good place, good food

I heard about this place and been dying to try it for some time. I finally went in and had Very poor customer service and attitude by worker. Treated very disrespectfully. I will never step foot in this restaurant ever again!!!!

This location was awesome. They had a large restaurant which was great so the line diem go out the door. They have ordering kiosks as well. Very convenient.

Came in this morning 3 women working ordered a charburger and it was awful. Meat was burnt, cheese wasnt melted looked as if someone just tossed a cold slice of cheese on it. Bun was smashed very sloppy and just unsatisfactory.

Great place for a quick meal

Potions were small and my fries and sweet potato fries were cold..

Took 30 min to get our order, order was wrong (rec’d cheese burger instead of a portobello burger), and burgers were overdone. This location does not represent the usual good service we have received at other locations in the past.

Food is always awesome and fresh every time.

The chicken grilled sandwich was delicious the flavor was amazing.

Delicious food options. So happy I now have one near my home. Restaurant is full open.

The Habit has great hamburgers. I usually just get a Charburger. I had a promotion for a Double Charburger, and it was great too, but just too many calories for me.

My food orders are very specific, they always accommodate my requests and have always gotten my order correct.

Best "fast food" burger in California....In and Out has nothing on this place.

Always good food, clean and a friendly staff.

Went there tonight ordered the #1 to go. I got home and took a bite and the meat was raw. I have been there before to eat, its always been great.

Freshly made. The charged burger is delicious. The grilled onions makes it so much more saucy and delicious. The onion rings were crisp. 1st time dining in. Great service, quick even tho it was made to order.

Quick service, and great burger and fries. You cant go wrong here. My only regret is not having ordered a Salted Caramel Shake. Even though I need a shake like I need a hole in my head, one must splurge occasionally. The picture of it looked deliciously evil in all of its sweet goodness! 😋

Definitely not what it used to be hamburgers have shrunk just like McDonalds burgers rather go to a mom and pop burger place.

Best salads around! I know it’s Habit “burger”, but I’ve tried all the salads and they are full of flavor, and adorned with veggies and dressings that compliment the entire ensemble. Highly recommend if you’re looking for fast and healthy. Also, the curbside service is friendly and on time every visit. Thank you!

The Habit is priced above average. The food tastes well but it is not my go-to preferred fast food restaurant. I recommend ordering a cheeseburger and fries.

Had to come back, they got my order wrong no phone to call them, so upset other cold. Then got there had to wait for my right order should of got my food free, at least the burger that was wrong

I give them 5 stars for setting up a drive through in front of the restaurant, but they messed up 2 out of 6 sandwiches & forgot 2 out of 3 sauces. But the food was very tasty.

Really good staff and always on point with the food...prices are a bit stiff for me , but overall a good place to dine.

The food here is absolutely delicious, but also the employees are the nicest people ever and make my day 10x better any time i come in. My only complaint about the restaraunt is that I work a couple doors down and anytime you get close you can smell the burgers cooking and I physically cant stop myself from getting one

This little girl, the one wore the gray shirt, a lead supervisor at this Duarte city location is lack of a basic common courtesy. She needs to learn the basic people skill from Nathan. She shouldnt allow to be a supervisor of this shift. If she repeats her attitude next time around, she should be fired. Salad box was not properly closed. Spill in the bag. Not the first time. Hate this type of to go container.

Love the location, a good amount of parking spaces available close by, open late, clean interior and friendly staff. The food is also pretty great, but thats a given. The continent bar is also kept really clean and tidy.

Friendly and competent staff efficiently serving hot and delicious food. I highly enjoyed their firm yet not hard fries, mushroom burger and refreshing drink options - ginger peach, strawberry basil, tropical iced tea - oh my! There was a steady stream of customers but not crowded. Easy parking in shopping plaza.

Good jucey char grilled burgers! Really nice staff. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Informal, serving fresh food full of flavor. Will be returning soon. Pleanty of free parking. wheelchair accessible. Recommend this place.

This is always a good place to eat. Great burgers. Wonderful salads, fast service.

Very good food. Good for a quick and easy meal. Counter person was kind of a rock. Still I would go back.
