Great experience, great food, alright drinks. Our WAITER LIAM was awesome and made our night much more enjoyable.

My husband and I went to The Melting Pot on Monday for our first wedding anniversary and they made it an extra special experience! As always, the food was delicious and our Server was super friendly and helpful. Then at the end they surprised us with an extra little treat (photo below), some champagne, as well as a photo they took of us in a cute little picture frame for us to take home. It was the sweetest and we could not recommend this place enough!

The Melting Pot is my most favorite indulgence. From the atmosphere to the food its an all around perfect experience. Highly recommend checking it out even if its just for the chocolate fondue. Yum!

What an experience! You have to try this place out. Everything was amazing, from the food to the environment to the waiter. We’ll definitely be heading back soon.

This is THE PLACE! My Wife and I went to celebrate our birthdays! My birthday is October 5th and hers is October 6th! We did the Thursdate deal and it was AMAZING!!! Our server Ayden truly made our night special by making sure we had everything we needed and more! We might make this a birthday tradition or anniversary tradition because of how romantic, private and amazing the experience was. 100/10 and would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I just had my 1st wedding anniversary here and they made it extremely special. The experience, food and service are beyond amazing. The tables are designed so intimate that you wouldnt know any one else was there. Just an amazing experience to have the food cooked on your table.

Connor is amazing waiter! Very knowledgeable and great recommendations. Bonus on taking pics! The restaurant is gorgeous! Food is spectacular, especially the desserts. Connor is very sweet. Recommend going here again!

We had our first visit at the Melting Pot for my grandsons birthday celebration. We had a truly enjoyable experience.. the steak lovers was delicious..the veggies and cocktails.tge service was great.. from the server we had and management.. they really gave us a remarkable first visit and wonderful celebration for my grandson. I would definitely return ☺️

The cheese dip is great and the chocolate dip was awesome. The meats you cook are not well seasoned and cooking it yourself was not the best experience. Service was fantastic.

I had a wonderful time at the melting pot. I actually proposed to my gf here, and the melting pot made it an even better experience. All thanks to its staff and service.The food was superb. The location was very nice, cozy, and a little dark.

I have been here a few times and enjoy it every time. The food is always delicious and there is plenty of it. I love the fun twist of being able to cook it myself at the table, makes it more interactive. Tonight Liam was my server and he was amazing. Very polite and friendly. He never let our glasses go empty and made sure we had plenty dippers. When we got to the desert portion he brought out a chocolate covered strawberry with a candle for my birthday. Absolutely love coming here, it is expensive but worth it for special occasions.

Wow this place is so amazing, make sure to reserve and let them know what you need best place to spend for anniversaries birthdays and other celebrations. Excellent service all good people right from opening the door for us to the server all amazing and very attentive! I would recommend to try all four courses of the food they have it’s worth the money very nice desert and engaging!

We had an amazing experience and enjoyed everything from the beginning with a cocktail to the wine pairing with each course of our Thursdate 4 course dinner! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience for my daughters birthday. Fantastic waitress. Always a fun time.

5 out of 5 every time, every store. Long, leisurely meal. Melted cheese, bread and veggies in the 1st course. Cooking meat of your choice, mushrooms, potatoes and zucchini in the fondue pot full of a bouillon is next, followed by a dessert fondue and a tray of sweets to dip. Our server Thomas took great care to explain the menu and the sauces (there are 6). Everything was delicious. Wish you could nap here! Nice restrooms.

Love this location, have dined here many times. Staff is always friendly and on top of everything. Liam was exceptional as our waiter and made our dining experience even better.

We had a wonderful time and a great server named Brian.

This place was different from how I remembered it 15 years ago. It is a great special occasion place to go especially with a date. We had fun celebrating our anniversary here laughing and chatting the night away. Our server Liam was nice and attentive. The only thing for me is I have a higher standard when you’re paying $168 for two people without alcohol, such as refill our drinks for us and dust the lantern over our table. Other than that we had a great time, my husband loves fondu.

This is by far my favorite place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food is always great. And we receive A plus service with every visit. The management and staff truly take care of you there.

100% recommend it. I am a very picky eater and my girlfriend dragged me to this place and I loved it. At first I was really not looking to eat but then I was excited for what was coming next. Also the service is amazing, especially Conner. He was really informative and can literally answer any questions you though at him.

Went for a surprise date night! Was really impressed! Our waitress was very sweet and knowledgeable. Made our night perfect! Cant wait to go back soon!

We went there for my daughters birthday. We were nervous to eat out as shes higher risk for COVID but they said they could give us a more isolated table and they did.The restaurant is deceptively large and has lots of tables, but it isnt one large noisy open plan layout. The layout is great for making it seem smaller and more intimate.The staff again were really nice, informative about the menu, and generally pleasant.The food was amazing, the fondue cheese, the mains and especially the chocolate dessert were great.We paid a little more to have balloons and chocolate strawberries on our table for the birthday celebration.My whole family loves coming here. Its great.

Took my wife here for her birthday. It was very nice and our waitress was awesome and helpful. They had rose petals, chocolate covered strawberries, and candles on the table when we arrived. The food was delicious and the drinks were great.

Wow! What an amazing experience! We came to Charlotte for our 12 year anniversary weekend. We live about 2.5 hours away and planned on returning home Sunday. Due to the impending weather back home we had to change plans at the last minute to beat the snow. Unfortunately with the Melting Pot being super busy for Valentines weekend they couldn’t move up our reservation to an earlier time. We decided to go anyways and planned to drive straight home after. Ryan was our waiter and was amazing! He made awesome recommendations and took very good care of us. Since they were unable to accommodate our last minute change they did something super special for us. We will never forget it! We will definitely be returning. Ps. The Belgium waffles in chocolate fondue is to die for!!!

My first experience there was a great experience, my hubby and I absolutely loved it. The food was nicely seasoned and the cheese fondue & chocolate fondue were amazing. We loved it. ❤

Ive been to the Melting Pot in other areas/states, before. Seems to have lost some luster. Or, couldve been the waiter we had. My date had not been before, so we looked forward to his input on what we were getting/cooking styles, and any recommendations. He voiced a lot of "Yos" but no real substance. Food was good. Waitstaff, not so much. I recommend reading the menu ahead of time on-line, so you can get a good grasp of price structure and food types offered.

Amber was our server (highly recommend asking for her). The food was great, the lobster was my favorite. Our daughter and her bf were in town from Finland and there is nothing like this there. We had the best time. 🙂

It was a great experience and a beautiful setting. I brought my fiance and my family for a birthday party dinner and we had a wonderful time. The customer service was over the top and the food was great.

Our server was fantastic. The food was flavorful, and the portions were enough for the two of us. We celebrated our anniversary there and it was perfect.

Such an amazing experience!! The ambiance was great, the food was DELICIOUS, the service was exceptional. Ashley R. was our server, and she could not have been more fun! She was funny, energetic, and knowledgeable. The manager took the time to stop and chat as well. You can tell that they enjoy their work, and that translates to the customer. I can not say enough good things about this place and it’s staff.

A dining experience!Almost all of the food is in some form of fondue. From appetizers, entrees, and of course the desert.It was our first time here, and the staff was very helpful and friendly on taking the time to explain everything and make recommendations.Added bonus, there is valet parking which is complementary.

What a unique experience! Came here to celebrate my boyfriend and I’s anniversary. We enjoyed everything and actually didn’t get to finish all of our desserts. Everything tasted good just one thing wasn’t too enjoyable was our bourbon fondue had too much bourbon so it was very bitter. My boyfriend said he had the bourbon one before and it wasn’t the same bitterness. We asked our server how to make it less bitter he said that he would have to remake the whole thing. We already took awhile to decide what we wanted to get so our server was getting impatient. We decided not to bother him anymore to remake it but that was on us. Other than that, the meats tasted great and the whole experience was worth it.

Excellent food! Excellent service! Wish there could be more than one pot so there could be 2 cheeses and 2 chocolates when there is more than one couple. However, everything phenomenal. & the chocolate covered strawberries are THE BEST!

Incredible food in a very romantic setting , my wifes favorite restaurant, this location is the nicest we have been to , Katie was our server and provided excellent service, I really enjoyed the bacon and tomato cheese , the mushrooms with green goddess sauce, and of course the chocolate dessert . Wine prices are reasonable, soda prices are a little high , both managers checked on our service and food . 5 stars for the best service and fondue in area !

Had a blast, as always. Dont rush it, just enjoy. This location is a little hard to get to. Definitely, make a reservation. The big sign on the front of the building really helps find the location. Parking can be scarce. The restaurant does provide valet parking in the rear of the building. Great job staff. Tiffany was an excellent server, and made sure we were well taken care of. The staff did a great job backing up and keeping the meal flowing. Loved the whole experience!

I visited this place once for experience. The food is mostly raw and the other stuff of fondue is mostly do it yourself but fun experience. Specially the cheese and dessert. The quantity is slightly less. Ambience is kind of dull. Not much ventilation on first floor. The dessert is pretty good in fondue. Staff is friendly.

Amazing experience. They have a great variety of food selections and cooking styles. We got the big night out and the ingredients were very flavorful and well-marinated. The service was okay since our server was not too attentive. Overall, great food and atmosphere for a romantic dining experience.
