The Liberty Shopping Centre in Kapoeta

Decent enough, not much reason to visit, unless local.

plenty of great shops eating and drinking places great for a full days shopping

Enjoy shopping here so much to choose from and all under cover .

Covid booster. Arrived early. Small queue, maybe ten minute wait. Done and dusted.

Sad atmosphere now Debenhams has gone.

No issues when I visited, was clean and tidy

Like the Liberty. Has a huge Boots store, primark, M&S, river island and several others I like. Lots of exits to the market and also to the big Asda store. Lots of parking too although I usually bus ir. Tons better than Ilford thats for sure.

Regular visitor..getting more Asian shops which is downgrading the east London Market town which has history..since debenhams became Asian shop the area is going downhill fast

Me and my partner decided to park here and walk through to romford Market its always busy on the weekends and you accept that the busy place to be on a Saturday what took the liberty was that the lifts normally three was down to one lift working and with 5 floors as you can imagine every time it came to the second floor was busy rammed and full of people with prams and wheelchairs taking the liberty knowing that on a Saturday it is going to busy and you need the three lifts working to allow the crowds to get in and out of the shopping centre we decided to walk down the stairs and wow what a liberty I no that its hard to clean the stairs for the carpark on a Saturday but this stairwell was filthy the hand rails really dirty and the handles of doors very dirty have you not learnt anything from your covid cleanliness training and also a massive barrier in the way on the way down I appreciate you doing works but it was in the way u have to think how the pushchairs and wheelchairs are going to struggle with only one lift working on the busiest shopping day of your week... but cleanliness is really badWe manged to get the lift up and even the lift was really dirty yet again I appreciate your busy and its the busiest day of the shopping week but it was full of litter and and full of dirt and takeway cups of various coffee shops and smelt really awful sort it out liberty please and thankyou

Like all centres, since lockdown a lot of really nice shops have gone. Shopping centres, really need to look at rejuvenation.

A big shopping centre.A lot of brand shops, a post office and coffee shops.A nice place to shop and have fun with friends and family.The Romford Market is the next door with much more varieties.

Great mall & very big, with a lot of stores & brands to shop from.

Great selection of shops, a nice shopping centre to spend an afternoon.

Always a busy shopping place on weekends, have some comic book stores and toy shops too along with clothing shops, can get some some smoothies inside for some reasonable amount but still its busy in the evenings

There more than enough shops all over the mall and even outisde.Visited on Sunday n discovered the sports direct which mucjmore than just sports clothing. With brands lacoste, lye scott, and some more with their jeans, polo shirts, casual full shirts.Quick look shopping here and which i didnt expect and would have to visit again

Security guard watched my 16 year old son be robbed at knifepoint today and did NOTHING ZERO stars

Lovely gardens and interesting places to see. But the food selection incafes not up to much.

Good shopping centre you can spend all day here.

Its a shame quadrant is so quiet! Need something to help footfall down that arcade... come on Primark, open your doors and help keep the businesses alive!

Its becoming a problem if you dont clean outside no body will come to romford its urban decay at its worst

Not my favourite place to shop. Parking in Romford is often problematic and costly. Nearby streets are often a better choice offering an hour free parking with 3 hours costing around £3.50 with most using the RingGo parking App

Superb my children 💙 have gone there for their second dose of covid vacancies. The staff there were superb 👏 👌 amazing and very friendly 😀

The liberty is full with many great places although its one of the dirtiest places I have ever been. I feel like it deserves 3 stars as it is a lovely place to shop. I also feel that the layout is a little confusing but people will be able to find their way eventually. Although I do feel like they should have more of a range of shops, as its 50% clothes shops. I feel they should have more eco friendly shops.

Maintenance doing a good job with litter picking and keeping the shopping mall clean.

A very nice and clean shopping centre in Romford , it has several good shops, and facilities.

We get all kinda things in that mall like beauty products, clothing, post service, cardfactory, jewellery, watch, pastries, food, coffee, shoes, COVID testing lab, fast food, bubble tea etc

Amazing service at HMV the member of staff whom served me at the till when I picked up my delivery had excellent customer service.

The liberty shopping center is one of those ununiversal constants. For me I have memories of living in romford and going tonthe Waterstons, buying a book and a coffee. Yes, it is one of the few places in essex where you cam buy a book. There also an HMV just next to it. A really good shopping center and also home ofnthe romford covid-19 vaccination effort. Well done guys this isna great place. Long live the liberty!

To a non local people it would be helpful to post the layout or directory on spot. The Liberty center does has a website but provide no direction.

It’s not what it used to be. Romford has suffered from the pandemic so sad to see some much loved stall disappearGood thing Adams Curtains still there

Nice place to shop.very clean place and most of the well known shop are there .

It is a decent mall, but since a lot of big brands have closed so it does not offers much. The only benefit is that it has 2more malls near to it so you dont have to travel much and Sunday parking is free which is a very good thing.

Nice but the parking is a trap, old type machine, doesn’t accept card payments, you need to take your ticket back after payment otherwise they’ll charge you extra. Wasn’t so happy when leaving.

It caters for alk your shopping needs.Sometimes during school holidaz they lay on kids amusements.It would be great if these places had entertainment for kids with Autism as they seem to get left out alot.

Nice environment to spend a few hours shopping the variety of the fair on offer us extensive not really the place to go for white goods . Worth a retail therapy session. Peace love harmony happy thoughts

Wonderful place for shopping with family

Liberty Shopping Mall looks small but when you start to shop you will discover that he’s not a small mall. It’s very lovely and have children playing area where you can seat for a while

Very good shopping centre, quite busy, gave free mince pies and mulled wine

Very up end shopping centre, very nice for day out with family. Shops all sorts, market to branded shops available. Cafes restaurants and take aways are available and very nice for breakfast American breakfast is lovely and if you eat halal only they even fry in separate frying pan to ensure no other food items are prepared in there.

If you want colourful, reasonably priced clothing then this is the shop for you. They always have different styles in weekly so pop by to see whats new in, Im sure youll find something you will like. There are two stores side by side but you can only try on clothing in the main store. Really friendly staff too.

Good sized mall and has a large variety of shops on offer. It’s relatively clean and there is a strong security presence making you feel safe, but also act as a helping hand if your lost or need assistance. Car park is relatively secured and there are a lot of spaces for both parent and children customers. Like other malls they’re not taken up by random people and the priority parking is respected.

A very good place to visit for shopping and for a nice.meal.It has a variety of shops that will fulfill every shoping list.Good parking facilities.

Well situated shopping centre with wide variety of shops. There is a good place for quick bite of Mexican fast food. There is a nice place for a good drink of naturally made smoothy. All in all good shopping experience.
