The rooms are exceptionally nice with so many thoughtful and very welcome touches! From the very nice hamper breakfasts, the lit up mirror in the bathroom, the beautiful and comfortable decor, wonderful assortment of coffee, teas, biscuits, etc and really really nice staff! Everything looked so fresh, clean and welcoming!It really is a hidden gem that we are looking forward to staying at again and will also look forward to trying some of their Thai food offerings as well!

A Tuesday night and we thought the pub/restaurant would be quiet, however, as huge testament to their service and food it was reassuringly busy. Our first time here and we stayed in our motorhome behind the pub. We thoroughly recommend it. The food was amazing. The service and welcome was great. The pub is dog friendly and the car park flat. The pub is well run, efficient and friendly. The food was just delicious. We booked in advance and they blocked off an area with bollards for us. The whole experience was really good and oh, did I mention the food 😋.

Revisited after many years and pleasantly surprised with the new decor, as it was looking very tired. Food was good as always and the service was just OK.

One on the worst meal I have ever had. The starter was soggy and the chicken pad thai was bland . Not only that you can only order the bar menu at lunch. I used eat here often pre covid. Sad to say I wont be eating here again .

Great food and great atmosphere, have been a few times before the pandemic was nice to go back! Great selection of spirits and beers on tap!

The Nava Thai menu is a shadow of its former self in that there are no sizzling dishes which we really used to enjoy.The bar menu for lunch was OK with good service and nice bright reburbishment and enlargement. However the restaurant is dull and could be anywhere with very little Thai ornaments etc. The menus in both parts are plasticated and far from clean, looking much like a foreign beach bar menu. Such a shame for a previously brilliant place.

Food was excellent but service is very slow!! 3 people behind the bar but only 1 person serving!Took a while for the food to be replenished as well a few people had to ask a staff member to re fill the food!

Found this place on the last evening of our recent holiday. Its an absolute gem. Staff and service were excellent and the food is the best Thai food that I have ever tasted. I cannot praise it high enough. My daughter agrees and she has spent many years going back and forth on holiday and business trips to Thailand.

Food and service first class. Portions are big, recommend sharing noodle dishes etc. We over ate as usual. Wonderful flavours and lots to choose from. You can stay here too. We have never stayed over but accommodation looks lovely. Good atmosphere, booking essential especially at weekends.

Restaurant Review: Really good Thai food in a surprising setting. The food was 10/10, service excellent and great value for money. Only criticism is a lack of music in the dining area means ambiance can be improved, but its a pub at the end of the day. Will be back again.

Stopped over in our Motorhome. Food and Service excellent. So tasty already planning to stop on our way back home.

We have just moved to the area and found this gem! Its not just a pub trying to be different, this is authentic Thai cuisine and from the excellent Tomyam with coconut milk to the ginger pork with still crunchy Pak Choy, all fantastic. Will be back on a regular basis.

From the peanut dipping sauce with the prawn crackers, I was transported back to Thailand.What a super find!Food and staff absolutely wonderful.

Food was ok, service was a bit odd, one server seemed a little odd and was not rude but definitely not welcoming or supportive, the other was great.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel rooms are immaculately clean, modern and very nice! Comfortable bed & complimentary breakfast left in the rooms. Like having your own tidy apartment for one night... Which we prefer rather than a hotel or BnB, can feel comfortable in doing your own thing. We didnt try the Thai restaurant food but also has good ratings. The owners and bar staff were all super friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Very friendly both staff and locals and other visitors. Well appointed room with great bed and en-suite bathroom, two tub chairs and TV with Netflix and also free WiFi. Free parking space. Signposted from a272 and well lit up at night. Meals all lovely and well presented. Two miles from quaint town of midhurst (worth a visitand if you like walking and cycling there are plenty of trails nearby.

Stopped off for a few drinks. Spotless pub, extremely nice polite landlord. Well kept and poured cask ale. All food is Thai, so just had pub snacks. The garden is across the lane.

We went for dinner on Saturday which was to celebrate my brother in laws birthday and to meet my nieces new boyfriend.Unfortunately we became unimportant compared to the take away orders.Our server was a very young person who had little idea of the menu or drinks.We sat for quite awhile until he came back and took the drinks order. He was not sure what they served or what gin they had.We then waited again for the order to be taken. Then the real problem happened and we waited for an hour for those starters, quite clearly our order was forgotten.We asked for the manager , they apologised, however it took another 20 mins and when the food came out it was cold. We did complain and the manager said she would take the starters off the bill. The mains came out and the rice was watery and lumpy.It was just one disappointment after the other.I feel you either specialize in takeaway or make more effort with those who choose to eat at the restaurant.

Alarm bells started ringing when we eventually found someone to greet us with no acknowledgement of our 8 seated booking. Poor reception on drink ordering to finally receiving starters after 65 minutes. Compensation was no charge for starters, sadly wont be returning.

Came for a meal only, cant go wrong here, great food, staff, atmosphere, setting, with sensible pricing. Looking forward to our next visit.

I think that the decor has been freshened up during lockdown. It seemed lighter & brighter inside. Food was excellent as usual. Kitchen service a bit slow, but they were very busy and waiting staff very apologetic for longer wait.

Quiet location, perfect little hideaway. We took our labrador and was fussed over by everyone coming into and out of the pub. There are lots of walks in the woods opposite, safe for off leash too. The thai food we had delivered to the apartment and it was outstanding and great value for money. Seating is a bit awquard in the sofa bed in the apartment but hope they get table and chairs sorted soon.

Not been here in 20 years which is criminal... stopped in for lunch today still amazing!!! I shall be rectifying the lack of visits. I leave on the edge of basingstoke but worth the 40mins round trip.

Great service, fantastic setting. Perfect for lunch and a base for a walk around one of Sussex most classic villages.

Really lovely place! Amazing food, everyone working really hard and very attentive. All the staff were lovely too! My partner had the BEST Massaman Curry he has ever had also!

Had a wonderful meal with outstanding service from the moment we arrived. Food was presented to a very high standard and explained by th waiter who was clearly happy in his work. Eve also served us and was equally caring throughout the evening. Will most definitely return and recommend to other people. Thank You.

The food...... authentic Thai with loads of flavour and quality ingredients. We are staying 2 nights and ate there twice, the Penang chicken and Beef were so tasty and the prawns and chicken laab all so good.Room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Fluffy towels and powerful shower we will definitely be back.Thanks to Eve who gave us a warm welcome and was a joy to see every day.A good choice for the area.

Can honestly say one of the best nights ive had in a long time! Night away with my sister for her 40th! Lovely food...great atmosphere and room are modern and spotless! Staff are friendly and welcoming! Ella in particular was really lovely...we will be back!

Food is plentiful, served hot and delicious. Staff are friendly and service is very quick. Surroundings are clean and only just had a complete makeover that makes it spacious and pleasant. Large patio and garden area to the front of the pub is ideal for those warm summer day & evenings. Good selection of beers on tap to enjoy in a safe venue that is following the current govt guidelines to the letter. Plan a lunchtime or evening meal but phone them first to ensure they are open. Great food, great staff & the bar menu prices are not much more than takeaway prices, you won’t be disappointed.

Had a lovely couple of days here. The staff were all amazing, friendly and welcoming especially Eve. The room was perfect! Super clean. The room had everything you need for a nice break away from home. The breakfast hamper had a lovely selection.The Thai food served in the pub was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here. Even if your only passing its deffinatly worth a quick stop for a drink and food. Can not wait to book another stay.

Have nothing to fault about the whole experience of staying, eating and drinking here. Wonderful staff! Especially Eve. Stayed in suite 5, and it was immaculate! Facilities were spot on and everything you would need for a tranquil stay away from the city(even without a toothbrush holder hehe). The restaurant food was amazing. Cant not wait to find the time to go back for an even longer break.

Stayed here recently during the social distancing phase for work and it was a fantastic stay. The purpose built apartments are roomy, well equipped and finished to an amazing standard. The pub is shut but they do service for take away drinks at the side door as well as amazing Thai food to take away. Will be working in the area again soon so will definitely be back. Great stay after a really hot days work. Just what we needed. Thanks.

The restaurant is fantastic, some of the best Thai food Ive ever had. Good quality food, however its also not the cheapest around. You get what you pay for.The pub is nice too, popular with the locals with a good vibe.

Everything was really well managed , from the managers welcome, parking, excellent apartment , quality facilities and accommodation comfort levels. Great spacious shower room, fridge and the bed is really comfortable. Excellent offering, value for money, highly recommended.

We had the Thai Sunday buffet. It was very good. All very fresh and a good choice. The owners and staff were on hand to explain the dishes if required. Their was also a roast for those less adventures. Very friendly. Will be back soon

A thoroughly pleasant restaurant.For those who are not aware. this is a great combo pub/ restaurant with distinct areas set aside for each.Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic food (at very reasonable prices), and in my view a very comfortable eating environment.Its somewhat out there in the sticks making a regular drive from Guildford a little impractical (to be balanced against the higher prices of Thai food restaurants in Guildford of course!but good for the occasional special occasion.Recommended for sure.

Booked a room for our wedding we were very spoilt excellent service the room was clean, tidy and the shower provided hot water straight away. The room was very quiet. We also enjoyed a traditional Thai food buffet the next day which was very good value for money the service was excellent and we enjoy the pub atmosphere as well as the Thai restaurant. We recommend this experience to anyone.

Rare you get slow service but still recommend a place. They were overstretched but did their best to compensate (well done to the staffand the food was worth the wait. Really top Thai food. Will definitely eat there again.

Been here quite a few times. This will be definitely be last time!! Very bad service and rude!! The bar manager (I presumedwas very rude especially. He was standing at the bar while we were sitting down at the table and hes asking us whats our drinks order. So you can imagine we had to kind of shout for our ordering.For food, portions are alot smaller now, so its pricey for what you get. Crispy wanton taste really awful, barely any pork filling and it taste vile. See pictures. All dishes way too sweet, especially for the noodles. Satay pork didnt come with satay sauce,served with sweet chilli... What!?All in all, we dont bother to complain, as we decided will never go again. Never ever! There is other Thai restaurant in Petersfield which serve better:food and serviceThink twice before you plan for a meal here.

I dont know why this place has so many stars! I would give 0 as the owner doesnt care about their customers and they were very, very rude! People review saying Friendly service and I completely disagree! There was no such thing as "service" at this place. We came in at Lunchtime. No one was there so we decided to just find a table. A man then showed up at the bar and it seemed that he didnt want to come out of there .He didnt welcome us or even say sorry for ignoring us. Had to order from the bar whilst sitting down at the table. It was very awkward. The prices were already outrageous, but the portions let us down the most. As well as this, the pork was raw in the Crispy Wonton and I had a upset belly afterwards!On top of all that, there were flies and bugs everywhere and the place a little run down. Very disappointing and NEVER EVER returning.

A little gem tucked away in a delightful setting. Stopped here for lunch by chance on the way to Southampton. Lovely people, excellent bar snacks and a great looking Thai menu. Must find an excuse to pass by one evening to give it a try!
