The Hari in Forster

Best service Ive ever had in a hotel, we were treat like royalty. When we had an issue it was resolved immediately, couldnt fault them in almost every way.Only issue is, when weve gone to book again the price has more than doubled, if not tripled since our last stay.

Ive not stayed here yet so look forward to that experience someday. Il Pampino restaurant is delicious every time, thank you all!

Great hotel in the heart of London - highly recommended.

Very neat and clean rooms. Staff super friendly. Very helpfull. Bfast was good, excellent food. Rooms quite big, very comfy beds and pillows. Definitely a place to visit, even with kids.

The Hari was simply wonderful from start to finish. We were enthuiastically greeted by a fantastic front desk staff which was the beginning of an amazing stay here. The rooms are modern yet not overdone. The hotel itself just has a charm that is hard to replicate. The bar area and terrace were very cute too. The concierge was super helpful throughout our trip providing great recos and helping to get us to the airport when we were running very far behind. I loved that this boutique hotel felt intitmate in the best way possible. It is also perfectly situated with access to the touristy attractions including museums as well as for luxury shopping. I would highly recommend + also stay here again.

Usually, I dont write reviews, but in this case, I need to share my thoughts with the manager of the hotel. Im a private hire driver in London, and I have a journey more then a 1, 5 hours with one of your guests, I drop him on the hotel Thursday, 30 August round 11 am and I ask the gentleman with the glasses, by the way, was very rude from the front door, of the hotel (concierge to let me use the toilet. Of course, he did not let me use it, and I ask him to give me the reason why is not allowed to use the toilet, but he did not provide any reason or explication to use it. I ask to speak with a manager, but he tells me is in a meeting. I ask him why is discriminate against private hire drivers because is not the first time when I pick up or drop off the hotel customers and always I see the black cab drivers, going inside the toilet. I would not expect your staff to be so rude and arrogant. All the best 👍 , good luck with the rest of the black cab drivers who want to use the toilet !!!!

The housekeeping stole my canada goose jacket which i left in the closet. We called to inform the staff right away but they said they can only reply us the next morning.And of course it wasn’t found.And the wifi doesn’t work for the whole time, air con was super noisy.

Make sure you get your belongings before check out ! Otherwise you won’t get it back especially valuable items! One of the staff steal it ! Unbelievable! Some of the staff wasn’t that helpful when checking in. I won’t recommend it.

We loved our stay at The Hari. Perfect location, nice decor, friendly and attentive staff, good drinks and a nice vibe. Will stay again when we next visit London.

I had the pleasure of having dinner with a friend at The Hari last night. The food was incredible and the flavours were so good!! The service was outstanding the team was so knowledgeable, attentive and friendly and very genuine. I would highly recommend!

Great experience that solidified my future return to this beautiful city of London! Establishments of this caliber (5 startend to have an element of pretension. Not at the Hari! Pure class, genuine smiles and professionalism by everyone you encounter. It is an elite experience throughout and the service is truly the heart of the hotel. I look forward to returning in the future!

This is the best hotel to stay in London the rooms are so clean and modern the location is excellent! The stuff are so amazing and friendly especially Alex he looks after us so well and we go there with all our 5 children! It’s great

Very nice hotel. We only went for drinks but everybody was quite pleasant and friendly.

Super expensive and underwhelming rooms. Staff is a bit stuffy. You’re ultimately paying to be in a super posh part of town but it’s not that amazing.

Went to the cute terrace upstairs, food was not good, (however not that expensive as well). I took some Asian snacks (spring roll, tempura shrimp etc…but it tasted like some industrial food coming from supermarket freezer. Main negative point is the manager coming at midnight and yelling at clients that it is bedtime for him and for us. Quite an interesting approach for a hotel to push clients in that manner 😅, which I do not fully approve. I give a 2/5 max !

The location is perfect, I found the team really professional and detail oriented when it came to some particular requests.We also had dinner at their restaurant which was very nice and once again the service was great. The rooms are well designed and super cosy.

Amazing service, warm environment and beautiful terrace and restaurant! Matthew greeted us and gave us advice for restaurants and touring around London. Felt completely taken care of the entire weekend!

I got to enjoy a beautiful brunch in The Hari; the food was amazing and the service exquisite. The setting was nice and we got to enjoy some live music! Alex seem to have everything under control perfectly and Ariana catered to our every need. I want to take this opportunity to thank the staff from The Hari, I will definitely recommend and come back

The Hotel is amazing with outstanding stuff and warm welcoming, cleaning, customer service, location and amenities The room was what we aspect moreover they gave us the same room that we requested. Highly recommended.

What a lovely bijou hotel. I was there for drinks and to see the exhibition so I dont know what the rooms are like, but the lobby and bar area was charming and cosy. If I were to choose this as a place to stay, I definitely would.

A genuine luxury lifestyle hotel with exquisite modern / contemporary interiors and very consistent service. Comfortable, cozy & warm - in Belgravia, one of Londons most upscale neighbourhoods. Worth upgrading to a suite - you will also get a splendid marble bathroom with a separate free-standing bathtub and a large glass enclosed walk-in shower.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was beautiful and the service was phenomenal. The only gripe I had was I wish the wifi was secured.

Absolutely love this hotel. Best staff ever. Good rooms. Luxurious but comfortable. All around wonderful.

We arrived for drinks for a special occasion. The service was dreadful. No one was there to show us our table. We waited for 15 minutes for a menu, no one bothered to attend our table. We walked over to find a staff member to place our order and then drinks took 25 minutes to arrive.Towards the end, I saw two members of staff attending another group very closely and that made me feel more frustrated with the lack of service we experienced. I’d say there was definitely some kind of preferential treatment.

Loved it here!Everything from its location, view, vibe, service to food and drinks…👌🏾Visited for a birthday brunch with a friend and it was so lush. The food was so good and the coffee was insane! The service was A1: at pace and super polite. Also loved the live entertainment ; I’ll definitely be back.

This Hotel is one of my best placeless to stay in London, the staff are Amazing very friendly and outstanding service, during our two stay Sabrine was in charge she is amazing, we had some issues during our next stay and she solved it immediately I never asked her support and she didn’t respond back to me, allows very smelly face when we talked to her. Thank you Sabrine for you support. Also they have amazing concierge Diego and Ricardo they are the best they willing too help as much as they can, also Sami he is the best he allows requested the taxi for us when he see us at the mine lobby, many thanks. The Hotel welcoming is amazing we arrived at 8 AM and the check in was 9 AM.They provide us the room that we requested by Sabrine and she did it for us.Housekeeping is outstanding they check the room 3 times a day with a delicious chocolate caramel truffle 😋. We stay at the hotel for 20 days and we felt we are at home. Highly recommended with no regret at all. the bar and the restaurant outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, the hotel view from my room was excellent and amazing. Location is perfect everything is close to you and walkable 10/10 location They have the best Doughnut in London. You must try it and the chocolate brownies

What an amazing gem of a place to call home for a few days! Our first experience in London straight from Heathrow at 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning, greated by a full staff ready to exceed every expectation. Maria and Richardo, and the door men who greeted us, where the first in a line of professionals who met our every need and answered all our questions.The surprise treats in the room, perfect dining recommendations, and the lovely craft cocktails at the bar made us feel like VIPs for four days. We cannot express enough gratitude for making 35 wedding anniversary like our honeymoon ❤ ♥.Thank you all, we will return!

Such a lovely boutique hotel. Loved the bar lounge on the first floor - very stylish. Great staff too.

Room lovely, reception & bar staff excellent. However what lets this hotel down is housekeeping. We had 2 robes, in morning they had taken one used one away but not replaced it. We used the tea bags but they were not replaced and there were only 2 small sachets of coffee left. There was no toilet roll left on holder and we had to search the bathroom for spare ones which we found in a hidden away cupboard under the wash basin. Also they exchanged towels but only left 1 set for 2 people. Need to improve this to warrant 5 stars

We took our daughter here for her birthday for cocktails on the terrace. The staff were so attentive throughout the evening. They were aware that it was her birthday and kept bringing little treats out for her. When it was time to leave they bring the bill out in various books, whilst my husband was paying she read the first and last paragraph of the book and we got talking about it. The member of staff then asked her if she wanted to keep the book to read, he wrote a birthday message inside and gave it to her as a keepsake. Definitely a birthday she wont forget. A great experience all round.

The service @The Hari was exceptional! The team made us feel welcome and also went above and beyond with their complimentary drinks for a birthday. We cant wait to come back and look forward our return!

Had a lovely stay here. The service is above and beyond what we’ve experienced at other hotels. Ben, the concierge, is a gem —For example, when we checked out of the hotel he called ahead to our next hotel letting them know we were on our way and should have our room ready early so our baby could take her nap on time. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in London!

Mice infestation; Awful experience:Last night, I repeatedly mentioned The Hari to my dinner companion and talked about how much I wanted us to try it.At the end of the night, we tipped in for a £29 glass of champagne. After feeling a bit unwelcomed by hotel staff, we were still determined to have a good experience their.However, while sitting in the level 2 lounge, deeply engaged in conversation, my companion abruptly pauses and says, "theres a mouse right there".I. Was. Mortified.I turned and saw the mouse running freely all over the furniture and another popping in and out of a table. I picked my bag up off of the floor! And we immediately asked for the bill. Id only enjoyed a quarter glass of my champagne at this point.Not at all the experience Id hoped for, and one I couldve never imagined.

There really aren’t a lot of hotels that I would come back to. However… The Hari is one of them! Fine sized rooms, very comfy beds, excellent location, lovely friendly staff and great food

Lovely hidden garden terrace in the Hari hotel with a delicious menu and cocktail list. I opted for the burrata, which was so creamy and served with a mix of tomatoes. Perfect portion for one! Although some would argue it was for two... 😂 Great service with friendly staff.

Very charming boutique hotel in the heart of London. Excellent walking proximity to Harrods, Knightsbridge, and Sloane Square. Very accommodating and friendly staff throughout hotel. Rooms are definitely on the smaller side but still comfortable enough. Very nice terrace restaurant and upstairs bar lounge to end your day with a nice drink and snacks.I had a bit of an issue throughout my long stay and the Operations Director, Alex as well as the GM, Andrew were immediately hands on and ensured to further accommodate my needs and have me enjoy the rest of my stay. This is the type of management that makes a huge difference in hospitality and creates a memorable experience for the guest. Had a very lovely stay and will certainly come back again! I Highly recommend this hotel for your London Travel!

I was lucky enough to experience a stay in this hotel and eating in the restaurant. Couldn’t be more happy with the friendliness of the receptionists, cleanliness of the premises, helpful staff, luxury interiors, quality of food and overall vibe in the place. We were treated so well. Definitely recommend this hotel for everyone wanting a nice relaxed boutique atmosphere. Fabulous!

Excellent experience, especially with the assistance I received from the concierge staff. The Head Concierge, Ben Malpass, and Diego were extremely responsive and helpful on a number of occasions and under special circumstances. They went way out of their way for me and well above the call of duty. Rarely will you find a concierge staff as helpful as the team at The Hari. Very much appreciated!

My newly wed sister came to this hotel straight after her wedding. Staff very kindly set up the hotel for them and the (Saturdaynight porter was extremely helpful taking all bags upstairs.Really nice atmosphere and rooms are beautiful. Theyre there for a week and Im sure theyll love it.Thanks to all staff who helped and went through the effort to leave a cake and a very nice note in the hotel.

We stayed at The Hari for four nights in January 2020. We arrived early and staff members were very helpful in finding us a nice room to check-in to as soon as possible. We loved our room, it was very comfortable, on the top floor of the hotel with scenic views of London. The service was top notch and we were so delighted by the treats that were left for us each night including champagne and cookies to celebrate our recent wedding. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant nearly every morning of our stay. The hotel is also accessible to many trains and buses. I would highly recommend staying at The Hari during your trip to London without hesitation! We cant wait to visit again.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful neighborhood! The staff is really welcoming and nice! The design is beautiful with a clear attention to details 😊 we got a very specious corner suite with a beautiful view! The room was stunning! This hotel made our London vacation perfect!

I loved my stay here! First off the staff is amazing. Everyone I came into contact with was so nice and not pretentious. My favorite person was the morning bartender (I never got his namebut he had the most amazing beard and his mustache was curled up and he wore it so well! Besides him having some fantastic facial hair, he was very attentive! He realized in the morning I would go in sit in their outdoor area to have some alone time. He offered me coffee and from there I came down and had a wonderful latte every morning. Besides that the rooms were great! I had a premium room, and it was good for 2 people.
