The Envoy Hotel, Abuja in Abuja

The hotel was very secure and located near the Embassy. Each day they offered a breakfast. The restaurant bar was 24 hours. The bathroom didn’t have much counter space, but the guest rooms were spacious. I enjoyed the laundry and dry cleaning services.

This hotel is a place to lodge. I would recommend this hotel for everyone. Perfect

Chef Joseph is awesome! Always has been, and always will be. Delicious food.The new management of this hotel however....A few of the rooms need quality control.Chipped paint, old mattresses, fungus on the balconies, worn carpets, etc.I think they are more concerned with appeasing certain clientele, rather than making a profit.Unless you want to stay close to the US Embassy or UK High Commission,I wouldnt stay here.

The environment is so beautiful...The rooms are built and furnished for Kings and Queens.

Love the food especially the cheesecake, loved the bar even more, we kept hitting the mojitos. The pool is small but perfect. They just have to fix the flies in the outdoor area, its very irritating eating and swishing away so many flies.

If you are not based in in Abuja and you have an appointment with the American Embassy or the British High Commission in Abuja, then this is the best place for you.Apart from that, it’s definitely still worth it if you’re in Abuja for anything else.The place feels secure, it’s serene and the staff very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend this anytime and would love to visit again.

Excellent place to stay and dine. Located in a serene environment of the Diplomatic Drive with minutes drive to the City Centre and easy Airport connections.

I had a business meeting here and I loved the ambience. Serene, clean, classy.Although, when I visited, it seemed they were renovating a part of the hotel. That aside, it looked quite lovely. I didnt stay in any of the rooms so Im not sure of their service.Its a walking distance from the US Embassy so its a great choice if you have an appointment or meeting at the Embassy.

Nice modern hotel with a good ambience. The staff is mostly friendly, except the receptionists; they’re a bit strange and really not patient. Food is good, especially the breakfast, overall overpriced though.

You can easily find your way from the US EMBASSY entrance. Its a lovely place. Also went there for a PCR Covid-19 Test sample collection.

Damn its fine tbvh🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩The food is not bad but they have different chefs and each chef has their style of cooking so the same meal ordered on the same day might taste and look different because they make it afresh each time you order and it might be a different chef,sometimes if you like your food on the spicy side or are particular about anything its best to specify when placing your order,Otherwise its a hotel with great services and well its fancy so prices are more on the high side.

Top notch hotel. Rooms are beautiful and theres a lot of storage space (cabinets, drawers etc). Love their toiletries. Its also located on Diplomatic Drive which is more or less "peaceful". Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

One of the best and luxurious hotel in the Abuja. They have nice rooms and restaurants. The pool side restaurant is the most people like to visit but due to the covid restrictions the closed at 9 pm. The staff are giving good service and good hospitality you may fine here. The security is good in this area, even the many embassies are located in this area. The room is good clean and well maintained with bigger space which makes more comfortable your stay. I would recommend anyone who visit to Abuja to use this hotel.

Honestly, for how much these rooms cost, their customer service is not the best.Rooms are clean, but orders (whether food or housekeeping, take forever to arrive).Room service once took over 3 hours to bring an order! In all our many hotel experiences, this has never before happened. They also (more than oncedid not bring all our meal order and had to call when we discovered we had been charged for it. Even housekeeping had to be called five times about an item they had said was on the way the first time.In addition, food orders are very inconsistent. We ordered caesar salads but instead (twicegot greek salads. Sometimes the beef fillet is two fillets, other times is one. Sometimes you order the pepper sauce and instead get ketchup. It really seemingly depends on whos manning the kitchen that day.Plus, when you order food, its best to first ask for what they have available as half of the meals on the menu were unavailable at different times.We really are the most out-of-sight guests at hotels and mostly stay in, order room service, dont even bother to ask our room to be cleaned etc as we travel to stay in, but this experience was not up to par. Cheaper hotels have had better service.Overall, If all you want is a clean hotel room, this hotel works great; but if you want all of the experience of taking a break from everyday life and finding a nice place to vacation, then this is probably not* the place for you.

Wonderful stayVisited The Envoy with my family and I must say it was a beyond-amazing experience. From the cordial staff, to the rooms, ambience, serene environment and THE FOOD was wonderful . Even though all their rooms were sold out, it didnt have that overwhelming feeling of too many people around which was great. Money well spent and we would definitely come back!!!. Definitely under top 3 best hotels in Abuja

Omo, this hotel is cool. Though a bit expensive but you get value for money and thats what business is all about.. I love this place because it close to Embassies therefore the security is tight and the environment is serene. I wish I can get pictures of the room and add to my pamphlet for prospective clients who might need them.

Really clean and nice Hôtel. Breakfast wasn’t the best experience as the restaurant is small and people were asked to go back to their rooms and told they would be called back when there is space. Good place overall.

The hotel is So Clean and the staff are so friendly. The lady called Grace at the reception was amazing.Muno and Timothy at the bar was amazing.Blessing, Faith, Amara, Samuel, Seun aka Pelzzy. Godwin and Efiong all the security at the gate the list goes on. I will be coming back and I will be recommending this hotel.

I stayed at this place for 2 weeks. Positives: place was clean, staff were friendly, wifi was reliable and the pool was good. Negatives: The menu was limited, do not order any steak as every type was as tough as leather. The food service was very slow indeed.

Beautiful and courteous staff, The tap and shower control works perfectly even a child can control it, unlike some hotels youll need the intervention of their engineer to turn on the tap whenever you need it(sigh).Also, you can access nearly all the major foreign and local news tv stations plus some kids tv stations and more.The only thing I found not working is the digital scale available in my room for, couldnt check my weight when I lodged in and when I checked out😆I had a nice time here.

Envoy hotel is so exotic, world standard facilities, conscious of security and great reception. The lifts and rooms are only accessed by authorized persons. If you are not lodged there, you wont have access to the lift and rooms. The rooms are well cleaned and maintained. However, this hotel is not for the middle-class. The rate is quite expensive.

Very nice hotel located on "Embassy Row". Though Im not necessarily a fan, the first thing I noticed in the lobby was American Country-Western music. Also, they have Fox News showing in the bar. Kudos for that! Very nice property, great amenities. The "rain shower" is a definite upgrade to the normal hotel shower.

The security men were courteous, helped me to get a parking spot. Next the reception was attentive as well as waiters. The ambience of the place is really nice, beautiful furniture, social distance protocols observed even in the elevator.I need to sample more of their food after now. Pizza was not bad though.
