cant sit though.Upstairs you have Mcdonald and other places to eat such as Subway and two/three cafè which are average.
Always busy with a good selection of shops, good parking and great places to eat.
Its a really lovely place to go and visit and I will hilly recommend going there God bless you all my friends xXx
Lots to do hear lots of shops and nice place never ending need plenty of time and patience hereAlways going here
Great place but easy to get lost
Got some good shops, always a few people in there.
Staff friendly and helpful, a range of shops from good value to high end.
Nice clean centre with plenty of good shops. But BADLY let down by its lack of Seating.Seat for about 6 people outside Bon Marchè on ground floor. Thats itNothing near the start or near the toilets.Trying to drag my 92 Year old Mum around is hard work.
Nice place but Parking pay Machine needs to improve it is accepting only cash and card options should be available.
Long overdue for a complete overhaul and facelift. You find yourself only come to the Mercury out of necessity.
Great place for shopping ,good selection of stores , hight price to pay for Parking if you only want one or two items .
Lots of parking spaces especially for disabled people, its always clean or being cleaned , good variety of shops, its always busy which is a good sign, toilets are generally kept clean and up to date, its disabled friendly with a few mobility scooters which is lovely to see they are catering for disabled people, plus the shops are easy to get to and to enter for mums with push chairs and wheelchair people.I prefer to go round here then Romford market, which you can easily access through the shopping centre. My only complaint is there are not enough cash machines, there is one at Wilkos and Asda but if your Primark or M & S way you cant find one . ( Well I cant )
Quite a few empty units, some have changed names and estate boards not updated. Not very clear car park entrance from Western Road predominately marked Asda and only accessible if heading AWAY from the town centre/ ring road, impossible to access if heading towards the town centre.Affordable car parking at £1.20 for 1 hour compared to Chelmsford at £2.00 for first hour.
Very good variety of shops, spacious hallways, really clean.
Well laid out, escalators and lift to upper level which is good as Im partially disabled. Goid variety of shops and places to eat.
Its a nice simple place to shop if you know what you want. A few places to eat like McDonalds, Subway, a Chinese takeaway. ASDA, wilko, poundland and a few clothing shops. Its also connected to the Liberty mall and access to other parts of Romford
A good place for shopping.Lots of shops and service and food outlets.I recommend 😎👍.
Ive been there when was really busy, but I had a good time. Place was clean, different shops everywhere, useful place for relaxing on a Sunday 👍
Have been here many times and it’s always clean somewhere to park and always busy there is a lot of shops and a Mecca bingo if that is your thing there is a bar with cheap drinks and food
Customer service is good I would like to see more variety green vegetables
Great place to shop can find any thing you want very friendly
Nice place .I just pass through and didNot shop there .
Very busy at weekends, its amazing how far Romford has come. Compare it to somewhere like the Harvey center in Harlow. Its very obvious that it comes out on top! (Romford that is, not Harlow...)Lots of new shops including Wendys. Good stuff!
Great community orientated shopping centre, lots of choice available and always clean and tidy
A nice area of traditional shops that are normally found in a shopping Centre. Asda McDonalds among them, along with a few scattered stalls en route. Coffee shops, and good clean public loos on ground floor behind kidz play area.Car park and buses nearby. 👍😊
Clean no staff around was surprised no England bunting anywhere in the Mercury it self and couldnt buy none anywhere ..yet this is England and no where sells a union jack esp being the queens jubliee
Visited BBs coffee and muffins on the first floor. Used to take my Mum there, first time back since she passed away. I went with a friend. The young woman serving was smiley and friendly. Had a smoothie and a toastie. Both were yummy! I didnt have one but as always, the muffins look delicious.
Nice to have so many shops near each other ,variety and no empty shops. Cheap(£4cinema too. Even the parking is reasonable
Always spotlessly clean, tonnes of great shops and food outlets, more than enough cheap and easy parking. The perfect place to start if you want to shop in Romford. Much better than the liberty car park. Highly recommended +++++
Shops are just adequate, nothing special. But if you need a snack or food then there are some good fast food restaurants. Plus bingo if you are a fan.
Well run shopping complex to visit in the heart of Romford. 3 floors of amazing shopping outlets ranging from groceries, clothing, shoes and all you want in shopping.
Its a shopping mall. If contains a number of shops split over 2 floors, with Asda occupying the largest area. Other than that, the shops are mostly small retail outlets.
Its nice and clean. Plenty of shops. Parking on site and right next to Romford. Easy to get to by bus or train if you dont have a car
This is one the Shopping centre around Romford. It is home to several shopping franchises such as Asda, Pound land etc. Also there is a cinema if you want to enjoy movie in a cinematic experience. The toilets are regularly cleaned and its very spacious. Pop in and you will find almost all you need under one roof.
Good selection of shops, very clean and 24hr security. Adequate parking but as mentioned in many other posts, I dont agree paying for parking when using a local shopping centre or there should be a way of reclaiming when using certain shops well possibly even all shops
Slightly biased I know, but how rude not to give the business I operate 5 stars.
Romford is One of the best shopping Center in uk.All in one in romford shopping Center.if u need anything u can buy here you not need to run around to lakeside or Westfield Stratford.Romford shopping Center is one of the best shopping Center.Romford people are very very polite ,happy and helpful people’s.you will see always smile on their faces.
Great mall. With enough shops. Has a lovely stall selling wood carvings inside. Got everything i needed.
It is Wonderful mallAlmost all big brands outlets are available hereParking is available but its free only when you do some shopping from Asda otherwise you have pay for it.
An easily accessed fairly contemporary, bright and spacious mall with an encompassing mix of middle-of-the-road retailers, a cinema, bingo and a choice of eateries. A noteworthy toddlers/child facility.Well-maintained toilets here (always a reliable signifier of competence and good management.)Pedestrian access to adjoining area/ precinct needs reappraisal.
