My new favorite watering hole for when Im in town! Its a fantastic "local bar." Exactly what its supposed to be. Great bar food. Strong drinks. Friendly service and good people. Highly recommend.

I love coming here. I call it the trap or ole ppl trap. I like the atmosphere here too. I love it, its a fun place to come to & just be free. While enjoying good food. I always order the fried cauliflower & 16 wings & it feeds 3ppl. They also have really good pizza?

Love Love Love their chicken however thy say they open at 10 on google and website however they don’t open til 11 and being that I’m in the parking lot waiting til 11 to get some chicken it’s kind of sour however I’m sure the chicken a make up for that so other then that they need to update they times but good good food ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Super friendly place for this out of towner. I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the fact I could sit and talk to people. Thank you for the hospitality, and youve definitely made me want to come back to Indy!

Hands down the DJ has been here 50 plus years and he is why I go I dont karaoke Fridays

Love this place great place to go shoot pool dance and dont have people bothering you I had chicken wings they are so good fried green tomatoes delicious.

It was my birth date and I assumed I would be in the same atmosphere as a Friday night but..I was okay just a slow night at the room. My friend on the right of me is pictured at the room. I was plum tired.

I went with group from work. Easily handled our large party. Best tenderloin I ever had.

A little gathering place(barbut usually no drama which is a plus. The food is great. Cauliflower wings are a hit along with regular wings and pizza. Oh drink are good too

The fried chicken tastes off. I’m not sure what your frying your food in but look into it.

Cool bar/club/pub in Nap. I go for the chicken quesadilla. Grabbed it to go on my way home. Flour tortilla filled with cheese, onion, green peppers and chicken... Pretty darn good. 👍🏽

A nice place to come and relax. Enjoy some good food and meet friendly people. The hot wings are worth a try and the pork tenderloin sandwich is one of the best in Indy.

They need to put the entrance at the front again. They accept Credit card payments for entry as well as cash. But bring cash, that goes faster. Karaoke should be on Friday and Saturday

The service sucked but the wings are always worth the trip.

This place has potential if some things are corrected. Parking is bit slim/tight, but I’m not sure there is much the lounge can do about this. The security guard at the door didn’t check us at the door; I’m glad myself and my crew don’t look like we pose a threat, but everyone should be searched at the door with everything going on in the world. The patio could use some upgrading to the floors, fence and furniture (everything looked old and damaged (not taken care of)). The inside was a bit of a vibe with a nice crowd of people, good music, games, food and drinks. I might recommend and visit in the future.

Great neighborhood bar with excellent wings and solid tv situation. Watch a game or just chill with a cold beer or whiskey. The locals are nice and helpful based on what your looking for related to food and drink.

Great dive bar! Reasonable price food and drinks. However on Friday and Saturday nights they charge 20 cover charge.

Alexis, aka Lexi, is the best server Ive had anywhere in a long time! Living Room Lounge is a great place to hang but it wouldnt be the same without Lexi! Definitely ask for her section when you come, shes awesome!

My drinks were stiff and the music was good...took a seat at the bar and enjoyed our time...

Wasnt what I thought it would be like other nights. For a Saturday to pay a $10 cover to get in and never get busy. Also friend came about 30 minutes later and they wanted him to pay 20. I have been here on other nights and had a blast. If this group does Saturdays all the time will not be back in later part of night.

Ive lived in this city for decades and this was my first visit to The Living Room lounge. Somehow I had it in my mind that it was going to look like a living room inside. LOL thats probably a very ridiculous notion. Couches and alcohol are a bad mix anywhere.It is basically a very large square bar with one side devoted to dart boards and pool tables, a bar in the middle and then on the other side lots of tables and a small stage for dancing and karaoke on Friday nights.I was surprised in two different ways. First of all, the drinks were okay but a little bit weak and theres nothing very fancy about them. Which is fine, its a very chill atmosphere in there anyway.The second surprise came in the form of a magnificent breaded tenderloin and the best french fries Ive had in probably 5 years. Crispy, golden brown and they were plenty of them.My suggestion would be to go early, around 5 or so, and get the feel of the place for yourself. There is free parking behind the building and you can enter through the back of the bar, down a little corridor.If they would up their mixed drink game just a tiny bit, I could see myself going there quite a bit more.

Not exactly a fast business lunch, the service was pretty slow. The server was very poor. She brought amy colleague a Mt Dew that was clearly darker than the others she brought. You could see Pepsi splashed all over the sides of the cup all cups. She put it in front of him and said, yea, I splashed some Pepsi in it but I could replace it if you want. Why bring it? Forgot to put the order in, so it was very late. Didnt bring a side salad for one other in our party and it was wrong dressing instead of ranch, so she brought one without dressing. She then grabbed one of the ranch cups from another guests onion rings and snatched it off his plate. It was post lunch rush so not good excuses. Good news is back of house has her back! Onion rings always good here. The tenderloin was battered instead of breaded but it was juicy and tasty. They have single/double/triple burgers good too. Just overlook the sticky floors and its all good.

Fun, nice crowd, karaoke host was fun, only downside was the $20 cover charge and I never received service to order food. Tables were dirty.

I wish I could give a repulsive negative. I asked that my wings be cooked and not be raw. I got attitude in return. I asked if I could get rail alcohol but they did not honor my request. I was over charged. When I asked for my order and drink to be as I had hoped I was accused of being combative. Not at all. I know whats its like to work in customer service. These people can respond however they want. Cockroaches in the kitchen and rats in the ladies room. And total trailer trash for bartenders. Eww. Disgusting. Stay away.

I love the Living Room Lounge the DJ plays good music, the food is real good especially they chicken and cauliflower, Im glad they finally back open.

So years ago I use to go to this bar to eat and drink and relax with friends and it was amazing environment, but tonight I go in to order a to go salad and the lady tells me they stopped doing to go orders at 9pm. But that was wasnt the worst part I get padded down at the door and it smelled of weed through the bar and the people working at the door were very rude..will not go back

My friend & I were treated very rudely by a man at the door last night. We had just left the young jeezy concert & she wanted to treat me to some living room lounge chicken. She spoke so highly of the place & food. We were told that we had to pay $30 each to get in because the price had just went up & thats the only way we could order wings to go! He talk to us so aggressively, like we were causing problems! Since we werent from Indianapolis someone told us about a bar called Ollies. We went there & ate. We were treated like human beings.

Nice place, good hot wings. lots of lively entertainment, good bar food. If you are single and ready to mingle, hit this place up, especially if you got that soul.

One of the only places to go and feel truly welcomed. A fusion of nationalities, cultures and ethnicities. A must go for social butterflies. LGBTQ+ friendly & Spanish is understood.

The wings are the only things that gets stars. The people in service got our orders wrong. Then while waiting for the corrected order we wanted drinks and the bartender never came to our table after telling us that she would. I was highly dissatisfied with the attention of service. It was completely trifling in addition to the upcharge on wings.

I went to the Living Room Lounge for the first time yesterday with some friends. It was cool. They played really good music there and their food was really good. (I started eating my wings before I thought to take a picture.🤣Unfortunately, I didnt like the drink I got. It was supposed to taste like a spiked lemonade, but ended up tasting like watered down alcohol.😕 Other than that everything was cool. Also our waitress did a good job tending to us, despite having no help.

Been in love with this place since 2017. Food is fire, staff is great. They do get really busy at times, so you may have to check in with the staff about your food- but typically they get to bring it directly to you. Wings and Buffalo chips are always a hit, or whatever the special(sare that day. You reallt cant go wrong with whatever you choose.

Good food but takes up to 45 minutes to get food. Not enough workers. The phrase "is my food ready yet" is very popular. The bartenders are very selective on serving who they know first regardless of if you were waiting first or not. Theyll look right past you to serve their regulars first. The bathrooms need a complete renovation. In one of the womens bathroom theyre are knats flying around all around the sink. The doors to the two stalls have huge cracks to where you can see the person "goods" as theyre trying to squat to use the toilet in an impossible small stall. The other bathroom toilet have no lid on the toilet tank. Much more space to move but its only one stall. The food is served hot and its good.

Food is great drink prices are good but the service is hit or miss. Sometimes you walk in and they take care of you, other times you come in and they ignore you for 20+ minutes. Have brought friends here just to leave after they took our drink order, but never brought it after 35 minutes and it wasnt packed either. Also, one time one of the bouncers told a Caucasian friend of mine to "Get out of here Clay Aiken, were closed" when in fact they were still open and allowed 10 or 15 people in after us. This instance happened at 11:30 on a Saturday night

Great place for food. Their wings are crispy, well season and arent greasy. They were proced pretty well and the drinks are priced well too. Other than that, Id say its definitely a spot for old heads.

One year ago, I did a review on a little pub in downtown Indianapolis called The Living Room Lounge; giving them 5 stars, Great Wings! I said. Well not on this day. I called in an order for 8 wings and an order of fries. When my order came out I opened the box to see that my 8 piece was all flats. I suppose that would have been delightful if I loved them half as much as I love the drummettes. I showed the young lady the order, explaining there must be a mistake. She had an answer for everything starting with, "Our menu doesnt specify what parts you will get in an order." When I asked how do you cook an order of wings and not notice they are all flats. She blatantly replied, "Flats were all that came in that box." I was so disappointed but satisfying me seemed to not be her concern. When I mentioned adding this horrid experience in my review she offered to fix my order. I asked how can you if you only have flats? And that is when she clarified "NO FLATS IN THAT BOX". Needless to say I did not enjoy my lunch. I can certainly get over a bad order, it happens. However I simply wont stand for bad manners and bad service. Get it together Living Room Lounge.

I like this place its a little quiet at times. The drinks are nice and the food is good. I personally like the chicken wings and fries. The pizza is also good. I like to drink tequila and sprite or vodka and sprite. They have pool tables and dart boards of thats your thing.
