The Firehouse in Bradford

Twice they delivered someone elses pizza to my house I had to call them back , last order food was cold and the boy taking order was very rude , instead of sorting anything out they just blocked our phone numbers

Pro :Excellent pizzas. Its like the subway of Pizza restaurants. They are very generous and you can add as many toppings as ypu like. Definitely a very tasty Pizza. Far more delicious than Pizza hut or Dominos. You will taste the difference.The service was good too.Con: cold room and loud music that has no place in an food establishment. It ruins the ambience. The staff seemed powerless to do anything about it.

Okay food, not great but not terrible. The service however is beyond terrible, do not give your money to this business. I have had 3 orders go wrong and each time have been verbally abused by the manager without the order being rectified.

I was never a fan of pizza, thats because I have never had a pizza from here before!Absolutely beautiful!!

Me and my friends have been here a few times and quite enjoyed the 20" stone baked pizza on the previous occasion.This time round, we were surprised to enter an empty restaurant on a Friday evening. 2 of us ordered a hotshot parmesan, the other 2 the lamb burger and a lasagne, and a 12" meathead pizza to share.The pizza was quite nice but we all generally found the food we ordered quite bland, bar the burger. I do feel my mate overreacted with the lasagne making him wanting to "throw up", but I must admit, when I tried it for myself, it was pretty much tasteless.Its a shame because its quite a nice place with good service, most likely this will be our last visit.

1/2 meter pizza!Very thin base, so lots of flavour from toppings. Choose your own toppings from a wide range.Gourmet burger was good. Parmazan was ok, chicken base was a bit too big for my preference but still tasted nice.

A hidden treasure, quality food and service. This was our third family visit. Always come away with food to take home and very reasonably priced. Quality!

The Firehouse is located on Oak Lane within walking distance of Lister Park. There is parking on the main road. The restaurant has wheelchair access.The Firehouse house has a woody metallic atmosphere with an open kitchen. The pizza standard could improve drastically with better quality ingredients, nevertheless the portion sizes are good.The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Excellent food, well prepared and presented, served by Lahraib in a very professional manner. Made adjustments to my food requirements. Pizza was superb, good taste and flavour. Highly recommended.

The pizzas from here are absolutely fantastic best pizza around in my opinion some times you have to wait a little longer due to so many orders but well worth the wait the half metre pizza is perfect every time keep it up firehouse 🙏🔥

Felt a bit looked down upon. I was wearing the Asian clothes the Pizza wasnt all that the cheese was like rubber. I wouldnt recommend it or go again.

Below average, poor quality wood fire pizza, does not come close to the big brands. The pizza was very dry, rubbery and powdery (flower sprinkled on the top). There are plenty of below average restaurants in this area of town, what led me to write this review is the sheer cowardice, disgraceful and frankly disgusting attitude I have witnessed from pretty much all the staff.The arrogance and ignorance of these guys is unrivalled. Dont take my word for it, go see for yourself, you wont thank me later.You only have to read their lies on some of the replies to reviews where people have complained to them for one reason or another.I genuinely have no positive words for this outfit. Id rather burn my money in my own wood fire at home, thanks. Xx

Loved it. Fantastic chilled atmosphere. Family friendly with amazing food.

We had a half metre pizza, and a burger meal. The pizza was perfect, the meat in the burger was cooked just right. Even the fries where nice.Quality and customer service is outstanding, one of the few gems no doubt.Only down fall, they charge for water! One of the only places in Bradford that do.

Great food, customer service was excellent.. we ordered and were served our food in under 15 minutes (ordered a pizza and a portion of buffalo wingswas very surprised with how fast the food came out. A amazing experience will definitely be going again 👍🏽

The pizza was nothing to write home about the base tasted as though it was made from chappitie flour but the defo and service was ok and the place is clean and warm

Food was tasteless and salad was not washed properly, had to bin after a crunch of dirt from eating salad, had really bad bowl movement the next morning, will not recommend the shop, 0 stars if I could

Order half a meter pizza and it was wrong half of the pizza should of been pepperoni and the other half chilli con carni and it was all con carni then said he would send a other one out 2 hours later rang back and said later wasnt sending one when they told me they was 2 this has happened dont even deserve 1 star very poor

Staff was very professional and polite, the food service was very quick and the food was delicious. I will definitely recommend this place

1/2 meter piza is delicious and you can have it split into two toppings.. staff are good

There was no table with privacy for 2! The table we sat at was so shaky, we got our bill at the end with prices that weren’t the same as the menu, so we spoke to the worker and he said the prices have changed! But we weren’t told when ordering. The manager came and didn’t speak professionally at all, and didn’t come to an agreement!!!

Pizzas are decent, no wow factor but customer service is worse than my excretion. The staff are the most rude I have ever come across in a restaurant, full of rudeness and arrogance. The customer service is so poor words can not describe it. They claim to be HMC Approved, but there is no certificate proving it. Nor are they listed on HMC website. Absolutely scam of a restaurant. Never will I return. Minus hundred stars.

The food is average lacks the taste of pizzas I would expect. So it is ok but nothing special I was expecting a lot more from a place that is meant to stand out from the rest of the pizza places in the city. But I was not impressed so maybe it just my takes buds so you can go check it out and might have a different view point.

I would give no stars if possible!! First visit was fine food was great. Second visit with family, my 2 year old son fell forward in their highchair... the dodgy cheaply made highchair toppled as he leant forward to reach the table he hit his face on the table and there was blood everywhere... we were the only customers at the time so they definitely “didn’t notice” us ! He was bleeding for over 10 mins none of the staff once asked if he was ok, the waiter just walked byCasually putting extra napkins on our table... (not to clean the blood cuz they OBVIOUSLY didn’t see that)!!! 3 days on and thanks to firehouse my 2 yr old has had to have stitches to his gumsAnd unable toEat since!!!They don’t see anything...But their waiter stands and stares at youAll the timeYour there CREEP!

Save your money and go elsewhere.. Bradford is full of good places to eat. The place has a very odd seating style/arrangement.. really not thought through.This place is overpriced for very average food. A menu that makes no sense.. £9 for a magherita pizza when you can get it for £3 next door! They have nothing that caters for children.Pizzas were nice and fresh but hardly any topping, which was very disappointing.. Meat lasagne was truly aweful.. apparently a new addition to the menu! Take leaf out of Akbars or cafe Lahores for that kind of food.We didnt bother with desserts.For Oak Lane location, prices definitely needs to come down, a more family orientated menu would be sensible and dont be tight with portions.Otherwise I can see the place closing down in the near future.

Okay. Nothing exceptional. Their pizzas are more like homemade then a top pizzaria. With good pizza you want to eat slice after slice. I felt I had enough after three slices.

A lovely change to the regular types of pizza that you can get in Bradford! introducing a new topping mix which felt vibrant and a variety of different side dishes. A genuinely lovely atmosphere and warm service too... only drawback is cash only

If youre used to ordering a donner meat feast or chicken balti pizza from Rajas, you probably wont like the real thing or this place.Friendly and helpful staff, decent decor and good food. Ordered online twice and the manager called out of courtesy to say they didnt have a particular ingredient the first time - which was appreciated. The second time, the manager called to confirm the specific details Id added onto my order - which they fulfilled.I like what this place is doing. I do think some of the dishes could be a touch cheaper.

Pizza was not nice at all... so bland ..even my kids did not enjoy it.expected something different- disappointing..dont be fool by the name.pls dont waste your money

Absolutely disgusting, pizzas were RAW. The pizza dough was not cooked and I had food poisoning the next day. The meat looked like it came from a packet and it was warmed up and wet and there was mould on the cheese. Thats not the worst part. We decided to take out and by the time we got home and opened our pizza after the first few bites we had found hair within the pizza. Honestly do not waste your time. The manager was speaking to us in such a disrespectful tone it was a good thing we didnt eat in. If I could give a 0 rating I would. Just dont waste your money here.

Nowt to shout about. Not sure about the high stools or benches or whatever its meant to be. My 4 year old struggled to keep her balance on em. Food was average. Tried it once. Thats me done.

Nice food. Bit pricey but you do get better quality. So a nice place to try if you want to treat yourselves.

Great place to visit with family. Please bear in mind on my last visit they only take cash payments only. Ask the waitress for what is a great choice to order and check the desserts as quite a few were out of stock. I did get great service. Ambient place.

Awful service, walked in and the owner said 10 minutes for a table, 40 minutes later we are seated, sat 20 minutes no one wanted to take our order, repeatedly asked for cutlery didnt get it, expected to use starter plates for the main, shambolic

Absolutely delicious!The staff are just lovely and the food tastes amazing great place for families oooh and their desserts had me wanting more!!Would definitely recommend.

Place looks really nice, staff are very nice - shame about pizza. It doesnt taste any different to any local shop. Please use some real italian toppings and keep away from the standard "asian special" toppings

A pizza worth trying. Nice seating area, clean kitchen, do it yourself type of pizzas. I must say best toppings in town. Definitely worth trying. Superb desserts
