Great experience, my family and i were met with a warm greeting and great smile. The staff were all working incredibly hard and were super positive. Sophia is a rockstar that shines!!!

Food was good, take out was not real hot

Awesome burger. I had impossible patty and the texture is impressive. Feels like meat. Tastes less iron based than beef. Wish they had turkey. Love habit burger. Cold and clean inside. Pumpkin milkshake for the winter. Was busy and they are working so fast and hard back there. Drew is really a solid manager

Ordered a burger, got served the wrong burger, brought to employees attention, employee then either forgot to ask them to make my order or the kitchen staff straight up disregarded it. I will never come back to this place again and no one should expect anything from the lemmings they employ here. I wasnt even presented a receipt upon asking for a refund, despite asking twice. The management needs to fire everyone that was working today as they clearly do not care about their job.

Took forever for my sister to get her salad with tuna on it didnt have the strawberry lime aide they have in yuba city

These guys STAY forgetting your condiments, door dash, inside, doesntMatter. Soooo frustrating!

Customers like me who went there had to wait really long while take out and door dash were coming and going in large numbers. Very frustrating

This place was great Not only was the food good but the people here are very helpful and nice and very professional definitely come back the pictures that I presented are of whats left of my food thats how good it was.

Staff is great, food is prepared fresh and hot unlike most other burger restaurants.

Great veggie burger! I had grilled sourdough, grilled onions plus the rest. It was such a great, fast, convenient option for a vegetarian. Hallelujah.

This is the best CA burger joint in my opinion. More options and better fries than In n Out. They use quality ingredients and serve it hot. Which makes dine in, or eating it right when you get it better than having it delivered. I dont venture far from the Double Char Burger, but the Santa Barbara is also good when Im feeling fancy. Their shakes are delicious as well!Insider tip: When you go up to the counter to pick up your order ask for Ranch. They dont charge and its better on the fries than ketchup.

I love Habbit burger but this location was the worst dinner I have had in probably 10 years no lie. I should have known not to order and just leave when i looked at the grill prior to ordering and saw a stack of about 15 burgers patties cooked stacked to the right side of the grill just sitting there. I have a family of 5 so i ordered hoping for the best since I usually enjoy Habbit burgers when i travel. It turned out to be the worst waste of $70 I have spent in a long time on food! I ordered the food to go since we were going to eat the food at home. I ordered 4 order of fries which were all soggy and we only received 3 orders . My sons shake had a hair in it. All of the burgers were well over cooked ... go figure since i saw the stack of burger patties sitting on the grill. They also shorted me a side burger patty, i ordered 2 and got one. I also asked for no cheese on one burger only to find out it had cheese on it. I have never had such a horrible meal in as long as i can remember. what a waste of $70! after i took one bite of my burger i threw it away it was disgusting, dried out and burnt, who the hell wants that. Stay far away from this Habbit!

By far my favorite place for a quick, quality burger. Great staff, fast service, and the guy in the back who puts together the burgers & fries on weeknights is always doing a great job. Keep up the good work!Update: the weeknights guy is gone but that Jae guy sure cooks a good meal!

Good food at a fair price. The restaurant is clean and seems to be well managed. Food always comes out fast and hot. Online ordering via the app is a snap. Employees seem very friendly.There is a bit of inconsistency with how well done the food is cooked but it is to be expected with a fast food chain.

Very good place to enjoy a good burger and healthy fries ... But takes long to get your order. Bathrooms are very clean. Seating is great. Timely manner of food orders will get you my 5 stars.

They used to be a really good place to go but recently theyve been really rude I understand that everyones having a hard time right now but thats no reason to be this way its called customer service Ive worked in food and even on a hard day I still had a smile on my face and said thank you for choosing us their times for the store hours are always changing their online ordering is a mess and the crew and management are very rude now and disrespectful I would definitely go to a different habit or choose something different in the Arden area like In-N-Out burgers or Jack in the Box or Arbys or MOD Pizza theyre really good.

Since the pandemic, I have been using the online ordering, which is very convenient Id you are paying with a card. However, last night, 12/30/2021, I wanted to pay with cash so I went and placed my order in person. When I got there, there were a couple ppl waiting for orders, and about 3-4 dine in guests. I placed my order, a family pack with 4 charburgers, fries, and a salad, plus a salted caramel shake. The lady gave me a buzzer and I stepped outside to wait in my car with my husband. I watched as two guests who were ahead of me get buzzed to get their orders, so I went back in to wait. And wait... and wait. I noticed a bag on the counter being packed that looked like my order, and a shake next to the bag. Ok cool. Im next. NOT! I see the bag get finished, and they call out a name and another customer walked up, they gave her the bag, plus another they were packing that was next to where the food was coming out. But the shake was still sitting on the counter. Wow did they really just give my order to another customer? I watch the 2 workers workers discuss what just happened, and one says to the cooks that she needs them to remake an order. Yup. They gave my order to the wrong person. I watch as 4 more customers who ordered AFTER me get their food. Finally, the girl brings me my shake, thats been sitting there for 15 mins, she apologizes for the mistake, and gives me 2 coupons for free charburgers and says it will be a little while longer. I say no problem, I understand things happen. Im thinking wow good CS to give me the coupons. Today, I look at the coupons, and see that they expire 12/31/2021. Wow really? So basically the coupons were an empty gesture since Im not going to eat there 2 nights in a row. They werent that busy, so I dont understand what happened. It seems like when you order ahead, you have priority over ppl ordering in person, not just here, but at most restaurants, which I would have done, if there was an option to pay in person. Im a pretty easy going, understanding person who doesnt usually complain, but it kinda bugged me that she gave me coupons that were basically already expired as an apology for making me wait as long as i did because they gave away my order. I would have been happy with just an apology, and an explanation. Hey, maybe throw in an extra shake to my order. I hate to leave a bad review for one bad experience, when prior to this Ive had good ones, but I had to put this out there. Tl;DR- order ahead for priority service and possibly a free order, otherwise u may be waiting a while.

Always good food here! Love their variety of good burgers and specialty items. The service is usually too notch and restaurant is super clean as well as the restroom. The last time I was there the servers werent as friendly as they usually are but everyone has an off day right?!

Service is okay; they never seem that friendly. First time I ordered from here, my order was correct. Second time, my order wasnt. Asked for no pickles, cheese or onions yet it had cheese and onions on it. Third time, they didnt include the ranch I paid for and it took 5 min for them to give me my carry out order. Its annoying that people cant follow simple instructions.

I been going to the Habit for a while, never been disappointed until today.My fries were not very hot, so I asked for some fresh ones. However when they brought out new fries they were still not fresh and hot.Also they decided to use sweet pickles instead of dill on the burger.Like I said not a normal visit. Probably will not return to this location

It was kind of expensive for a burger. It was $7 and some change. I got a double char with avocado. The burger was fantastic, dont get me wrong. The service kind of sucked. They did not give me napkins and I had to come back and get some. The wait time was also around 10 minutes. The food was yummy. Would consider coming again when I am craving it.

Quite good! Much like any other mid-level burger joint, they cover the basics thoroughly, and with a touch of their own style. Burgers have a nice char to them, adding a savoriness that places like In n Out just dont have. To keep things fresh, they introduced some interesting offerings, such as fried asparagus with Lime/chili sauce. It has become my new favorite appetizer. Patio dining is available, but seating is limited to 5 tables.

I love that they have several solid salad options, and other non-burger options too. I was impressed by the superfood salad - it was pretty loaded with good stuff! It can be a bit crowded there, but its nice that they take your phone number so that they can text you when your food is ready. Prices are reasonable too - honestly cheaper than some drive through fast food restaurants.

I was around the howe area and decided to get lunch. Came to habit burger. It is covid so no seating...only to go orders.I ordered the Teriyaki char. It comes with grilled onions...grilled pineapple with Teriyaki sauce. The burger was fresh and good. I liked the sweetness of the pineapple paired with the grilled onions. The crispiness of the bun is so good. I would recommend this burger.I also ordered fries which were a thicker cut. They needed salt for sure. They were very hot. Crispy on outside and soft on inside...perfectly cooked.If your looking for a good burger that is not over priced...I have not had anything I have not liked here.

OMG...was the grilled teriyaki chicken sandwich out of this world. The fries were soft & chewy, just the way i like them. Amazing customer service w/ a smile

Really good burger, juice and tasty. My 3 year old got some nuggets and he eat them all he really liked it. Friendly staff and fast service. I got a lettuce wrap and was just as good as if it had the bread.

Well the oreo shake was great but i got the wrong Burger and didnt realize that i was charged for 2 burgers instead of one. Just wanted to try out the pineapple burger

Char burger? I dont smell much grilling burgers. Kind of wondering about char-grilled. Anyway its good to see local burger restaurant doing fine job. Price is way better compared to Smash burger. I will try other menus next time. Some Asians do like to eat burgers.

Popular eatery! Terrific place for lunch. When we are in the area It is a must stop. Burgers are yummy. The sweet potato fries are outstanding. As a vegetarian I enjoy their veggie burger in a lettuce wrap. They grill it fresh and to your specs. It is crowded sometimes but the wait is worth it.👍👍

Service was amazing, Jennifer really helped us make sure that our burger was made according to our dietary needs. And the food was really good too. Will definitely come back again.
