Free, interactive, informative about Finnish culture and establishment of the country
The museum dedicated to the industrial revolution in Tampere, the city also known as the Manchester of Finland. The exhibits are vast, well curated and very interesting. Youll need more than an hour, preferably several, if you want to see it all.The old steam engines, Helene and Marie, are especially interesting, monumental in scale.
Interesting history and exhibitions, free admittance
Visitors here can catch a glimpse of Finlands history and industrialization. Focusing on Finlayson cotton mill and factory workers life, there are freedom museum, steam engine museum etc.

History can give you valuable lessons, if you are ready to learn.
Pretty cool place. Free too
This museum is free of charge and nicely explains the history of labor in Finland. It includes an exhibition about the alcohol prohibition and following legalisation and about the role of trade union workers during and after the civil war. Finally, it closes with the development of a welfare state in Finland after the second world war.Summarizing: Great museum, where you can easily spend 2 hours.
