The Homestead Tasmania in Hobart

I cant remember what meal I had but it was delicious, staff were very lovely and provided me with 3 different sauces for my chips. Fun crowd, my favourite pub in Hobart.

Homely pub with great assortment of events and things to do. Bar staff are always extremely friendly and atmosphere in general is very inviting.

Great vibe and heaps of specials. Clean and cosy accommodation upstairs. Delicious chicken parmigiana. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and covered generously with browned cheese.

Bit of a wait for the food we ordered.. Friendly service and reasonable prices.

Place itself was ok. Food was very average, reason for 2 stars was the wait time on top. Waited for nearly an hour for the food and entree came out the same time as mains.

Great pub. A few vegetarian options, limited vegan.

This is also one of the popular bar where sometimes live music is being organized.

Great intimate homely pub with good food and pool. Definitely worth a look in on a quiet week night or a weekend when theyve got something on. Also the sort of place you go when the weathers cold or bad

Amazing hotel.Whether youre staying in the accommodation or just in for a few pints, this place has everything. A great outdoor area, pool table and bar games, a cozy old leather reading nook with antique lamps and a crazy range of live music acts.The accommodation was clean, warm and an all round comfy time. Great kitchen area for late night toast with great private showers and bathrooms too.Staff couldnt be more helpful and kind!Wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to friends/family and stay there again in a heartbeat. Cant wait to be back.

Great little place to have a drink, never had an issue. Staff are nice and the food is pretty good. They have a nice little outdoor smokers area.

I was hooked from my first steak, it was amazing. Also I love the burger and chips Generous portion sizing and fast service. Staff are friendly and make Homestead a great place to eat and drink.(Big thanks to Alison)Highly recommend.

Very very clean, staff are very kind and thoughtful, toast and hot beverages in the morning were a nice surprise. Great value for money I reckon 😁

This is one of my favourite live music venues in Hobart. Its also one of my favourite places to get good in Hobart. Theres always a good band on just about every night of the week at this place. Theres also free pool tables which is an added bonus.

Friendliest pub crowd in Hobart. The food here is top notch - especially if you are vegetarian. There is often great live music - but if thats not your thing the venue is split into two sections so you can escape the music if its not to your taste. Also sports free pool tables, good happy hour specials and outdoor seating.

I was there last night. The music was great, the beer was tasty, and 24 hours later Im still thinking about the Moroccan lamb... Yum.
