One of the best french toasts in Sri Lanka. Kinda pricy but totally worth it. The mac n cheese was decent. The place is small with limited seating area but definitely a place try out!

Small space but beautifully arranged super cleaned Instagram friendly cafe. Bit expensive in-terms of prices. If you look for a delicious but a completely healthy food, this is the place for you. Very professional and friendly staff. Plate was nicely presented. Recommended for health conscious but not price concerned people.

Ample parking, friendly staff and amazing food. The latte is pretty much the same as their sister Cafe Seed and the Berry Cream Cheese French Toast is absolutely mind blowing

Prob my favourite bowl in Colombo - no excessive flavouring, just natural ingredients combined to their best. Almond Coffee was average, would not recommend.Try the normal one perhaps

Although a lot of people have given them great reviews, I wasnt too blown away.We ordered the pulled beef sourdough and a sausage bagel.It took AGES to be served and wasnt freshly hot and a bit stale.The Milo coffee was good.

One of the best places if you wanna grab something healthy & nutritious. Absolutely love their protein bowls and oats & choco chip biscuits!💙 Highly recommended!

I ordered a cup of cafe macchiato and what I ended up getting was a shot of espresso with a bit of froth on top. What I received should not be call a macchiato. Its espresso with forth.

Fancy looking coffee spot down Union Place.The ambiance is good but we went during quarantine days and safety measures were not taken before entering the outlet which they might need to improve on.Not a big food variety to choose from but the food we tried tasted good. First, we ordered the famous Nai miris wings with blue cheese dip which tasted good with right amount of spiciness. Thereafter, we ordered the Berry cream cheese French toast and Slow cooked pulled chicken toasted sourdough bread. They tasted yum! Portions were also enough for us.For beverages, we tried their Milo Cold and Yellow Drink which is a combination of pineapple + lemongrass + king coconut which surprisingly tasted good!.Felt the pricing were bit high compared to other cafe outlets around Colombo.Good spot to work + study. Better if you can reserve before going as only few tables available.A big parking facility is available right inside the road next to the cafe and it was very convinient.Finally the service was pretty good with a friendly and supportive staff.Overall a good experience!

Went yesterday after work before heading home. I was tired and hungry and I sure made the right choice!!! Ordered the rainbow bowl with add on fried egg n it was the best. Each spoonful was so yummy and refreshing. I usually cant finish my portion of a meal but this I had in no time because it was that awesome. The staff were so friendly and the place has a great calming ambience. Ill definitely go again and looking forward to try their other dishes as well.Keep up the good work !!!

Very relaxed and cozy atmosphere, great food, great coffee and very reasonable prices (750 for avo on toast, 450 for a flat white/cappuccino including service charge and taxes!!- have been here twice this week alone and will definitely be coming back regularly :)

Food was so great, loved the atmosphere. Milo mocha is a must ..we tried the slow cooked pulled beef and chicken on toasted sourdough bread. It was amazing. They also have a variety of organic food. I would recommend this to anyone and will go back.

Its a small place but they do have amazing food and beverages. Try the oreo peanut butter cheesecake. Its delicious and unique taste. Excellent customer service. Great ambiance. Common car park available behind.

Truly amazing coffeehouse in Colombo! In fact, likely the best coffee I’ve experienced in all of Sri Lanka. Thoroughly enjoyed the signature Grind Power Bowl, which has been carefully curated to feature colourful fresh ingredients and brilliant flavours. The espresso bar was equally impressive. I ordered a mocha with a local Sri Lankan flair and was completely content with the result; it’s clear that the team has undergone refined barista training. Overall, totally and unequivocally recommend The Grind Coffeehouse — a refreshing new entrant to Sri Lanka’s coffee scene!

The ingredients were fresh and the avocado toast was well prepared. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice of beverages, which included locally produced kombucha and pressed juices. However, it took a really long time for the food to arrive and getting a table can sometimes be challenging as the space is small. There is parking at the back, which is great.

The grind, the coffee shop that newly opened in Union place a week ago. I was part of this experience that week 🤠⠀This time they came up with a simple but yummy collection. Savory and sweet brunch, lunch and sides for foods. Coffee and cold pressed juices for drinks 🙂⠀If i talk about the place, The grind comes with their unique theme and open kitchen experience. The “girl boss”, she was so friendly and helped us with choosing our dining ☺ For all you foodies out there don’t miss this place. You should definitely add this to your food diary 📔

This was our favorite breakfast spot in Colombo! Their breads are just awesome! You can choose between things like Avocado, Pulled Beef, Salmon or simply build your own one! They also have delicious juices with beetroot, lemongrass and coconut water for example.The coffee was great too! The owner is a very nice lady! When their wasn’t working for some reason she gave us two energy balls for free👍The only disadvantage here is that they have no free WiFi in case you need it!

I had their pulled beef sandwich, which is basically a pile of slow cooked beef on a slice of sourdough bread with a roast pumpkin mash spread, the end result is a deliciously messy open sandwich that youll have to dig in with a fork first before you can actually get to the bread. The flavour combinations were on point, cant wait to try their other dishes. Service was excellent, I ordered it to go but will definitely dine in next time and try their juices or coffee.

Good ambience and interesting food. Wish the portions were a little bigger so less 1 star for that. Parking was not the most convenient as security guards will question to which establishment youre going to in a harassing way, just to make sure youre meant to be parking at the back of the building!

Prettiest food in town! Also super healthy and tastes great.Cute little place right in the middle of Colombo. Cozy, with tasteful decor and good lighting. Got seating for maybe 10 people.You order over the counter and the food gets to your table in 10-15 minutes.The food itself looks amazing. I wish other places payed as much attention to plating as they do. All the ingredients are healthy, and it tasted good. Whats not to like?The girl behind the counter (who happens to be the owneris very helpful and friendly, and accomodating to any special dietary requirements.

Visited the cafe late on a weekday morning for a quick breakfast. A hole in the wall kinda coffee shop with a small but good selection of food and coffee. Ordered the pulled beef on sourdough toast and a latte.The picture does not do justice to how good the coffee looked. I didnt even want to stir it. Coffee not only looked good but tasted amazing too! Would come back just for the coffee. Pulled beef toast was a decent sized portion topped with veggies and beef. Pulled beef was well cooked and seasoned. The veggies complemented the beef well.Absolutely loved the experience here. Would definitely recommend the cafe.

Great food with ingredients chosen with care and fantastic Sri Lankan coffee. Highly recommend the herbed and grilled barramundi and pulled chicken brioche sandwich. Kudos to the friendly owners and staff.
