Best bartenders!!! They make sure my friends and I stay safe and kick out the drunk guys who harass us. Its nice to have a local bar where I can just enjoy myself.

Great (cash onlybar in an old building that may be looking worse for wear on the outside, but full of history and modern artistic expression on the inside! Local artists have added murals inside carrying on the theme of the Jester and also the love for music.We travel and frequent local, old, small and dive bars throughout the PNW, and this one has a great chill vibe, full bar, and plenty of bar games to entertain a crowd for hours.The 4 pool tables were adequate, several electronic dart boards, gambling games, 2 rooms and 2 bar tops, an outdoor smokers lounge, and a stage for music. Prices were good and the locals were friendly and engaging. Definitely would go back often if we lived in the area.

This is my favorite bar in Helena. Its truly a neighborhood bar that welcomes everyone. Nice and quiet during the day and nice and lively at night. The bartenders are always great and personable. They have bands on the weekends that are always a blast. Highly recommend!

This place was small an not so great brewkies on tapp!!.. the set up inside this bar is lame.. needs more space!..

Pool tables are too close to each other and too close to the bar. No Blue Moon or Bud on tap but they gots Miller lol

Great music twice a month. Good prices on drinks. Friendly crowd and crew. We go there often to play darts. Cant wait for warmer weather so we can walk over for a drink after work.

They have the hugest beer bottle caps ever on the ceiling. Just kidding, real hometown bar feel and lots of music venues.

Great bar! For someone who doesnt like a noisy place. delicious drinks, good people work here, comfortable feel to the place. If youre from a small town, this is the place to be while you visit Helena.

This is the best bar in Helena, hands down! No judgemental attitudes, just a fun time, and the bartenders are on the ball and make great drinks!

Interesting little old bar, Drinks are waaay more then I imagined they would ever be$4 for a bottle of beer is a bit high but not to surprised by that, the bar tender didnt have much of an idea for drinks for us, they couldnt think of ANYTHING AT ALL to mix us up and usually bar tenders are great with drink ideas, I expected at least 1 specialty drink . not much interaction at all from bartender after we sat down, so we stuck with beers to make it easier on them. The bar wasnt to busy for a weeknight.

The bartender was on the ball with great service. Loved playing pool in the back room. Lots of room and fun loving people.

I had an amazing time, Jonny was an amazing bartender. He was very kind made amazing drinks and was just the most friendly bartender ever. The crowd was amazing. It was a great atmosphere. Over all I loved the experience here.

I got there at 5:45 to play a dart league match. The bartender had 5 shots before our match started at 6:15. He proceeded to take more shots while on shift. YELL at anyone who’s mask wasn’t up or on, while the entire bar was mask less. Chose 1 person to yell at the entire evening on and on again. Went missing for 28 minutes which I clocked. Sad sad sad. I witnessed this 130lb kid take 12 shots in the 4 hours I was there for leagues. Geez. I was embarrassed to even be in there. Will not go back ever.

Was alot cooler when I first moved to Helena. Cleaning it up and removing certain elements tarnished its image of a badboy hangout to more of a hipster handout.

Practically grew up in this place. Good to see not much has changed. Except for a missing pinball machine but hey the atmosphere and energy are still there. Love this place. Always have. Always will.

Really! A dive bar that charges $3.25 for domestic beer. Ive been going to this bar since 1972 but now I go to a brew pub that charges $3.50 for craft beers. The stools are worse than the chairs in my shed. TVs not good for watching sports. Otherwise dive bars in Butte America are far superior.

Loved this little rundown bar. They have pool tables, darts, a sweet juke box and slots. This is a great place to visit on Friday and Saturday nights they have live music rock and country. Theres a large crowd of younger people on Fridays and Saturdays great for meeting single women and men

Out of all the times Ive been there Ive only been attacked once, twice if you count the street but thats not technically Jesters so just once. Really thats pretty good percentages for a place with this much personality!Great music, bartenders, atmosphere, location, everything.

I love this establishment, you can meet the coolest groups of people with the best bar tenders in town. Thanks to Chad we have bands that are live Friday and Saturday nights (must see lots of excitement and good times#1 place to hangout and be yourself..
