Friendly host, tasty food

Food was very good but portions for meat dishes were kinda small. We even order 2 portions of some of the dishes. Price was very reasonable, in fact the cheapest meal in bagan despite double portions! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a casual home cook local food.

On y a mangé deux fois plus des passages a midi pour une salade de fruits, un café ou une bière et on est tjrs bien reçuLa bouffe est très bonne et pas cher, ex boeuf au curry plus riz 2E60.....Lendroit est propre et les femmes sont dune gentillesse.....impecc.

Great, delicious food, tasty coffee and pancake, tasty fresh juices. All in shade so it is best place to hide before the sun over lunch.

Not the best choice for breakfast because it is quite hard to eat if you dont used to eat Myanmar food

Food is mediocre .a bit pricy

We walked out as after we got the menus they just ignored us. It was busy but they could at least have brought some drinks

This is one of the best places in new bagan for drinking fresh fruit juices, prices are really cheap and food is amazing! Try the vegetarian fried tempura!

從舊蒲甘騎車去要約半小時，原本要去7sisters吃，但下午三點沒看到人就轉戰the golden bamboo，在馬路邊不難找。點了炒飯，番茄沙拉，炸瓜，炒蔬菜，一杯鳳梨汁，一瓶啤酒，緬幣10000元。食物好吃，但炒菜份量有點少 T.T推推~隔一天媽媽又說在去吃這家，所以共吃了兩次。。

Lots of things on the menu, but all of really poor quality. Also a bad service, since they didnt even bring us napkins.

Cosy atmosphere. Very tasty food, try the ginger, lemon & honey drink, its excellent!Totally recomended!

This might be the best place to eat in New Bagan!The restaurant has a very nice and beautiful atmosphere and it’s totally clean! Many local families also come here to eat.The food quality is just awesome and the variety of what they offer is noticeable. Although it has all the good things and you might expect same price range as other recommended one in your guide books, here is extremely cheap!!!2 people can have meal including drinks only for 3-5$. Best natural juices and drinks are available in best priceJust don’t miss this place.Thanks for the good service.

Tasty food, low prices and prompt service. We liked the restaurant so much we ate here every day of the 5 days we were in Bagan.

Very good fruit juice

The food here was pretty nice and the staff were very accommodating. Someone in our party wanted something not on the menu and they were kind enough to make it for him. There are limited vegetarian and vegan options on one of the menus, but they actually have two menus, so be sure to ask for the menu with the vegetarian section if you are veggie or vegan. I got the hot and sour tofu which was nice but very hot!

Unlike every other place in this area of Bagan the food here is actually very well priced. Way less than many of the other restaurants and the quality is very good. Lots of options for food and drink from the menu with Burmese and Chinese options looking the best. Would definitely recommend this place even if you are not on a budget. Good location too, close to many hotels and restaurants.

Amazing little local restaurant right off one of the main roads in New Bagan. Brilliant food at ridiculously low prices. Nice outdoor seating in the shade. Local menu and Western menu. Skip the Western menu and go local, its great

Encontramos el restaurant de pura suerte y fue lo mejor que nos pudo pasar. Estuvimos 3 dias en Bagan y aca fue nuestro almuerzo y cena diario. La atencion es excelente y la comida deliciosa. Los precios son muy bajos y las porciones son contundentes.Recomendable 100%!

Highly recommended. Food were great.. cheaper fruit juices than most restaurants in new bagan. Quite popular with locals since their food were also cheaper. I would come back here any time. Located just near the crossing. I love their veggie tempura and the chicken i ordered which i posted in the photo.

Nous y sommes allés par hasard et y sommes retourné 3 fois ! Les jus de fruit sont vraiment excellents (banane, mangue, avocat...), la nourriture est très bonne et copieuse pour le prix.
