The Juicy Crab in Marietta

Ordered two combos, one was perfect the other one was way too salty. Lobster tail and shrimp were awesome but crawfish taste frozen even though the waitress told us they were live caught

Yes the food was excellent as usual but most impressive was the customer service from the greeting to our waitress (MariaI think that was her name. My sister complimented her as she returned! The entire staff was wonderful and Ill return as soon as the CATFISH says COME!!!

Terrible service. My family tried to get a table there at a time with no wait and plenty of open tables. The hostess tried to sit us at a table right smack in the middle of the restaurant. My mom and I were not comfortable sitting there and ask if we could sit at one of the many open tables on the sides. The hostess said that those were reserved for bigger parties even though we had a party of 5 and those tables sit 5-6 people. She told us that we would have to wait if we wanted something else. There were two booths open, so it didn’t make sense why we had to wait. Overall, the hostess was rude and I can’t help to think that we got lesser service because we are Hispanic. We ended up going to another restaurant.

Food is so great. Service can be incredibly GHETTO.One day I attempted to call in and place a pickup order about 45 mins prior to their kitchen closing.Never placed the order. Never placed an order before that I didn’t come and pick upMy phone number has now been flagged to not accept call-in orders by the server who made it VERY clear she didn’t want to take my to-go order that day. Lol they give this type of control to serverrrrssss…. Bad attitudes have the power to make things difficult for whoever they please, based off of however they are feeling about whomever. That’s bad service in itself and quite frankly, poor management. :/

Came tonight and ordered oysters with side of potato and egg. For one , my sauce was sooo salty. All the times i’ve eaten juicy crab and I have never had it that salty. My server was a guy & he wasn’t attentive at all! Very Rude! I understand you were short staffed today but , don’t take it out on me! Now, I feel sick after eating my oysters. Btw the food was cold and overly salty.

Great customer service and very nice atmosphere. Dorii served us and she made sure we had an amazing experience , she was knowledgeable of everything on the menu and moved in a timely fashion. Looking forward to coming again! Thanks Dorii for an amazing experience!!

Since we had such a poor service experience at the Juicy Crab in Midtown on Howell Mill we decided to check out another location. We stopped by at the location in Smyrna and we had such a good experience. The place was very busy but staff were so sweet. Our waiter Lenelle did a great job taking care of us. He was on top of his game. Brought everything and was checking on us constantly. He had such positive vibes. The food was delicious. The steamers are simply amazing. We’ll be back soon.

This was my first time visiting the juicy crab and I must say I enjoyed my time here. The food was hot and fresh and I enjoyed the juicy special sauce but must say lemon pepper is my favorite. After lunch, my boyfriend and I sat at the bar and Bree the bartender is THE BEST! She was so knowledgeable and personable!

Love the hot and Juicy mix. Some of the best food I’ve had since moving here. Reminds me of home

One name... REIGN!!!!! She was the absolute best server Ive had in my 42 years on this Earth!!!!! She went above and beyond our expectations. She needs to be the customer service trainer! Thank you for an amazing experience, my husband and I really enjoyed our visit this evening 😊 Ive been to 3 Atlanta Juicy Crab locations, and this one is by far the best hands down. Food was amazing, as always. Our waitress was also just lovely.The worst part was that we went on karaoke night. We did not know it was karaoke night until we were being sat one table away from the speakers. No one sang except for the DJ and we could still barely hear each other. Most of our conversation was the few seconds between songs or lip reading.There were also no paper towels in the bathroom and there was only toilet paper in one stall. I could understand if it was busy but we were 4 of maybe 15 people and probably 6 wait staff.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the management and staff. I had an issue with my order, it was corrected quickly and with the best of care. I talked to a female manager - she forever has my vote as the best manager. She listened to my complaint with sincere concern and turned my whole experience around. You can’t find better service anywhere, I promise you. The food is awesome! I’ll be back soon.

Very quick service for a Friday afternoon and the food was hot and fresh. I personally felt like there was too much sausage in the #1 and it could’ve used another potato instead. However, to each their own. Prices are reasonable and you will leave feeling full. A DJ was coming in as we were leaving and she started playing all the bops. Wish we had stayed longer 👍🏾

Our first time at The Juicy Crab was amazing... we got snow crab, head off shrimp, and lobster (juicy stylefor our entrees and got lemon pepper wings as an app. Our noses couldnt stop running but it all was so delicious. The restaurant definitely has character and it was cool seeing all the celebs that had also visited. Walking distance to the Coca-Cola Roxy (went before a concert).

Amani was our server and she was so awesome!!! Her service was top tier and she offered us great suggestions from the menu that were very delicious! We will definitely return here soon.

Aamani was our waitress and did everything to make sure we were well taken care of. Came over right when we were seated and got us started with drinks and apps. We really enjoyed our meal and amazing service.

First time eating at this one and it was just as good as the one in Memphis! Even got free cheese sticks!

Juicy Crab is one of my fave go-to restaurants. Delicious seafood and not too expensive. Aamani, our server, was so sweet and attentive.

I ordered a number 12 with the “Juicy Special” Flavor, “Medium Spice”. The flavor was delicious and they remembered to give me butter to go. My bag was well proportioned and nothing was overcooked so I’m happy happy!

This was my first time ever at a juicy crab restaurant and I must say I enjoyed every bit of my meal. Chyna, who was the waitress was very attentive. I asked her what was the best dish to order and she was spot on. Will definitely be back.

Whew honey, the food was seasoned so well! I thoroughly enjoyed the whole dining session from start to finish. They had some of the best crab legs, crawfish, and shrimp. I will definitely go back whenever I visit Atlanta again. Oh the drink had me lit too.

Food is delicious! Crab legs and corn with garlic butter and seasoning was awesome! Service was great! Music was a little loud and they serve what we call “vegetable ranch”, instead of wing ranch, which we prefer. Would definitely go back!

Look.... Shortie was our host! Ive been to a few Juicy Crabs but the Smyrna location Is the best! She was real and awesome! Shortie told us what was nasty lol and what was good as we ordered our food. Made sure my changes for my drink was accommodated. The fried catfish was fried extra crispy. I HIGHLY Recommend you come here and ask for her. She my new Auntie! Lmaooooo 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

This was my second time going to this location. They definitely had the juicy oysters which I recommend and I love how they now have more meal deals. I am rarely ever disappointed when I go to any juicy crab location

Our waitress Adara and the hostess Zy were sooooo accommodating and polite for my birthday lunch. I even got a slice of cheesecake complimentary. We come here often. There’s never a long wait for our food, it is always out prompt and hot. I love it here!!!

Our host Markina and server Adara were very welcoming. When we first came in, Markina was very polite even when things were getting busy in the front. First time The Juicy Crab our waitress was Aamani she was amazing! She was very friendly and respect with great sense of humor! I travel around the country and like to try different popular places and this location is on my top 5 now😋 the crab and shrimp here is amazing🔥 I’ll be back here my next trip to Atlanta! Amani was our server and she was amazing. She was fast and provided great customer service and excellent recommendations. I had the calamari and crab legs combo with the juicy special sauce. The crab legs were delicious and full of flavor. The calamari was well cooked and crispy.

Marcus was our server on this visit, he was absolutely pleasant, was attentive to our order and provided valuable insight into the menu as well. He definitely made this visit a pleasure. Ask for Marcus if you get the opportunity and you will be guaranteed a good time!

My favorite location out of all of the juicy crab restaurants. Our a waitress (Aamariwas super sweet and quick to get our order and visit our table. Me and my partner always come here because the vibe is so much more relaxed and welcoming and they always get the seasoning on the seafood just right. I especially love their cheesecake!

For starters it looks great. The place feels cozy and very greeting. The seafood is delicious and fun to eat. Get ready to get dirty cause the crab is juicy! Our waiter Austin has been more than helpful explaining the menu

This location is awesome! It feels like I’m having a seafood broil in my back yard. Zykeria was awesome in hosting our large party with short notice. Adara was helpful with giving us a tour of the menu as well. Elisia was kind to step in with our large party as well. Awesome service!

I’ve been to this location several times before and I must say the best time to go is during the week in the evening because the restaurant is less crowded so you can get all the attention. On this particular night we had the chance of having Nyiah as our server and she was super sweet, nice, and attentive! Elisia was the hostess and she was so sweet! I usually get the wings with juicy special sauce for the appetizer and of course snow crabs with the juicy special mild sauce, oh yeah I can’t forget about the steamed rice, it’s super yummy with the butter sauce!

Our server was Shorty and she was the best! From giving her honest review on the food selections, to giving us a free shot, to going out of her way to make sure we had scissors for our crabs her customer service was amazing. We were super impressed with our food and the margaritas were delicious!!! Def will come again!

This is my go to place when I’m in the mood for a seafood boil. My go to order is snowcrabs and crawfish, I’ve gotten it Togo a handful of times and always been happy with the quality. The last time I went in person I was served by Jo and she was amazing - would recommend!

Nyiah was very pleasant and welcoming. She greeted us with a smile and had great knowledge of the menu. We received our drinks in a timely manner and they were delicious. We ordered our usual and it was great, as always.

My girlfriend and I met up for lunch and it was the first time at the Juicy Crab for the both of us. The food was good and the drinks were right on time. Our waitress Nicole was the absolute best.

The food and staff did not disappoint! They were kind of busy and we didn’t even have to wait! The vibe and look of this place is cool!This place is just great! I ordered the sea spice juicy special combo with the Cajun and melted garlic butter sauce with very mild as the spiciness level and it was great! Our waiters name was Drew and he was very attentive, patient, informative and just all around great!! I’m visiting Atlanta from out of town and really wanted to go here and I’m so glad I did! Very good experience all around. Would recommend and definitely will be going again when I come back to ATL! 10 out of 10!

Let me just start out saying Im very disappointed I wasnt taken here on my last visit!!So this was my first time here and I must say I wasnt disappointed in the least. I love seafood and this right here hit the spot for my last night in Georgia.We had the calamari as an appetizer and it was nice and crispy and not oily how it can come out sometimes..I got 1 lb of King Crab & 1/2 lb of Shrimp with potato, corn and 1/2 lb sausage in the Garlic Butter Cajun Sauce Mild Boil. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, the crab was sweet and the sauce give it an extra kick.Our waitress Leah was so nice and informative about the menu and some of the specials they have and was just very attentive, came and checked up on us, brought us our refills without us asking and was just very open and friendly.I will diffently be back on my next visit from NY
