Insgesamt gut! Sauber, modern und ordentlich, zentrale und an sich ruhige Lage, mit sehr freundlichem Personal, besonders beim Frühstück. Das Buffet war ebenfalls gut und abwechslungsreich.Nachteile:-Mein Zimmer im EG direkt an einem großen Parkplatz, auf dem schon morgens Trubel war-Keine Klimaanlage (zumindest in Zimmer 13)-WC-Spülung sehr laut, auch aus dem Nachbarzimmer sehr gut zu hörenIch komme wieder - allerdings nicht im Hochsommer.

Auf das Hotel bin ich zuerst wegen der Parkplätze gestoßen, ich will nicht das mein Auto auf der Straße steht. Parkplätze im Hinterhof (mit Tor davordie man fest buchen kann. Man hat dann seinen festen Parkplatz im Hof.Zum Hotel selbst: Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Moderne, saubere Zimmer mit mehr als genug Platz. Für so ein kleines Hotel auch ein wirklich sehr gutes und großes Frühstücksbüffet. Lage ist Top, direkt an der Fußgängerzone und die Geräuschkulisse ist bei offenem Fenster, trotz der zentralen Lage, erstaunlich leise.Im Hotel gibt es auch einen Aufzug, sicher der kleinste und langsamste den ich je erlebt habe, aber er tut was er soll und mit Koffern ist man dankbar das er da ist :-)Waren bereits das zweite Mal im Hotel und würde es auch jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Room is spacious and clean. Its near Dortmund main train station and walking distance to the city center.The workers on duty was friendly esp the girl working on the breakfast buffet the next day.

The room was quite small (306 under the roof of the buildingand I was touching the ceiling with my head at the end of the room close to the windows (Im 1.80 cm so not a giant). It wasnt a 4 star hotel room in my opinion. A shim had been used to keep the furniture from wobbling. But the breakfast and the people at the reception were so good that I probably would go back. Especially the young guy at the counter that lent me his computer cable because mine was not compatible with the german one.

Right by the train station yet noise was not a problem. Excellent service and breakfast. The room was small, as advertised, but clean and smelled fresh. The only thing I would have liked to add was lotion to the toiletries given. I especially liked the little elevator for my luggage. The staff were very helpful even with a late check in and were even able to print a couple of pages for my flight the next day. I would definitely stay here again.

Schönes, modernes Hotel direkt im Dortmunder Zentrum. Zimmer und auch das Hotel an sich sind sehr sauber. Besonders und bemerkenswert war vor allem die tolle und breit gefächerte Auswahl am kreativ und liebevoll hergerichteten Frühstücksbuffet: selten habe ich eine so schöne Auswahl zum Frühstück in einem Hotel gesehen. Dazu sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend - all das mit einem Lächeln das einen wirklich Willkommen fühlen lässt. Absolut empfehlenswert und ich komme gern wieder!

Top zentrale Lage, 3min von Hauptbahnhof und City.Daher Abends nicht wirklich ruhig.Nettes Team, sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer.Leckeres Frühstück- Sonntags mit Waffeln zum selber backen 👍🏻 Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Design Hotel zentral in Dortmund.Das Grey Hotel war ein wirkliches Highlight bei meiner Reise nach Dortmund.Die Lage ist sehr zentral direkt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes.Das Personal von Rezeption bis zu den Damen beim Frühstück ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und geräumig.Beim Frühstück gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt. Alles ist schön angerichtet und läd zu einem wundervollen Start in den Tag ein. Und sollte es draußen bewölkt sein, wird auf jeden Fall durch das freundliche Frühstückspersonal die Sonne scheinen.Somit absolut empfehlenswert.

Excellent location, great price & friendly staff. Our small dog was able to join us, which is always a bonus! The private parking had maybe 10 spots, our SUV fit just fine! Breakfast was buffet style and delicious!

Great, trendy & cosy, small-scale hotel in the centre of Dortmund. Had a great stay there. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Everyone spoke some good English too. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, with a pretty bathroom, filled minibar, large double bed. We especially enjoyed our breakfast. A large extensive buffet, constantly being tended by two very friendly staff members. We will certainly return to this hotel!

This is one of the best budget hotels in Wallring area. 3-min walk from Dortmund Hbf and 30-sec. walk from main street Westenhellweg.Free breakfast has a variety of choices incl. smoked salmon. Also, if you pay €3, youre free to use fitness center which is around 5-min. walk from hotel. Hotel itself is a bit small but youll surely feel cozy. Recommended for long-stay traveler.

The Grey Hotel is a lovely small hotel 10min away from the central station. The rooms are modernly designed and I really appreciated the bed! Furthermore the hotel offers a rich and tasty breakfast. WLAN and tea in the room is free.
