Went with my friends, had lovely drinks, great wine selection, Hamish served me and was lovely, Would recommend !!!!Yeah

First visit in years today, we had brisket burgers with smoked cheese, salad & pickles & fries and it was delicious 😋 Huge variety of craft ales, gin & many others. Also really friendly, laid back staff, definitely recommend 👌

I visited on a Tuesday at 6.15pm thinking it would be empty! How wrong was I. It was full & we had to squeeze a table in as I foolishly hadnt booked. The food was delicious and ample, the staff were friendly & smiley & open mic night was a real bonus.

Went for the quiz, was a blast! Never went to a big smoke pub before, a fella called hamish recommended me the fruju!

Ive just received a roast delivered. It was absolutely awful. Firstly it was stone cold. The portion sizes were disgusting considering the price. Potatoes hard. Just one and a bit of Potatoes Two slithers of carrot, one piece of parnip Not good value for money at all. Disgusting really.parsnip

Came last night for a meal and drinks with my partner, food was good but very long wait time although this was conveyed to us prior to ordering. Hamish recommended the ayinger and provided friendly service.

Visited this weekend and had a great time. Taya was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

Well decorated, welcoming pub. Great menu (believe it has just be updated).Lovely food, chicken was a little strange in texture but my duck and the WAFFLES WERE AMAZING! Better than Creams Banofee.We were served my Alistair, was a friendly and not pushy. Knew his stuff when we asked about NYE and rugby events which was great.Will definitely be coming back 🎉

Had a great time here when I came last week with some mates for a drink it’s a good pub inside and the outside area is especially nice , best thing about the it was probably the service one girl in particular Lydia was very kind and seemed to be a real good worker

Great place to go for a couple cold ones. Beers are hitting the maximum bubbles per square inch. Friendly service all around and staff very attentive. Manager Nathan always friendly and this is my 6th visit this week. Thanks to Hamish for serving us very friendly and good knowledge on the beers. Steaks 10/10. Also toiletries in the cubicles a nice addition to keep fresh if you are a little whiffy.

From 5 stars to 1. 8 months ago it was a 5 star experience... this week a 1! Visited on Tuesday for the ribs special. Ribs were terrible... broiled for too long, slapped up with sweet BBQ source and served with day old coleslaw. Horrendous. And about their smokehouse beer (bear in mind this place prides itself on its beer offerings- I asked the bartender what hops were included in their New England Pale.... there was a blank stare and a I dont know! Pity as the location is great. Ill be sticking to their burgers if i do go back...if....

Went for Sunday lunch.Waited almost 1hr 25 minutes for our food to arrive and our Sunday roast dinner was cold when it eventually arrived.Did ask if it could be heated but staff not sure!One of the party ordered hot dessert and again waited 30 minutes for that to turn up cold.The staff said they had never had so many complaints as they had that day.I have used this pub many times and normally fine but badly let down this time.Only request from friends visiting was that we never take them back there.

Really nice visit to this local pub after recently moving into the area. Staff were friendly and attentive and particular impressed with Hamish, who’s generous knowledge and insight of the beers on offer was very welcomed. Really happy with his recommendations throughout the evening and food was also of a decent quality.

A great bar walking distance from the Oatlands Park Hotel. Food is elevated bar food, above satisfactory but not super high end. Spirit is jolly. Beers plentiful. Great outdoor and indoor seating options.

Good venue. Frequented by many locals. Venue has indoor and covered outdoor seating. Staff are friendly but busy. Only one AF beer and limited on the whole with whats on tap. Food is served here. The app didnt seem to reflect what was actually available so used table service instead.

Great little pub and good selection of beers and food.Today was a slight disappointment as they had run out of our choice of Gin, they did not check up on our food and then went and forgot our desert.On the whole not as good as my previous visit but they did have a wedding going on at the time so will cut them alittle slack!Will update again on my next visit as sure it will be better. 🤞Lucky for me I was on a table for 2 with the most beautiful scenery to distract me 😍

If I could give zero I would! Absolutely rubbish service. Nothing sent properly, containers not packed properly! Missing item from our delivery and then told us they would send our food soon and never did. We had to call to chase and then they said they’re not sending our missing food. Ridiculous. If you want to order and wait for 40 mins and then starve order from here!!!!

Got a takeaway burger and fries on deliveroo.Burger was nice but the "portion" of fries left a lot to be desired. There were barely any. Same for my wife and her order. Amazingly tight and stingy.Advice: if ordering something with fries either order a side or get a portion of chips from somewhere else...Edit: just counted, there were 12, including 6 tiny ones...

This pub serves local beer.The beer was very good and the food was varied and delicious.This is a pub I want to visit often when I have the chance.

Amazing! We had our wedding meal here and ordered a load of starters and sharers. Everything was so delicious and of a high quality. We didn’t stay for very long because we had a busy day but we could’ve happily stayed hours longer! Thankyou for everyone who helped us with our booking and also thankyou so much to everyone who served us and to those cooking the food! Lydia was very attentive and helpful! Thankyou for your generosity too!!

A new venue for me. A modern style establishment. Seating area inside and undercover outsde. Food plentiful. Public car park a few yards. Well worth a visit.

A good experience. My wife and I had been thinking about trying this pub for some time as it is fairly close to us and always looked busy with a good vibe coming out whenever we walked past. So we went there for a wedding anniversary dinner on Saturday. We booked one of the outside cabins, which was nice and (fairlyprivate, but also slightly claustrophobic with hard uncushioned bench seats. Bearable though.The food we had was generally of good quality and very tasty, but the main course we shared was a bit disappointing however. We chose the lamb cutlets, of which there were three, but they were not cooked very well, being bland tasting and pretty tough to cut and chew. Usually lamb cutlets are grilled such that the meat is slighy crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a lovely grilled flavour, but these seemed undercooked. Anyway, most of the rest seemed good.Looking at orders on other tables we felt it would have been best to stick with the usual pub-grub staples of either burgers or fish and chips, which is what we will order when we go the next time to allow them to impress us with their fayre...Also, check the bills as the automatic pricing system over-charged our two glasses of wine by quite a bit, so best to check carefully before paying.Overall though, the staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, and corrected the pricing issue without question even though we only noticed after paying- so overall a good experience.

Amazing experience at the flintgate, the head chef came over to our table and personally garnished our prawns for us! Even the waitress went the extra mile to taste test our beer and ensure it was up to scratch for us. Service here is truly extraordinary, will be back!

The service was bad! Orders messed up and drinks not delivered. 2 of the meals didnt arrive untill much later. The table setting was nice, to outside under cover and as there was 10 of us it was easy to move around and chat. Food was good

Stopped in for lunch mid-afternoon on a Tuesday. Great friendly, prompt service. Comfortable atmosphere and a robust menu matched by its robust taps! Had a proper fish and chips with a Pilsner. Great spot!

Went for a meal here on a Friday evening. No on-street parking nearby, so ended up in a car park a short walk away (free after 6pm). Staffing levels was good, however they were not very attentive; I had to go up and ask for menus, after sitting for 5 mins at our allocated table, and after going to the bar and ordering drinks. Probably better to order drinks from the bar anyway if you want beer, as the selection is pretty vast! I had the Free Verse PA and it was lovely.Food was decent, and price reflected the quality. The pub does feel a little confused though. it felt quite family orientated to begin with, however the groups of Love Island wannabes that trickled in gave it a different feel, and explains the presence of the two security doorman that are probably needed on the Fri&Sat eves.

Lovely restaurant with a very nice garden area. Food was S-U-P-E-R-B! It was great to celebrate my wifes citizenship ceremony here. Well be back!

Lovely pub. Sat outside in tent. Great service and good food if a little pricey. Only downside is limited parking.

We booked lunch ages ago but hadnt realised we booked Saturday not Sunday. We phoned Saturday and realised our mistake so booked for 5 at 1pm Sunday 30th.We were seated at a table for 4 with an extra chair plonked at the end!Regardless, the food was really good - although we all would have preferred the vegetables to have been cooked more.Service was a bit patchy. Girls with their minds focused and not hearing our "excuse me" pleas for service.Overall a good experience. Will go back!So, i have beeb Few times since.. usually with Buster our springerpoo. This time it was just me. Busy Saturday afternoon too. Tom, the bar man, new? Looked at some list And said no. As i left i ran into Nathan and the boss. They said to go back and get a beer and they would find me a table. They did and i had a great lunch of korean chicken burger and a great malbec. Thanks guys. Sorry the burger in my photo is half eaten!Dinner with a friend 10th may 2022. He had the special cod, while i had a classic burger. A mistake! It arrived and I thought it was going to be ok but it was actually 2 small burgers and was totally overcooked. The malbec was good though. Didnt think much of the live music! Too loud so made it hard to hold a conversation.

Bank Holiday Monday for lunch and a lovely experience was had by all. The pies are absolutely delicious and the sea bass was amazing. We will definitely be back soon xx

A super family pub that serves delicious foods and lovely beers, ciders and French wines. Exceedingly helpful and friendly staff. It doesnt matter what time of day you go here it always fairly busy and has a lovely atmosphere. Doggies are welcomed here and the staff always give a doggie treat. I took my friends doggy in here a couple of times on a Sunday and now if we are walking past the Flintgate he always wants to go into the pub :)

Great town centre pub serving an impressive array of ales, lagers, ciders and IPAs. Far too many to sample in one night but our group made a valiant attempt! From the outside this place looks small but once through the front doors its a bit like Dr Whos phone box. The whole pub is really big with lots of seating inside and a large covered and heated outside area to the rear. Good menu for food to choose from and although a bit pricey looked and tasted great. Nice to see the cheerful security guards constantly patrolling the whole pub and the friendly bar staff made our group feel very welcome.

Organised a business lunch here with a colleague mid week.Was a good welcome and quick service on arrival.We were seated efficiently and drinks that were ordered at the bar delivered promptly.The food was tasty and perfectly cooked.I had chicken for starters, minute steak for main and chocolate cake for dessert.All nicely done and in good portions.Price was reasonable for the area and the setting.Would recommend

The food, staff and service are absolutely fantastic. Ive had the steak and ale pie a few times and its the best pie Ive had in a while. The ambience is great and staff are friendly and polite. They have a great selection of beers as well. There is also loads of outdoor seating which would be great in summer. Evening are usually fully booked so you would need to book a table in advance. I would definitely recommend the Flintgate.

Theres a lot to like about this pub, not least because it has its old name back. After the pandemic started the owners turned the car park into a very appealing beer garden full of little wooden huts. They were all full when I visited, even though it was a midweek evening. Drivers can park in a public carpark 200 yards away which is free after 6:00 pm. The pub will also refund your parking if you visit earlier.Its a Big Smoke Co. Pub with a huge range of craft beers and ciders, all brewed a few miles away near Esher. Theres a good restaurant menu and a youngish, lively atmosphere. Id have given it five stars but I didnt think much of the draft cider. Ill be back to try something else though. Recommended.

Generally really lovely meal with my boyfriend. Tasty food, no complaints and very friendly service. Would give 5 stars but sadly mucked up my starter and didn’t actually have what was written on the menu (I’m veggie so I couldn’t have what they were offeringbut overall fab 👍🏼

Lovely pub this, food was excellent, the burger was one of best I have had in long time. Loads of space to sit outdoors, with pods and benches and canopy and parasol. Highly recommend this pub especially if you are a large group. Have a great selection of beers and drinks on offer.

Had a great outdoor lunch in one of the heated booths, lovely to be out. Good to hear people all around but it feels Covid safe and secure in the booths. Lovely food too. :In fact, Im back tomorrow for lunch!

Fab ales, beautiful garden, poor food.Great selection of ales from big smoke brewery. Service was good. Food was a massive let down. Ceasar salad made with iceberg lettuce, brown avocado and chicken with a few splashes of someone elses BBQ sauce? Tacos were tiny and lacked all flavour. Each contained one small calamari ring - in fairness they were £7 but I would rather pay more and have a true taco. For £7 you might expect a bowl of calamari not 2 calamari scraps and a heavily BBQ sauced TSP of brisket. Tomato salad oddly lacked tomatos!!!! Was an ordinary side salad with heavily dressed leaves and onions. Really disappointing as I wanted love it as the garden is beautiful and fab selection of craft ales.

If I could give this pub 6 stars I would. The pub that Weybridge has desperately needed for a while. Frequented in here since it opened in Nov/Dec 2018 and never had a bad experience and have had 4/5 great meals plus plenty more for a drink and always a new variety of beers. The staff are brilliant and very friendly. If they could move the pub about 1 mile closer to where a live it would probably be 7 stars. Also, Rob is an amazing host that always interacts and makes guests feel comfortable.

Wonderful pub super chilled but lively atmosphere! Tastey AF food and most of all super friendly staff! Enjoying the bank holiday and we accidentally spilt a drink the staff had a bit of banter with us and gave us a replacement drink for free! If your looking for a relaxed placed to come as a couple or a family this is the place to go! Ps dog friendly. Thanks Flintgate x
