I have been buying vape products from Vape Co Enfield for years and never once have I ever been dissatisfied with the level of customer service or the quality of the products that I have received. Amy (store manageris quite possibly one of the most helpful people there is when it comes to advice about a new product or a new liquid, very highly informed about current events too relating to the industry which makes for even better customer service. I would recommend Vape Co to anyone looking for decent honest service.

Not happy. Wasnt told i could return it. Its constantly leaking and I was told it was a good one. Its really strong although I have tried various liquids. I was told they had to take it for 48 hours to see if there was an issue and if i could return and get my money back. Waste of money and time!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The girl who served me took time to explain the products and you could tell she was passionate about her job.I would definitely recommend checking this place for vaping related products and CBD oil.

So far my experiences are good. It definitely feels the best vape shop ive found in enfield. The lady is very nice and the shop has a good feel abput it when ypu walk in there. I brought a vape from there yesterday no problems. Then today it didnt seem to work as well called her up and she told me the problem and what i had to do. Now my vape is working perfectly again. Very happy with this shop

I visited yesterday, Ive been struggling with the Totally Wicked liquids as I couldnt taste anything since I bought them (in their store on the main street). Girl with tattoos in London Vape Company knew straight away whats the problem - she just looked at my Smok tank (despite they have no Smok rangeand said straight away that Totally Wicked liquids are not thick enough for the tank Im using! She recommended me a thicker one from their own range and boooooom as soon as I filled it up, the flavour is back!!!!! Thats the best service I received in any of the vape shops around London! Shes a bless! I cant even tell how thankful I am, few other shops couldnt help me and she did it literally on my entrance 😊 Vape Company- look after this angel, she deserves your appreciation! 👌

I dont normally leave reviews but every time I visit London Vape Co in Enfield I always get fantastic customer service. The girl who served be today (I didnt catch her name, I visited at 16:30 approxis so helpful. She is knowledgeable, takes the time to ask questions about what I like, what vaporiser I use, etc and always makes tailored recommendations that suit my needs. Im a very happy customer!

First time in this shop, overall layout and look of the shop was superb, got approached by a member of staff asking if she could help me which seemed normal and very welcoming, then she asked if I tried nasty juice, I replied with yes I have tried the whole range, as Im a avid vaper then instantly got a attitude switch I then asked if they have anymore then what was on the shelves, as the selection of juice was very poor and got a straight up no so for the lack of selection and the attitude of the member of staff that served me I will not be returning to this shop and wouldnt recommended it eaither very disappointed

Popped in because I broke my e-cig, Mireille and Amy were very knowledgeable and helped fix my device. I stayed for a hot chocolate and tried out some of the liquids they sell and they talked me through some basics for maintaining my e-cig. Very happy with the customer service and range of products, would recommend to anyone.

Been a regular to this place for a little over a year and the service and friendliness of the staff is what keeps me coming back. The staff are always happy to help with any problems Ive had with my devices.The shops always clean and tidy and its a great little place to have a little sit down and a coffee after buying some juice.Ive been frequently served by Amy and she always has fantastic customer service and knowledge of the products. Thanks Amy!Would recommend to any experienced or non experienced vaper!

Staff here are great. The store is nice and big with plenty of space to sit down, hang out and try different things. They have a good selection of hardware with regular new shiny items so always good to revisit.

If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would; The shop here is great I really enjoyed the atmosphere in this shop it was not too busy but definitely felt like they had time for each customer. I was greeted roughly around 10 seconds on entering the shop which was good; the gentleman had good customer service skills and was very happy to help. The shop itself looks great I do appreciate how it has ties with other stores in its chain of shops. The selection of juice is very nice but I do find that the people who work there will only sell the juices they like and more expensive ones; within reason I understand this is a business but showing the extra care of a cheaper juice being sold, could be a reason for customers to come back into the store. No real negatives to this store I guess if it was busy it could be easy to loose customers as the counter reminds me of a bar and you could wait your turn to be served and people to jump in front of you.Thanks guys you where greats! Would definitely come back.

After several years of umming and erring, unable to work out what the best options for vaping were - in a very confused market - I was delighted to see the London Vape Co open up a local branch.I went in and was greeted by Nial, who was friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful.Nial took the time to get to know my smoking habits, my budget, and then explained suitable options from various manufacturers.I was in store for no less than an hour, having decided on the hardware, Nial then helped me pick an e liquid flavour to start off with, as well as assembling the whole kit and caboodle, demonstrating as he went.I left store with far more knowledge than I went in with, as well as a perfectly suited vaporising kit, all perfectly within budget.Its refreshing to find a shop with enthusiastic employees who have the right knowledge to make a difference. Id highly recommend London Vape Co over an online purchase, any day!

I really like the shop- I was recommened to it by another Enfield business owner. As a Head of Customer Experience I totally value great customer service and feedback. I also am a complete supporter of new local business, in a world of online options where we can buy what we need at the click of a device its crucial to support shops like these in our town be it the local barber who recommended me or the fish shop. ....So having stopped smoking and a keen user of a vape pen I looked for an upgrade which I duly bought its very unfortunate that the display unit I purchased didnt work when I got it home.I called and have been promised an exchange today for another unit. Part of me blames myself in my excitement I agreed to buy a display unit without checking it worked properly .... and part of me feels let down.So the key here is how will the silver st shop recover the experience today.... I always tell my staff its better to be on the front foot of service delivery than the back foot of service recovery....I will be updating this review later on after my visit to the shop.All sorted KAB did a great job and sorted me out .. faith restored thanks very much loving my new vape kit ...
