A very beautiful place and you feel happy and fun and suitable for all segments of society
Nice
I appreciate the renovation to make it available for everyone (wheelchairsto reach the fingers and take nice pictures.
A must stop for tourists. Good luck trying to get a good picture though, since people won’t wait for it.
Hands down best statue Ive seen, or should I say hands up.
The area is not more like we see in pictures. Now there is a wood floor around the sculpture (which I think remove its charmand the area is in an ambiental recuperation plan where native vegetation is growing everywhere in the sculpture. If you wish a picture from the hand emerging from the sand I am sorry to disappoint you.
Amazing place! I wish it wasnt so abandoned during this season
Very good place to walk eat and be calm
5 fingers on the beach. Everyone wanted to take pictures so it was difficult to get a clear photo.
This place is so attractive. One of the must visit place in Uruguay.Follow us insta, youtube, fbTravelBiteFun
Really nice place to take pictures, it’s the most famous thing to see in punta dell est.
Quite place,good restaurant
Interesting monument. Nice beach spot. A place to go. Yet, prices are a bit excessive...
Iconic place in Punta del Este Uruguay, while you enjoy the day in the beach you can get your snaps at the fingers🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
In high season there are TOO many people, so you should stay in a queue to wait for your turn. Some guys offer to take a dron photo.Every year the color of fingers changes, by the way.
Good place to visit and the heart of Punta del Este. Close to Gorlero Str. Beautiful beaches and peaceful places to go dinner
Strange hand landmark coming out of the sand and it’s a cool photo
The monument is quite iconic with everyone taking selfies and photos, to that Id give it a five. However the beach is not great. Id suggest to go to Piriapolis. All beaches towards that direction are great.
They buried a giant in the sand. All thats left are some fingers. Punta del Rate is a really cool beach with a very nice vibe. People are very polite. The place is super clean. And the fingers are just friggin cool.
Nice beach town, but missed the excitement. Maybe wrong time of year, but worth a stop nonetheless
Simple art work but quite mesmerizing. Lucky it wasnt too busy when I was there because it was freezing cold and windy.
The place everybody goes to take that photo you’ve seen everywhere. It’s nice—and there’s parking.
Fun and unique to visit this part of the beach on the Atlantic Ocean side of Punta del Este and see the 5 fingers of a hand coming up out of the sand and of course everyone wants a picture, but with patience there are spaces of time to take some fun pics
Very simple artwork but quite mesmerizing. Huge fun to take photos at although you have to consider that its ba very popular photo op and quite busy. The beach there is magnificent and it is close to the great shops and the superb eateries of the breath taking Punta del Este peninsula.
The monument is great, but it is too crowded. Also you cant see the sunset there.
Best seen at sunrise. We went and no one was there. Later in the day its packed.
Great photo spot, although due to the sheer size and spacing of the fingers its tough to get a good shot from the wooden boardwalk.
Its impossible to get this sculpture all to yourself. Too many inconsiderate tourists who pose and stay forever, without any consideration to the others. Best time to come here would be early in the morning when no one is around 😁
If you want to take a picture with the fingers (our climbing itit can take a while. Many tourists visiting all day.
Built during one of the Puntas anniversaries, it became the Punta del Este identity. The place invites you to use your creativity to take the best shots, so use and abuse your creativity to take pictures and record this astounding city!
Beautiful area but took a long time to get a picture with not a lot of people in it. At least during my travel time in December.
Loved it in the sunrise. Amazing view!
Hand beach so called...fun place .you can enjoy..an hour on the beach.
Pretty cool for a photo, just make sure your there early before the tour buses or else you will have a million people in your short. Luckily it is uraguay so early is before 10am
Very busy spot and in my opinion there are a lot of more beautiful places in Punta del Este
This was a great beach to spend the day. We took a bus from Montevideo that stopped very close to Brava Beach and took pictures of the Fingers of Punta del Este .It was a fun day to go for a run on the beach and play in the surf.
This is such an awesome attraction to see if you visit Punta del Este, Uruguay! Certain parts of the day will have heavier traffic than other parts of the day, but even with other people around, it is entirely worth it to get a picture with this famous sculpture. You can even enjoy the beautiful walk along the beach where you will see multiple species of birds and the calm waves crashing.
The fingers are obviously a must stop seeing that there’s not much else to take a pic of in this town.
I loved it here! Such a great thing to see! Punta del este is actually a beautiful place!
This is a very unique and popular tourist destination. This artistic creation has drawn tourists from all over the world to have their photo taken amongst the hand. Truly an ingenious artistic creation. The beach is very beautiful to visit as well.If a person is staying in Montevideo, it is very easy to get here by bus.
Iconic place of pde. Always full of people when is summer.
If you wanna take really nice pictures go very early in the morning.
If you have seen the world dont bother to spend your time here. There are a lot a beautiful places in the world that this place. For what it offers Punta del Este the prices are crazy high like in Monaco, except that isnt Monaco. These fingers are nothing like in the internet pictures, they are rusty, not in sand, you cant take a photo there because is full of people.
La Mano is a sculpture in Punta del Este by Chilean artist Mario Irarrázabal. It depicts five human fingers partially emerging from sand and is located on Parada 1 at Brava Beach in Punta del Este, a popular resort town in Uruguay. It is a fun place to click pictures and then take a nice swim in the beach
Its unique and if youre going to come to Uruguay & Punta del Este then you simply have to come see this.
Impressive Sculpture of a Hand emerging from the Sand. It is actually a Right Hand. The sculptor created a Left hand in Chile, so both hands together are said to be holding South America between them.
Artístic masterpiece at the beach in Punta del Este. This is an absolutely must while in the city. Do not miss out if you are in town.
This is one of the classic and must see places of Punta del Este. Walk around and take pics of the famous "Dedos". There is a parking just a few meters from them. If you go in summer, do not forget to stay at the beach!
Nice sculpture. Worth visiting it if you are a tourist. Very clean and nice, even though lot of people spray it. The County makes a very good job on cleaning it and painting it every time.
