The Kent Hotel in Miami Beach

Treated like kings and queens!!The Kent went above and beyond for us. We flew in on a whim at 8 am on a Tuesday and the Kent was able to get us checked in early, provided beach towels, and just were generally incredible. The location honestly could not be beat for us to explore and be on the beach. Wifi was great for us to work, near several rooftop pools, and the staff was so kind! Would highly recommend.

Great hotel! I stayed for my birthday weekend and it was very nice. The room was so clean & set up very nice. Huge tv, really nice bathroom. I will stay here next time I come down

this is THE hotel to stay at when you come to Miami beach! they have an amazing staff and including Mariana and Domingo who bring so much joy and happiness to the experience of staying here. super close to the beach and many amazing shops! if you want a comfy place to sleep with a smiling face to greet you when you come in..this is definitely the place to stay!

We stopped here during the Miami GP in May 2022. This was our second trip to Miami, having previously stopped down on 2nd street, and this was much a much better location.Room was very spacious, clean, excellent blackout curtains, big comfy bed, powerful air con. Staff are very friendly and helpful.Main complaint was the lack of in-room coffee/tea facilities. I ended up going down to the on site restaurant every morning, and after a couple of times they just stopped charging me which was appreciated! Other downside was there was zero view to speak of, just out onto a back alley.Overall, it offers good valye, and wed happily stop here again when we return to Miami.

It was ok. When we arrived our room was ready, I give them that. The guy at the front told us because we were staying for so long we get 2 free room service. I was told to call the number and order ahead of time. When I went to call, no answer, this was multiple times. The 3rd day there I was told that he never said that, he said he was talking about two free house keeping services. On the flyer it clearly states “room service” and has all the food to choose from and a number to call. That was strike 1. I ordered towels multiple times and it took forever for them to bring a few times and when they did, they never bought full sets. Mind you, I had 4 people. They would bring 3 towels, 2 wash clothes and 4 hand towels, or 4 towels, two wash clothes, 1 hand towel. I was over it. The service was ok. Not great. Would I stay there again? Hell no! Rooms are small but expected , bathroom was VERY small and the water had a rotten egg smell. Could have cleaned the shower a bit better to. I hated showering in it. 1 elevator which is REALLY slow. Old fashioned. The front desk staff was nice but confused at times.

Good hotel if you are in Miami for the sole purpose of clubbing, but if you plan on trying to go to sleep anytime before 2:00am, stay elsewhere. There is an outdoor bar right outside the hotel and it’s been impossible to try to sleep. Bring ear plugs or better yet use Google street view before staying.Rooms are clean but small. No microwave or kettle, there’s a mini-fridge. No dresser drawers but there’s a small wardrobe with a few hangers for clothes.
