The Galway Bay in Innsbruck

I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service in a pub - the lovely team even remembered the name of our 10 month old after speaking to him once the night before.Great selection of local and Irish drinks, speedy service, amazing atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone - a real gem. Genuinely great experience.

The Guinness, the staff, the boss, all are fantastic. This is the best Guinness in the world and the handmade burgers are to die for. Lovely jubbly!

The Galway Bay is one of the most amazing places to go to when you go to Innsbruck, it is a very welcoming family that immediately makes you feel welcome!! It has great music and even greater bar staff ! This place can make you feel at home no matter how far you from it !! Give it a try always it will never be in vain and you will make friends for life !!!

Place for a great evening of champions league accompanied by a small repertoire of small bites, we really recommend the hamburger, because despite being an Irish Pub, they care about the little details, they have different weekly events that you can attend periodically , the drinks are a good size and the staff speak English and even some other languages.

The best Pub in Innsbruck :nice staff and the best shots in town! I think we need more pubs like these. Here you can finish the working day perfectly.

Service is excellent. Beer and whisky are also excellent.

Is a really bad service, they dont have their place under control as soon as it gets a bit busy and are super disrespectful. In the end we had two more burgers on the bill than we actually had. I would never step in that poor "pub" ever again.Besides the poor service its way too expensive.

Good ambience and good value for money, well known place, near to the university. Go with a group to have a good time.

Great pub with a friendly & welcoming atmosphere, importantly an Irish Pub with a lot of Irish staff.The place is clean, the staff hard working but always with a smile, the food is good and arrives in decent time.When the football or Rugby is on, it does get pretty busy, so booking a table ahead is advisable, same goes for the pub quiz on Mondays.Although its close to one of the University campuses, its a mixed age crowd, not just full of teenagers, so anyone can have a great night here.Drinks are well priced & the Guinness is the best in town, decent whiskeys and beers to be had as well. Great Craic.

We called in the Galway Bay tonight to watch the rugby and football. Having worked in the pub world may years ago and knowing it’s challenges, we were absolutely blown away just how good the bar staff were here. Truly Excellent! 100% on top of every customer/table needs, from ordering drinks, clearing empties etc. So so sharp!!We just had to leave a good tip, as we were so taken care off. Thanks to you all for a great evening 🙌🏻

Best Irish pub. Friendliest person in Innsbruck!!! A must visit. Had a great time and the service and drinks were more than excellent. We have traveled all the way from Greece to find the friendliest man here!

Best Guinness and Burgers in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere with major Rugby and footy televised - if you want to watch something special, just ask the friendly and courteous staff.

A lovely Irish pub in the middle of the flourishing and bustling Innsbruck! We were only there for one evening as a stop over on our way home from holiday. It is a long-standing tradition that my partner and I visit an irish pub during these short pit stops, and The Galway Bay has definitely ranked as my absolute favourite! Tom is an excellent host, friendly and made our evening so pleasant. A great selection of Irish and local beers and other drinks too. I am sooo looking forward to coming back! Thank you, Tom!

We came on a Monday and we couldnt get a seat, it was pub quiz, which we would have loved to participate 😁 2 days later we came back, a bit earlier in the evening and got seating, but the place was filled very quickly. The barman was very friendly and quick Due to corona rules the place was closed at 10 oclock in the night, we enjoyed our time in the pub a lot .👍👍👍👍👍👍😊

Awesome food and great beer. One of the very few places in Innsbruck which telecast live football matches. Best place to hangout with your friends on a football night. Would highly recommend this place. Do expect it to be crowded on european football nights but worth it.

What a pub! At points it felt like everyone in Innsbruck was here because they certainly werent anywhere else. Good selection of beer, great Irish theme throughout, and a lively vibe - definitely worth a visit.

Great Pub, great atmosphere, great drinks, great service. Unfortunately you need to be interested in sports such as Rugby and football, otherwise youre being excluded. Plus its not a place for singles in my opinion.

They offer a really broad selection of alcohol and the ambiante is perfect and relaxing. Music choice there is also pretty good plus they got trivia-nights! They even have quite a big area for smokers. Overall Im really satisfied with this bar and like to visit often!

The more elegant one of the two big Irish Pubs in Innsbruck. Good location, nice atmosphere and lots of fun people most of the time. Different weekly events like pub quizzes etc. Absolutely recommendable.

Really liked this pub. The people are friendly. The beer is cheap for innsbruck and in massive glasses! It shows sports on the tvs,football rugby etc. Split into two halves. Front half is non smoking and the back is smoking. Really would recommend
