W Parade, Llandudno LL30 2BD, Llandudno
Overlooking the Irish Sea, this family-run, waterfront restaurant with guestrooms is 1.1 miles from Llandudno train station and 2.1 miles from Great Orme Country Park. The 11 cozy guestrooms have refined decor and en suite bathrooms. There's an acclaimed fine dining restaurant with sleek decor, as well as a relaxed brasserie with a bar and a lounge area.
The staff seem very inexperienced which doesnt help when there are a few people waiting to be served. Being left waiting to be served doesnt bode well for a pleasant afternoon out.
A really lovely overnight stay. Friendly and helpful staff and top quality homemade food. You dont need to go out to eat. The room was spacious, but a little dark and the bathroom was beautiful.. A very enjoyable stay I would highly recommend
Very good food staff were friendly 👌. There was a few hiccups in the bedroom .the breakfast was brilliant.
A lovely room..very quiet and comfortable..beautiful view from just sitting up in bed!!
Happy with the service from the staff ... The food what is there is great . I had a very good experience so i recommend this place and give 5stars
Very clean, quiet and relaxed excellent staff and beautiful rooms
Quiet place on the west shore of Llandudno. Hotel rooms, bar for events. Good sea view
Nice place, very comfortable, didnt eat lunch or dinner as we had food out, breakfast was spot on
Went to eat at this restaurant, very rude staff, menu very poor. Ordered drinks and had to repeat ourselves 3 times. Didnt end up eating here, wont be visiting again
Great place to watch sunsets, and enjoy a drink or two...
Truly had a wonderful stay at The Lilly.Made to feel very welcome. You have to try it to have the experience.
Great location, but that’s it. Bar staff clearly don’t enjoy their jobs, certainly don’t know the words please or thank you
After a long and pleasant walk around the Great Orme, we happened upon the Lilly public house. Very excited to see Hobgoblin on tap...... unfortunately, very poor quality beer. The barman grudgingly replaced our pints with a refreshing Peroni before taking the Hobgoblin off....presumably after having a taste himself....
Lovely place, had a drink a couple of times while on holiday and out for a walk, would definitely atecthere but theyvdidnt have any Gluten free options
Who is your barman - popped in for a quick beer last night - the chap serving had the personality of a door mat and clearly hated his job - other customers that followed us also saying similar things about his lack of customer service skill. Shame as it’s well placed by the beach. Won’t be returning.
Visited again. The toilets are still smelly, uncleaned and disgusting as usual. Staff and owners clearly have different standards of cleanliness to the rest of us. This is why I wont order food here. Sorry, not sorry. Always the same negatives, never improves. If thats your thing, fill your boots
Not perfect but good enough! We had a free room upgrade on arrival which was amazing!! Its worth it just for the views.. Beautiful.... Breakfast was ok... We will definitely go back.. This was our 2nd time staying.
Lovely individual location , with good parking , food was good quality, as was the furniture in the rooms .Will definitely stay again
We had drinks that were fine, service was great.
Great food. Great beer. Great outside space. Great views.
Great sunset views from the terrace. Reasonable prices and great location.
Celebrated my Dads 80th Birthday here recently, Adam, Roxanne and the lovely staff worked so hard to make it perfect. The room was beautifully decorated the buffet was delicious and plentiful and was continually topped up during the course of the evening, there was a good choice of drinks from the bar and the entertainer they provided for the evening was exceptional 👌 we all had a fabulous time would definitely recommend holding a function here 😀
Excellent sea front hostelry. Good beer and good buffet providedWill definitely go there again sometime.
Fantastic food (prawns etcSan Miguel (say no moregreat staff, great views from front.

Excellent food and friendly service. Always our go to when visiting
Peaceful spot opposite the beach, views amazing from room. All staff lovely and helpful, hotel very clean. Quirky building and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was good quality food.
Lovely outside area on a sunny day. Good choice of beer on tap.
Nice place but not a good vegan choice
Great place to have family gatherings, buffet was lovely and staff very helpful.
We called in here by chance, there is a lovely terrace out front, we were only going to have a drink and we spotted the menu which looked good, we ordered a Welsh rarebit and club sandwich which were very nice, lovely setting and very good food, would recommend.
Fab spot with views across to puffin Island and great orme great varied menu at very fare priceThe local mussels are gorgeous
Customer service, cleanliness, food and accommodation all excellent.Stunning sea view from our window and already planning a return visit soon.Fantastic value for money.

Very nice place good food and plentiful. Service excellent. Very comfortable room with sea views.
Love going to The Lily, but this time we sat outside and there was rubbish about, which looked like it had been there for ages. Still a beautiful view though
Had a drink nice atmosphere.Could do with a alcohol free aleGreat location
The food is always good and services is very good 👍. I will recommend the Lily to anyone who wants to visit Llandudno West shore.

Very nice room with sea view, pillows on the flat side so need to ask for extra if you need to lay with head higher which they are happy to give if you ask, breakfast is good dont get red or brown sauces unless you ask
Most amazing friendly staff and the food in the evening and breakfast was amazing too, the young 19 year old girl running the place is a total asset to th place super amazing 🤩Carry on the good workMartyn Karen Cadman stay 4/12/21
Good value for money, excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Room and en-suite clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a lovely meal in restaurant, and couple of draft beers at bar. Manager had helped with bottle of prosecco and snacks arranged by daughter plus hotel helped with personalised anniversary card. Some of the general hotel decor a little tired but only negative observation. Enjoyed our 1 night stay very much and will stay again.
Deserves to be at least 4*. Good pint of draught Hobgoblin. Nice light lunches (although only have the firecracker 🐔 wrap it you have pure asbestos stomach lining). Most importantly, it has the perfect spot on the West Shore.
Stopped for a cold pint after walking Marine Drive in the blazing sun. Staff were welcoming. Beer was good and banter with some other customers about my T shirt.
When you are in Llandudno take some time out to visit The Lilly. I had a lovely lunch, the staff are friendly and efficient. Lee the bar manager had a difficult customer from Liverpool with a large unruly family who complained about waiting, I was so impressed with how he dealt with the situation. All I can say is if you are visiting Wales please be aware that they are still under covid restrictions, and they are doing their best to take care of everyone. Plus 10 minutes (if thatis not too long to wait, considering the beautiful view you get for free. Keep up the great work. 5*
Great location. Covid rules were still in place when we visited. Table service for drinks. Had a cocktail and side dishes chunky chips, onion rings and garlic dip. Very nice. Dogs allowed outside and in the bar area.
We had an excellent lunch here. The Coronavirus precautions were spot on, the food first rate, the service very good and the price reasonable. We had an outside table and sun was available! The surroundings were so congenial that we stayed longer than intended and had extra drinks. I can recommend the Firecracker Chicken Wrap, washed down with draft Hobgoblin, especially on a hot day!
Everyone is so kind and attentive. Bed is so comfortable, and the sea view is amazing! It is a quieter and more relaxed side of Llandudno which we really enjoy. Our meals have been really delicious! Definitely recommend as a place to stay!
I made a booking on the phone ten days in advance for a special meal with friends and was told there would would be steaks and burgers on the menus I assume I spoke to the manager at the time.On arrival Monday the 7th June the place looked dull and boring. The waiter came for the drinks order and then the fun started, he said there was no fish so we ordered steaks, he came back and said he had been told there are no steaks so we ordered burgers, he came back again and said we only have one burger and my wife said lets get out of this place they have no food to serve. The spineless manager who should be sacked had not got the nerve to come out and apologize in person so he sent sent a waiter to do his dirty work.
