Visited, During the Junior Fashion week of Angel and Rocket brand..Had a great time, enjoyed the food and the staff were very quick to assist and guide you with everything.

Located in heart of Bangalore city that is MG road, easily locatable. They have very good parking space. Food is good, good place to stay. If you are willing to explore bangalore city you should stay near the heart of city.

Quite a classy, spacious and great place right in the middle of the city. Was there for a business meet. Well maintained and carefully attended to by courteous staff. Food was great too.

Had a great experience with my kids in ritz carlton especially Hindol from concierge was really helpful in the midnight he managed us to get icecream for my kids.

They are the leader’s word wide in the field of Hospitality & they deserve it. The appearance from main road is less impressive but inside it’s good.

It was late and we were trying to find a hotel to eat ice cream then we came to Ritz Carlton. We ordered a choclate milkshake with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream ,a choclate ice cream and a vanilla ice-cream.The ice creams were delectable and the milk shake was perfect. The best part was the service, right from the valet to the person who attended on us, they were courteous, warm and polite. Due to which I keep returning to this magnificent hotel.

Had the worst service the last time I did a event here. The manager wouldnt allow outside food inside and expected us to have it outside the main gate. They expect vendors and engineers to leave their work and go have food outside. The way they look down upon vendors was bad.They have the least concern for people who work day and night.

We had a family celebration at Ritz and had gala time thanks to hospitality extended by the serving staff & chefs. There were not many people around on Saturday afternoon and we almost had the restaurant for ourselves. Chef delighted us with harabhara paneer tikka only for us. The dessert & particularly Vanilla Brulee were too good though we terribly missed Pumpkin Risotto that we used to enjoy so much earlier as part of the buffet.Hospitality of Ritz stood out once again during today visit. It was for a business event but as always Ritz was up for it. I had wonderful time.

It is excellent and good quality and hospitality above my words and all staffs are very cooperative and smiley and GM George sir and Chef Anupam sir And team excellent and intact after so good familyfeeling . Had a great stay. Very courteous staff made us feel at home . Rooms very excellent with tasty breakfast buffet spread. A special thanks to head chef Murugesan for his care and special dishes. My family especially my son enjoyed the stay thoroughly

Stayed here for a night when transiting through Bangalore. Amazing stay & hospitality. They accommodated our early check-in and late Check-out. Even upgraded our room to a suite. Great buffet breakfast & other amenities.Will definitely stay here again.

I didnt stay there and had a nice time. We must visit the terrace Bar to have a good view of the city.

Hotel was good but the staff is attitude is really very bad 😔 in speaking and its showing low level to us so the staff should be good and 1 Girl i do know her name but she is short but behaviour is really very bad with customers i request to the manager to say them to make their behaviour and attitude correct to the customers

Very classy and upscale hotel with beautiful rooms, restaurants and banqueting places. Star is very courteous and always ready to assist.The rooms are beautifully appointed with all modern amenities and i especially like the concept of providing in house bottled drinking water in rooms to promote sustainable and responsible work culture.The art work adorning all the passage ways are so exquisite that you get the feeling of being in an art gallery.Over all, thoroughly impressed.

Had been to the restaurant The Market & the food was very good. Good spread. There were good Veg options as well in buffet. Good ambience & its not noisy.

Been here for a Tourism Roadshow by Maldives & Saudi Arabia great Banquet hall capacity and food with responsive staff and team.. Lavish chandeliers and lights which looked very pretty.Washrooms are clean and neat.

One of my favourites in central Bangalore. Our monthly women’s group coffee morning was made even more special by Vaishali’s efficiency.She looked after 14 of us at our Elevenses coffee at the Upper Lounge & lunch at the Market.The food there was also very good but may I suggest you change your brand of coffee? I love my single shot of espresso & the taste wasn’t what I’d expect from the Ritz. That was the only complaint from the coffee drinkers.

The banquet is amazingly accommodating for 300+ attendees with nice interior. The catering meets 5star cuisine expectation.

What can I say other then “simply perfect”. The best Marriott hotel in Bangalore, awesome lounge team and delicious food in all restaurants

Fine dining at its best! Couple of restaurants and bar to choose from and exquisitely prepared dishes. Definitely heavier on the pockets but good to experience once in a while. The rooms are spacious and clean.Needless to say they have valet parking and spa services are awesome.What i didnt like about the hotel is that they kept asking me if i am staying with them or am i checking in?In the hospitality business you should never ask if a client is at the hotel. They should be more welcoming. Else everything was superb and stay was nice

Went to ritz market for dinner with my family. And my experience was very bad there. Waiting time was worst. Taste was also not good. Along with all this, we all got food positioning and we all got ill.

Excellent property and service that stands up to the Ritz-Carlton name and experience you can expect. It was our anniversary trip and I had mentioned that during booking. The staff made a note of it and ensured the room was decorated. They even upgraded our room to junior suite for this special occasion. The front desk supervisor Karn was friendly and helpful during the check in process. All in all an excellent experience. The award winning Lantern is a must try restaurant. The food was amazing there.

Hotel staff are wonderful. Ravi (the front managerwas extremely caring when i got sick and went above / beyond. Will definitely be coming back and hoping to enjoy all the amenities next time!

As to be expected, a very high quality Hotel in CBD of Bengaluru.High quality furniture, marble floorings, lots of natural light and great staff.Plenty of parking space along with Valet parking in CBD area is helpful.The Boardroom on 2nd floor was comfortable. Good furniture and required quietness on the floor.The Indian restaurant Riwaz is also very spacious. Enjoyed the food good quality food served during dinner.Overall a great, modern hotel in CBD. Recommend this hotel for corporate events or just repast.

This review refers to an experience at The Market restaurant at the Ritz Carlton, Bengaluru. Our companys senior management, leaders and guests stayed at Ritz Carlton and they decided to end their official trip (April 2022to India from the US with a nice pre-set dinner/beverages. Alas, the experience is not even worth remembering. 25+ guests were totally unhappy with the restaurant because:1. The staff were not prepared to serve that number of guests or were untrained.2. Dishes would take long (though the menu was decided 24 hrs ago).3. Food was served in a disorderly fashion - we had to remind the staff to serve our colleagues - as not all were served food.4. Any beverage ordered would take 20 mins to be served! We had to even remind them about the order. And forget refills! Two of our colleagues refill never came to the table.5. An additional order for a simple roti took 25 minutes!!!5. Some of our colleagues even left the dinner mid-way considering the delays.My advise: Please have trained staff to serve at the table. At least, when expats, who have enjoyed the best of Ritz Carlton in other parts of the world, are your guests, make sure that well-trained staff attend to them.

We always like to go in for a dine at Riwaz. Authentic food, prepared to the hugest hygienic standards and awesome service. The last 3 years with Covid-19 pandemic has seen much of their staff earlier disappear or in a complete flux. They have new staff with almost none to very few from the pre 2019 days. The new staff seems to be a bit careless in personalization of the visit. For example 4 of them will serve the food at various times, and you don’t really remember who was your main POC. They don’t announce their names and introduce as the main waiter or POC like they used to. The food and ambience is the same and deserve lots of praise ! They’ll hopefully fix these small issues as life returns back to somewhat more normal state after pandemic. Do go there and dine !

Clean and neat. Good ambiance.. each staff is polite..and dose their work nicely. Swimming pool and gym, food court...we felt comfortable in Deluxe premium room....

The hotel service levels are absolutely poor and crosses the line for cheating.You would get billed for items which are not even authorised by you.The room service and reception staff is exceptional harsh and rude. You can get better rooms and impeccable service at JW Marriott

Everything was great the service was great aswell! There was only one big problem the towels and comforters have stains on them. It was so gross for me to see. The most disgusting part was seeing a huge pee stain on one of the bathroom towels. I was so disappointed and grossed out. Everything else was on point! Staff are friendly the food is great and etc. I would definitely recommend bringing your own towels tho!

Excellent quality hotel but a few items prevented it from being perfect. Rooms, amenities, and the main restaurant “the market” were all extremely good; the market in particular was surprisingly eclectic and high quality with daily menu variety and good service/management. Spa was also very well appointed and serviced. Service in lobby, bars, and other common areas was adequate to poor. Checkout took 30 minutes, the first 10 of which was me waiting for someone to acknowledge me (all 2 staff were with another customer and the 2-3 other staff in the area did not seem to be empowered to engage me). The bar took 20 minutes and a reminder to get an orange juice order but the quality of the eventually delivered juice was exceptional.

I stayed in the Ritz Carlton for 2 weeks, the staff made me feel like home from day one, everyone is so friendly and nice! we made friends with some of the staff and they were so kind to organize a goodbye surprise for us ❤️ The room and bathroom were beautiful, the spa is amazing, the pool and all facilities are great. The food was also amazing! From the buffet to the menu. I have nothing but amazing words to describe this place. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay in Bangalore magical!Special thank you to Anamika who made every morning special, she works hard, she is professional yet so friendly with great energy and charisma ☺️ also a big thank you to Anand and Vishwesh!

Best place for corporate Ball room events and award shows. We had organised a Real Estate award show and it went smooth as butter.

Ambiance and taste is good. Polite staff. Roof top pool and dining space is nicely placed. The aroma across all the floors are good.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Bangalore has been with a few ups and downs but by the time of check-out the team did everything in their capacity to make everything right for us. The food has been great at all the restaurants at the hotel. The rooms need few maintenance fixes and upgrades. The staff have been mostly exceptional. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Last but not least their spa is amazing, we had two treatments that were on point and they have a good sauna and jacuzzi facilities in the spa.

Amazing services, super friendly and helpfull staff!My boyfriend stayed here for a worktrip. During this trip his birthday came up and I contacted the staff to help me set up a surprise for him. They went beyond expectations, created beautiful personalized cake, (which was super deliciousand surprised him with singing happy birthday and give him the cake, a framed picture of us two and a birthday card with my words on it.I wanted to pay them for this but they called me back insisting it was their pleasure to make me happy as well. Even when I didnt stay here.Amazing services. Would love to go there.

I visited with my family for birthday dinner. The food was ok. The buffet options were extremely limited as compared to the spread in other hotels. Sushi was tasty.

In the party, they served food 1st later given drinks. Actually no one will like this way. 1st drinks later food is good to enjoy. So that out of 5*s, Im going to give 4*s. Apart from that everything is good

The place, the room service, the staff aal are like awesome.....you get best food, best stay and best view from the 15th floor of the hotel.Its one of the cosiest place in the city. And one should definitely plan enjoy the hotel.

Had a great stay here in May 2022 after a few nights in Hampi and on the night bus - it was just what I needed after nights on the night bus! The beds are super comfy, I took a nice long bath and enjoyed the breakfast.

We had organised an annual meet there with company’s top management. The hotel administration was informed almost 2 weeks prior. The company dignitaries were miffed at poor customer service. Senior management rooms were allocated after a brief struggle. The funniest part being: the other team members rooms were not even allotted by 6 in the evening. We had to literally beg for it. Never experienced or expected such a disgraceful front desk service from a hotel of such repute. Though appreciate the housekeeping and kitchen service.

its bang in the middle of Bangalore, but once you enter the hotel its a different world. It has all the security measures when you enter but they make sure you are made comfortable and not feel like its a pain. They all greet with Namaste which is so so touching. There you dont have to do anything except for pressing the lift button, someone or the other is there doing it for you. They make sure you are pampered. Every area is so cozy and yet open. Rooms are just wonderful. Except I dont understand why they did not think of those indicator lights of TV, coffee machine etc, they should also go off once master light is switched off. Cozy bed large windows, they have their own mineral water, nice teas and coffee. Break fast is the busiest place in the hotel. There are so many staff and yet all busy running around, its a little difficult to get someones attention there. But all said and done, the best stay I have ever had. The west should really learn hospitality from us Indians. I have just come back after staying in hotels at San Antonio, New York, but nothing compared to this stay. In fact I cancelled a meeting in the evening so that I can relax in the hotel.

Top line service. Was upgraded to a massive Suite (Marriott Titanium Elite benefit).The swimming pool was great. Looks thin, bit is long. Helps in good long laps. Also tree/shade covered mostly, so can be enjoyed anytime during the day.Was happy they stopped using plastic water bottles and switched to glass bottles. (A hotel of this size must be dumpiing several hundred plastic bottles per day otherwise).

An amazing experience, love the hospitality and attention to detail. A delicious and a large variety of cusinies on the buffet. Very relaxing and a well equipped gym & spa. Absolutely a delightful experience staying here.
