Mr Lee is a great person, helpful and friendly. However, the staff were not that nice.

Quarto de qualidade, com cama confortável, com cortina para privacidade, tomada e iluminação individual. Quarto, conta com sofá, cozinha com geladeira, pia, máquina de lavar roupa e utensílios. Quarto bastante tranquilo, apesar de estar localizado em uma rua movimentada. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa, apesar de não tê-los encontrado presencialmente, me communiquei por WhatsApp com eles e me ajudaram no que eu precisei, levar papel higiênico ao quarto que não tinha quando cheguei e indicar onde comprar um adaptador de tomada.Banheiro exclusivo do quarto, limpeza excepcional e conta com duchinha higiênica ao lado do vaso sanitário, uma raridade na Europa e que eu já estava com saudades de ver desde que saí do Brasil.Acesso é feito por senha, o que torna prática a entrada.Rua onde fica o hostel é cheia de comércios, restaurantes e supermercados, o que facilita para se alimentar ou comprar algo de que se precise, como adaptador de tomada.Localização, não dá para fazer nada turístico a pé, sendo necessário pegar ônibus todos os dias. Pelo menos leva de 20 a 35 minutos para chegar ao centro de ônibus. Mas em Liverpool não existe quase horário nenhum de ônibus no domingo, o que te obriga a pedir Uber para ir a região central.Hostel não possui área comum ou recepção, o que deixa difícil para viajantes individuais conhecerem outras pessoas.Minha amiga tentou reservar no hostel, mas ele havia aparecido como lotado e ela acabou desistindo de viajar. Contudo, em 2 das 4 noites em que passei no hostel, fiquei sozinho no quarto, e nas outras 2 noites, apenas outras 2 camas ficaram ocupadas, 3 seguiram desocupadas o tempo inteiro.Locker embaixo da cama não permite colocar cadeado. Cozinha do quarto não conta com microondas, o que faz falta para quem só quer esquentar algo rápido.Quando cheguei não havia papel higiênico no banheiro, e precisei pedir via WhatsApp para a equipe. Não havia nenhum funcionário no hostel para levar no momento em que mandei a mensagem (meio da tarde). Mas quando voltei pela noite, tinham deixado o papel higiênico no banheiro.Chuveiro não funciona com água quente o tempo todo, precisa-se usar um macete colocando a ducha para baixo depois de um tempo para que a água volte a ficar quente. Mas levei um tempo para descobrir isso e quase tomei banho gelado (se fosse verão, não me importaria tanto com isso, mas não era.

Stayed here Saturday night rooms are spot on for the money well organised cost me 10 quid for a taxi to the centre loads of food places around I will be back thank you

Calm, serene and neat, good for its pay!!!, A bit far from the academy though...

Came to attend Doctor Mohammed Sobhys academy. Staff very nice, attentive and caring, nothing was to much trouble for these people. A good stay with reasonable costs.

Host was amazing! Location was perfect and the beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be coming here should we visit Liverpool again! Thank you so much!

Is a very good hostel. Good attention and good people. I was sleeping there close to the first lockdown and i felt very safe and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

I came here first in January and the place wasnt bad, couldnt complain about anything.Then I came back here in November for a long let and it is definitely the last time Ill be going in there. The boss, who even fakes his own name was horrible throughout for a reason. I couldnt wash my clothes when I wanted, he is arrogant and treated me horrible. I never even did anything to justify some things he said, so I would not recommend ANYONE (not even my worst enemyto spend even one night there.You couldnt even sleep properly. Noises come from all round the room and you could here things leaking. The owner is ALWAYS checking his CCTV to spy on his own guests, to see what time they leave and what time they arrive. He told me that I would be paying £360 per month, then when I arrived he told me £400. When I did want to wash my clothes, I had to tell him a day before, and most of the time he would just message me in the morning and tell me that I cant do it. A very disastrous experience all round.

A very good place to stay. Near football stadia of Liverpool and good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful and rooms and wash facilities were clean. A very clean place and Id well recommend staying here. A big thanks to all the staff for lovely hospitality

Perfect for matchdays as its just a 10 mins walk away from Anfield.

I had to stay for a longer period in Liverpool and I choose Liverpool Pod because of the rewievs and it was just great. Nice clean room with ensuite bathroom, anytime shower and hot water, clean sheets, very peaceful place at night, breakfast in morning, kitchen where you can cook, a nice place to stay with your laptop, not to mention the staff always polite and helpful. I felt like home. Great position for the Everton and Liverpool games and close to city, with shops and take aways.Public transport is very close.I will sure come back when Im in town.

The stay was pretty good but the weird thing is that u pay fees for the lockers

Ubicacion cercana a estadios pero lejos del centro. Baños y habitaciones limpias y confortables. El colchon regular, bocaabajo no se podia dormir ya que estaba muy hundido. La cortina individual de cada cama un detalle a tener en cuenta para mayor intimidad

Fantastic hostel. Really friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Met some lovely people there. Clean and tidy. Great owners and family. Ill come again the next time Im in Liverpool!

Its a good place, excelent comonication by email and in person. Good communication whith the centre by bus (10 minutes). We recommend this place. They are a nice people

Ive spent lot of time here at The Liverpool Pod, the best hostel that Ive ever stayed. I would truly recommend this hostel because staff is extremely friendly, rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy.If you go to Liverpool, this is the only choice that you have to do.

Clean and tidy. Host were extremely helpful and friendly. Secure lockers. No dine in restaurants near the pod, lots of takeaways..... If its your first time to Liverpool and get a takeaway just know the portions are literally massive!!! I got a Chinese which would feed 2 and 1/2 people!

This is the worst place ever. Don’t go there the owner of this hostel is racist and so rude.

Very Clean hostel. Super friendly amd helpful owner. +bunks have curtains and power points. - there is no street sign so its hard to find. The neighborhood appears scetchy but not sure if it is or not. May explain no markings. Bus stop into town close by.

Booked a room for June back in April. Received confirmation with no further instructions that any action was needed before arrival. Got there today to be told I hadn’t a booking despite the confirmation because I hadn’t paid or had received a refund. I have paid and haven’t had a refund. Basically the guy running the place had realised Bon Jovi was playing at Anfield and that he hadn’t charged enough so had cancelled all the bookings - there was another couple also be told the same story so he can sell them twice.

Good place to be, great staff, very clean and has heaters on every room.

Excelente staff, excelentes cuartos y muy buen desayuno!!Los dormitorios son súper amplios y con baños muy cómodos. Las camas son grandes y tienen locker como así también cortina.Vale destacar a su mánager, Joseph, que olvidé unas pertenencias allí y gracias a su predisposición me las hizo llegar!! Gracias Joseph!!!

Great place for motorbikers! We were allowed to shelter our motorbikes in the shop right underneath the room. A safe place for the night. Great value for the price!

Такого отвратительного отношения при позднем заезде нигде не встречал. Я приехал поздно вечером, а владелец (мужик в грязной майкееще и стал наезжать на меня. Сам отменил мне бронирование и еще пытался списать деньги в двойном размере. Нет, нет и еще раз нет!!! Находится очень далеко от центра - пешком задолбаешься идти. Вывески и обозначения отсутствуют вообще.Добавлю, что я был абсолютно трезвым, а усталость была вызвана пешеходной прогулкой в 5-6 км до этого хостела до автовокзала. Полчаса не открывал дверь и не отвечал на звонки. А потом, как открыл, набросился на меня, как злая собака.

This place was awesome! The staff were all really nice and friendly. This was my first time being in a hostel, everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff is very welcoming and nice. Accommodations are good but the breakfast room is a bit small

Cool staff always willing to help. Bus is close by. Close to football stadiums if youre into it. Some food options close by but not too many pubs. Newer place with some work still needed to be done but all the basics are covered.

I came to the derby game, it’s an awesome place, staff are awesome and very friendly. Great location and value for money :)

Un hermoso y cálido hostel para quedarse unas noches, buen desayuno donde el staff te pregunta siempre si queréis repetir, habitaciones y baños limpios, buena ubicación para quienes quieren estar cerca de los estadios de fútbol, de todas formas tiene muy fácil acceso a los buses que te llevan al centro... el staff es increíble! Recomendable 100 %

Me alojé unos dias en este hostel y mi experiencia fue muy buena. Realmente lo recomiendo si visitas Liverpool por unos días. Esta muy limpio y ordenado, dispone de una buena localización, buena relación calidad-precio, y el trato del personal es excelente. Recomendable al 100%!!

Myself and my dad stayed here when Liverpool played Man city recently, it was a great place with great people, clean and really well run. Thank you to the manager Joseph for a great time, see you again mate.

Great hostel! Highly recomended! Really clean, staff is great, is near both stadiums and just 15 mins away by bus from the city center! Joseph the mannager always make me feel like home. ( its perfect for coffee lovers 😉 )

I and 4 other people stayed at the hostel, it is well run and the staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for these people. The girls there Lisa and Ginger have helped me to make my stay memorable. Thank you! Loved the privacy beds with curtains, it was a fabulous weekend

Great beds, excellent Wi-Fi, we went to watch the Everton game, the place is within eye view of the ground, 200 yards away to be precise. Liza and the staff made us all feel so welcome. It waa mondt well spent. We will be back again
