The Eternal Flame in Buzau

If you go there just dont give up when you see how much you have to hike. Is worth seeing this if you are in the aria and you need.to know that you have to let your car never the river and hike a bit (20 mins). You have to look around and check because there are multiple places where the fire just come out of land. Unfortunately we stopped at the first one because we didnt know there are multiple places like this in the area

Zona este superba. Ultima portiune de drum de aproximativ 9 km este pietruit. Lipsa asfaltului isi spune cuvântul asupra masinii. Traseul este marcat. O parte din el s-a surpat din cauza apei. Nu mergeti dupa ploaie. Noroiul va face dificila urcarea. Eu am prins focurile stinse. Luati o bricheta...

Foarte frumoasa zona dar greu accesibila drumul este in mare parte neasfaltat.

primar de cacao la fel ca si cei din sat! am rupt masina traseul facut praf de camioanele cu lemne lipsa semne de circulatie asfalt sau cel putin iluminat stradal! mai bine oriunde aici nu va sfatuiesc!

Drumul este pietruit in ultima parte, dar se poate circula cu masina mica. De unde puteti lasa masina, mai sunt de mers inca vreo 30 minute. Traseul nu e deloc marcat, asa ca salvati-va harta pe telefon sau intrebati localnicii despre traseu. Noapte e frumos. Pe timp de zi aproape ca nu iti dai seama de foc.

Stojí za návštěvu,asi spíše večer/podvečer.Od mista kde se da parkovat cca 30min chuze.

Drumul este ingrozitor. Nu am reusit sa ajung. Imi este draga masinuta mea. Rusine autoritatilor. Voi reveni pregatita corespunzator.

Dojazd autem dość męczący. Około 6-7km szutrową drogą. Ostatni kilometr trzeba pokonać już pieszo robiąc około 200 metrów przewyższenia. Byliśmy w piątek przed zmrokiem i poza nami nikogo tam nie było. Cisza, spokój i piękna przyroda. Warto odwiedzić tą "ciekawostkę".

Un loc retras și sălbatic de frumos, ușor neaccesibil (cu o urcare în pantă de aprox. 25-30 de minute), iar cu mașina alte 30 de minute pe un drum neasfaltat, dar acceptabil de parcurs.

Focul viu se află în Terca, jud.Buzău.

Park your car before the river and walk up unless you have a 4x4. I tried crossing the river with my motorcycle and the river part was scary, and I got stuck in the mud twice. păcat că nu s-a obosit nimeni să pună un podeț. Ești nevoit să treci apa cum poți 😃 Dar e o aventură în sine. Merită urcușul !

Traseul nu e marcat, dar poteca turistica e evidenta.

peisajul este de poveste...drumul destul de complicat fiind nemarcat..aveti incredere in gps!...sunt doua cai de acces pe drumul forestier pana aproape de varf, inainte de ulttima panta faceti dreapta ve ti vedea o urma de carare coborati apoi urcati...focurile sunt undeva in stanga!a doua ruta este pe langa gard...urcati apoi va lasati in stanga...se vede cat de cat poteca!...ideea este ca aceasta excursie ii bine sa o terminati inainte de a se innopta...satele sunt izolate iar soferii se urca bauti rau la volan!...succes!

Be sure to visit during summer otherwise you wont be able to get there with a car. Small cars without 4x4 stay out.

Un peisaj minunat!Traseul până la Focurile vii este destul de ușor. Merită parcurs. ☺

Gdzieś natknęłam się na informacje że ciężko jest znaleźć miejsce, a okazało się że wcale nie - miejsce jest dobrze oznakowana na mapach Google. Najpierw trasa prowadzi dosyć dziurawą polną drogą, następnie dojeżdża się do strumyka, tam najlepiej zostawić auto bo dalsza droga jest bardzo stroma i są szlabany. Po przejściu ok 1km docieramy na miejsce. Ziemia samoczynnie płonie. Bardzo ciekawe przeżycie, szczególnie po zmroku.

Interesting phenomenon, one of a kind in the Country, but not well signalled. If you dont have reception on your phone, dont expect many signs to guide you.The road to there is only gravel from a point and more than second gear you cant use. But we managed. Make sure you have enough time.Nonetheless, worth seeing it, lovely views. Should be more promoted and maintained.Nature is amazing!

Prepare yourself for some muddy experience until you reach this place. Of course it depends when youre going🤣🤣

Ce mi-a placut:-peisajul-linistea din zona-urcatul de juma de ora pana la focul viuCe nu mi-a placut-drumul total dezastruos.Drum forestier cu pietre colturoase si taioase,care musca cu pofta din anvelope.Amortizoarele masinii gem.Ultimii 5 km de drum forestier ii faci in juma de ora.Drumul are suisuri si coborasuri.Drum recomandat numai masinilor cu garda inalta gen Logan,Duster...-lipsa indicatoarelor-lipsa unei parcari cat de cat-lipsa semnal GSM-lipsa sursa de alimente si apa.Practic o zona uitata de autoritati.Si inca ceva: SE FURA LEMNE CU CAMIOANELE 6x6.BUSTENI INTREGI SI SANATOSI SE CARA DIN 15 IN 15 MINUTE.AVETI GRIJA UNDE VA PARCATI MASINA!!! PRAF LA GREU!!!Locatia merita vizitata doar odata in viata...poate ma razgandesc daca vor asfalta drumul...poate.

Amazing phenomenon. One of its kind. Its not big but worth hiking a bit.To get there you have to drive about 20km of a mountains tracks at a really low pace.If you dont have 4x4 or a lot of courage and luck its about 1,5 km of steep hiking from parking spot. The trail is marked (but we didnt notice and a shepard helped us find a way across mountain hills 😂 )

Gas was a bit off. Bad road also.

Dont go! Its not worth it. The road is very bad and you just see 3 little flames. Too much work for too little reward. Dont go!

Lovely scene but hard to get there after heavy rain and even harder to get back through the mud. Also there are very few indicators that shows you the right direction.

Am dat 5 stele pentru locatie. Drumul pana la Focul viu, un chin. Domnului Primar nu-i pasa. Am putea dezvolta foarte mult turismul rural.

Drumul prost strica din fun. Parchezi mașina, mergi p un pod peste rau, apoi urci cca 20 minute. Vederea este foarte frumoasa, eu zic ca se merita. Nu recomand sa urcați cu copiii mici, sub 5 ani

Ciekawostka przyrodnicza choć generalnie szału nie ma . Bardzo trudny dojazd po drodze szutrowej (ładnych parę kilometrówa potem jeszcze ponad kilometr spaceru w górach. Widoki przepiękne i cisza wokół- zero turystów. Z tego powodu można to miejsce odwiedzić. Bardzo złe oznakowanie - w szczególności trasy górskiej. Radość z odnalezienia ogni BEZCENNA 😁

Drumul este greu și anevoios. În prima faza trebuie sa mergi cu mașina pe drumuri urate și stricate... Apoi o parte de drum este de tara și strici mașina. Maps îți dă drum pana sus... Dar nu exista asa ceva. Lași mașina jos la drum și urci aprox 1km pe o panta destul de abrupta, pe munte. Nu este nimic amenajat. Trebuie sa vii pregătit de traseu și cu nervi. Am dat 5 stele pentru ca este ceva unic,natura este frumoasa, și nu merita sa scad din stele pentru cei ce ar trebui sa se ocupe de amenajarea zonei pentru un mic turism.

Waste of time and very bad roads

You might not be able to find this on your own, but the locals I met were helpful and in fact led me on the hike up to the site. Its across a river from the towns main road (I took the suspension foot bridge), then a 30 minute steep uphill hike.

Interesting. Need some physical condition to get there and sports footwear.

Emanatii de gaze aprinse de cladura si razele de soare.Din drumul de masina se urca cam 200 m diferenta de nivel pe o poteca la inceput paralela cu raul (cam 50 -100 msi apoi perpendicular pe rau si abrupt. Se iese din zona cu arbori pe un plai si se mai urca pana aproape de coama dealului inca 10-15 minute.

Dont bother

Flames are impressive and the view is very nice too. They are burning even when it rains.Be prepared for a 1,5 hour drive on a really bad road and then unless you have a good 4x4, you leave your car and still need to climb. Location isnt properly marked, you may spend a lot of time searching or ask the locals.Totally worth it in good weather, but would probably advice to skip it in case of rain, as ankle-deep and slippery mud makes the climb a real challenge.

Finding this living fire spot is a true exploration! Once found, the experience is really peculiar! Plus, if you are lucky enough to be there in fall season, youll be amazed by the colors of the landscape.

remote location, not easily accessible. The road to the village is 10s of km unpaved (dirt or dust depending on weather). There is another road, longer and more interesting for 4x4 fans. From village to flames there is a steep dirt road or a forest path, ~15-20 minutes walking. Nothing else to do or view there, only the flames and the nature

Hard access, bad roads, but worth the effort.

Very beautiful place. Nice view. Hard to get there. Bumpy road, few traffic signs, but its a god ocassion to talk with locals!
