Cosy, relaxed wine bar featuring global tapas, entrees & charcuterie, plus various live-music acts.
The food was great! Nice comfortable atmosphere! Service was good! Would definetely go again!
Delicious food, large wine selection, great atmosphere and reasonable portion sizes at a fair price. Great for a night out with friends or a dinner for two. Its a bit outside of town but I think the journey adds to the experience. Would recommend.
We used to love our visits to Easy Pour and are never ones to write off an establishment after one poor experience. Unfortunately, our last couple of visits have been disappointing. We’re often waiting 15-20 minutes before we’re even able to place a drink order, & the staff nor the owner ever offers an apology for the wait. We asked for a meal we had seen on their Facebook stories and our waiter told us “that is probably just what my boss made himself for lunch” and made it look like it was difficult to arrange that. We were confused as to why a dish would be shared on social media but not made available in the restaurant. No need for a response. We’ve seen through the previous owner responses that he doesn’t take responsibility for the complaints of customers. We understand that times are still tough as restaurants try to recoup their losses after the pandemic, but Easy Pour doesn’t seem to appreciate their patrons at all. Not a warm or welcoming environment - we won’t be returning or recommending it.
I am in love with this place! Such a beautiful, quaint and friendly atmosphere and it was a really amazing experience that my fiancé and I had for our first time at Easy Pour Wine Bar. The staff were super friendly accommodating, not to mention the food was perfection! Wine was of course amazing and honestly, overall just a fantastic experience! Have already booked our next date night here :)
I am a return customer to easy pour and brought 2 new people with me tonight. I am usually a huge fan but tonight was a major disappointment in service. I will say the food was delicious and always is.The disappointment was with our server. He was cold, short and it seemed that we were a bother to him. No mention of features, no offer of dessert, and very little check in.I think the most shocking part was getting the bill and seeing that the cabernet Sav wine by the glass we ordered was $25 per glass!!!! I was shocked. I like a good glass of wine but that is a little insane for a "house" wine.Sad to say that I dont think this will be my recommendation for a restaurant any longer.
The wine list is wonderful and deep. The food is delicious and the service is exceptional
This will be our new date night spot. Came out for our anniversary and had an AMAZING time. Sadie made us some fabulous drinks off menu, and the food was devine. Highly recommend for a date night. Also, loved the live music!Great date night spot!!!!
Went to celebrate our anniversary. Had an amazing time.Great food, amazing atmosphere, live music, and Sadie makes great cocktails!Would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful night out.
We had a lovely experience at the easy pour! The food was so so yummy and we loved the atmosphere too. Our server knew when to give us space and when to check in. I liked the easy slow flow of the meal! We had the caprese salad, beet salad, pork belly tacos and meatballs. Oh my yum! Id definitely return for an intimate experience.
The owner was kind of obtuse but our server and sommelier was amazing. She recommended a butternut Chardonnay to pair with our mussels and a red Zinfandel to pair with the short rib. The food, wine and service was spectacular!
My sister-in-laws and I went here for the first time this past Sunday and thought it was fantastic - we had perfect weather and a perfect spot on the deck. There was a great wine selection, as expected and the food did not disappoint either - the cheese board, Pesto Gnocchi, Salmon and panna cotta were all wonderful, as was our server! I have already recommended this place to friends and would definitely not say no to a return visit!
Delightful El Fresco dining on their casual and comfortable patio. Always love the food here, but dining outdoors has taken this place to another level.
Went for my wifes. Birthday it was to day. My wife and i had a great. Day and meals were ext.
My husband and I went to Easy Pour for our 24th Anniversary. Everything from the food, the service the atmosphere was amazing. I can’t wait to visit for the live music this summer.
Tonight was not our first at Easy Pour. We’ve been enjoying wonderful casual dinners for about 2 years now. I do google reviews only when I have been truly moved; good or bad. Tonight was exceptional! Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but so was the entertainment; Mark Smith and special guest. Their play list and harmonized vocals gave us one of those moments, where you realize there is no where else you’d rather be! Thanks to everyone who stayed home to watch the leafs game, but we where clearly the winners!
The experience I had here was absolutely horrendous. Two from our party ordered the gnocchi, which wasnt good. It was oily and the texture was not what a gnocchi should be. My sister has eaten gnocchi all over the world, her husband is Italian, my fiance is a trained chef who now manages two restaurants, and we are avid foodies who dine out constantly, so we had enough knowledge and experience at the table to know it was a poorly executed dish. The server was not impressed but took the gnocchi and offered us something else. 20-30 minutes later, the owner storms up to our table demanding that we pay for the gnocchi (at $29 per plate, after it was removed from the table when we sent it back), in addition to the second dish we ordered. He then loudly lectured us on the time and cost of making gnocchi, and the fact that there are hungry people in the world, while towering over our table. To top it off, he very arrogantly informed us that he has the best gnocchi in Ontario. No sir, you most certainly do not. His behaviour was absolutely deplorable and unprofessional. I will never return to this establishment, and will forever discourage people from dining there. Its a shame really, as I moved to the area shortly before the pandemic, and we were excited to find our new favourite spots. I look forward to a potential response here from the owner, as I see from negative reviews below that he likes to come on and refute complaints. This just further substantiates what I have said about the behaviour he exhibited that evening.
Went there with not much expectation and I was pleasantly surprised. This is a definate place for "fine dining" although in a very relaxed atmosphere. Prices on the higher end but you understand why when you receive your order. Shared the cheese fondue with some friends and holy - it was amazing. Had a homemade soup (very large portion sizeand the roasted beet salad. Both were out of this world good. I would say its the kind of place you may see in Yorkville in Toronto. Ambiance great as well. It was quite busy but the server was very attentive (I believe he was the only one servingas this is a somewhat small place. Love it and will definately be returning. Fabulous place for that "special treat lunch or dinner". Call ahead and make reservations.
Three of us had a late lunch on Saturday. Although they were full up downstairs with a private party they seated us upstairs and we thoroughly enjoyed different salads, conversation together, and a sweet downtime on a busy Easter weekend. Thank you Easy Pour!.
The food was delicious! Great wine selection. The place was very cozy. I recommend calling ahead for reservations.
Food was good, the atmosphere was nice, service could use some improvement, we felt rushed through the whole meal, and we were asked to leave before dessert, as someone else needed the table.
Our first meal out in a long time. It was so great to get out again. The food was amazing way too much and the best part was entertainment with dinner. Connor Gaines was playing the evening we were there, what a pleasant surprise. Surprise! I hope hes back there again soon. Ive always liked him. He is such a great smooth jazz singer with a little bit of soul added in. All in all it was a great night out. We will be back soon
Once again Easy Pour did not disappoint. They make the best mussels, the beet salad was amazing, tuna tataki was delish and everyone raved about the lamb lollipops. Thank you for a great evening and Juneyt providing wonderful music.
Food was good, but quite expensive, that also goes for drinks.Service was top notch, restaurant is clean and looks really nice.Their choice of live music is really good as well.I definitely suggest going, but again, quite expensive for what you get.
Sadly disappointed. Heard such great things about this place but our experience was less than a one star but because of the food ( once we got itwe gave it a two star. The two gentleman that worked there did not seem to be too happy we were there. Service was soo slow. The gentleman sat on their phones at the bar several times while Our glasses sat empty, the food took what seemed and eternity to come. When it came it was good, very hot. We were offered dessert, 2 options, and we ordered one of them. It took close to 40 Minutes for it to come out. Our water glasses were left unfilled and no offer of another glass or wine etc. We wanted to leave, but both gentleman just went in the back. Once we got the dessert is was not worth the wait. We mentioned something to our server about the time it took and he just sighed and said " yes, it did take a long time". If we would have known it was going to take that long we would not have ordered it. There was no offer of a discount or at the minimum a credit for the 10.00 apple crumble that came in a ramekin. My husband and I enjoy fine dining, we understand good food can take time, but with us being the ONLY ones ordering food in the restaurant the service was awful. Soo disappointing. If you are looking for some good food in a small intimate setting definitely pack your patience ! We sadly, will not be back nor will be recommend.
Our dinner was impeccable. The wine selection, food and service. We felt very cosy in this restaurant. The best tasty food for sit down in KW! Cooks definitely put effort and love in every dish. Definitely coming back for more!
Great food and wine! And wonderful service too! You do need a reservation as the place is small but very quaint with a great atmosphere. Last night the bartender/ sommelier /server (Sadiewas awesome 👍. She right away made our evening fun. Very friendly, you could tell a smile even though she wore a mask. Its been a while since we were here and she asked what type of wine 🍷 I would like. After I described a full body, dry, red. .. she with confidence brought me a full glass to try her recommendation. And it was perfect. An old Vine zinfandel. Wow I think I found a new favorite wine lol. For dinner we shared the mussels. And they were delicious!! The sauce you want to eat with a spoon 🥄 its so good. For the main, i had the sundried tomatoes chicken on a bed of pasta 🍝 mmmmm mmm good! And my hubby had the lamb 🐑 medium rare, and he too said it was done perfect. We were not going to have dessert, but after a great suggestion from our server Sadie, we had a taffy/ caramel slice of cheese 🧀. What? Yes lol. It was like a very dense cheesecake. And it tasted like caramel/taffy. Really good. We will definitely be back. They used to have live music here before the pandemic. Hopefully that will return some time soon. The restaurant has two levels, if you cant do stairs you should mention it when you book your reservation.
Wow, truly an absolute hidden gem in the heart of Cambridge. Easy Pour will not disappoint. Their menu is great, the wine list has something for everyone, the atmosphere is cozy, and the service is friendly and accommodating. Oh, and the live music on the weekends is always a bonus. We have been to Easy Pour several times and they always surpass our expectations. Everything is very consistent.Items ordered:- Thai Mussels.- Lamb Lollipops.- Tuna Tataki (hands down, the best tuna we have had).
This is a fantastic date spot. Live music and good food. The atmosphere is incredible, relaxing, trendy and interesting. The back rooms make an excellent private function space thats very intimate.
We made a reservation for 3 and we were the only ones there. It was the most cold restaurant experience we’ve ever had. The host/server barely said two words to us and the food was not that great. On top of the fire alarm kept going off and we had an infant with us so there was no acknowledgement or any reassurance there wasn’t any fire or issues.
Came here for the first time for my birthday. Service was quick, food was delicious, server was attentive and the live music by Sammy Duke was great. Will definitely be back!
Hubris reigns supreme. Sure the food is good, but $11 for a rum & coke? How about $15 for an olive tapanade? $25 for Gnocchi? $12 cheesecake? $75 (including tipfor one person means youre going to work for 5.5 hours at minimum wage to earn your dinner... Its a small venue thats a little bit out-of-the-way, but if you want the treat of high-quality, well-prepared food, and dont suffer from a skimpy wallet, then this is the place, PARTICULARLY with the live musical talent which they employ. That was essentially the centrepiece for the evening! Our entertainer, Michael Maguire, was great! I hope he got paid handsomely...
This was a most amazing dining experience!! The ambiance -Stellar!! The delivery?? Sandra our server was alone on a Monday night and suddenly it was a full restaurant!!! Well well well the job she did in explaining the food, the confidence in the management and the chef was notable!! Will definitely return!! Thank you for the great evening!!!
Not one to leave reviews but by far the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Our waiter was NOT a waiter in any means and was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were left outside on the patio after our reservation was double booked, then we were forgotten about for 20 mins sitting at the table, not being greeted once by anyone. Once finally getting inside, it took another 20 minuets for anyone to come to our table where instead of being greeted, the man was extremely rude and rushing us to order yet we hadnt even been offered to order a drink. It took us 40 minuets to get a glass of wine, an hour and 15 minuets into our reservation to get an appetizer and 2 hours to get our meal. We were never given an apology until after the bill was paid, even then it was nothing more than "sorry". Brutal. If Im spending almost $200 for a meal, this is not what I expect. Unfortunate as the food and music is good, but service was so bad that I wont be back.
Ate here many times with daughter. Have never been disappointed! Always fresh, creative, and good service.
Stopped in for dinner, with a reservation, after shopping with my daughter. Sat outside on the Patio at a table for two. That evening there was a guitarist/singer playing under a tent which provided a nice, relaxing air to our dining experience. Our Server, Sandra, was simply outstanding; she was very pleasant & professional and went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our evening and dinner. We have dined here on a few previous occasions and will undoubtedly be returning in the future. Thanks again to everyone at The Easy Pour for a wonderful evening.
Omg I cannot rave enough about this phenomenal hidden gem! Hands down one of the best meals Ive ever had-Lights out!!
The Patio was lovely ...service from Jim was excellent. My beef rib was excellent! Tender & Tasty. The Brie Appetizer was ok..could have been more Brie & Crackers than berries....all in all, I would go again for sure..especially on entertainment night!
We enjoyed the food and the service (although a bit slowAmbience was great and the music was tolerable. The (overpricedwine was excellent. What we couldnt tolerate was the waiter serving an obvious drunk. Up to the point he did a face-plant in front of everyone. Is that how to run a business?
Beautiful food. Excellent wine. On the Grand patio is lovely. We go for the live music nights and are never disappointed.
Went here for what was suppose to be a light lunch and ended up getting more because the menu was so enticing! We sat on the small patio, which was quiet and the tables well spaced. Professional servers and a delicious menu. You must try the brie melted cheese sandwich, thick bread with much cheesy goodness!
Nice atmosphere. I went during phase 3 of covid. Love that there was live music, love the upstairs seating...menu was limited for my taste, ordered the steak and salmon was ok. For the price point I wanted seriously savory delicious. Overall nice enough
PHENOMENAL! Super fancy place with all the fancy trimmings. My first time BUT won’t be my last. Went there with a friend who treated me to a birthday lunch & the man serving us made an extra special gesture with a Port while enjoying dessert. Busy area but easy to find with plenty of parking. I think they are opening up the patio area too! Can’t wait until next time! Thank you!!!
Had a great meal with the family, authentic wine list and freshly prepared food. Will definitely be coming back!
The atmosphere was pleasant and the live music was fantastic. Our group had a great time with our server and we were speechless sith the quality of food. We will be coming back for sure!
We just went there for a girls night out last night. I had an amazing experience. The food is excellent. I really appreciate good food and that is the reason I dont usually go out, because it is really hard to find a place with good food and reasonably priced. Their wine selection is very large. Great wines! The entertainment (live musicwas wonderful as well, and Alin is a great host. The setting is great and I loved the tasty rustic decoration and the art on their walls. I loved it there and will definitely go back! I highly recommend this place.
Love the rustic decor, the village setting, and food. Alin has great taste and appreciates his customers. He provides an interesting variety of entertainment.
Great place for dinner or shareables. Live music the night we went. We had the mussels and meatballs as well as cheese plate. All was good and we will go again.
First time at Easy Pour. I must say I was a little disappointed. The music by Juneyt was delightful. The ambiance was cozy. However to my surprise there was no Stephen. We specifically went for the Stephen. Oh well. We will be enjoying the comforts of The Easy Pour Wine Bar another time and hopefully they have Stephen back in stock.
We spent a lovely evening here. It was a Tuesday night so they had live music as well. We also got to meet the owners who recommended us a fantastic Spanish wine. We had a rib eye cooked to perfection and very tasty deserts. Being Halloween we took a picture of the few customers dressed for the occasion.
The food and wine were obviously fantastic. What surprised us most was the high quality of the live music and the great atmosphere in the building.
