Amaaazing vibes. Went to leiden fest and just kept coming back to this bar in between the games/rides/food. Staff are really nice

Bartenders are kind very helpful. Helped me store my suitcase for some time and charged my phone while I had some great beer.

I had a great time at this place with my friend. Good service and great food. Loved the fries (maybe they couldve offered more mayo thoand the burger was great. The atmosphere was great due to the international people and the football match that was shown. I do not recommend talking about serious topics at this place during a football match because you will certainly get interrupted by some British people screaming in the background. Other than that, amazing place hahaha

Sports bar located in the centre of Leiden, great place to watch football matches with several huge tv screens. Good selection of drinks and a kitchen open till 10.

Very much a pub that feels like your "local" - made to feel welcome, good choice of beers and cosy inside or out.

Great place with mix of regulars and people just there for a good time. Bar staff excellent - especially the S.African contingent 😄 so you can have a great Durban curry or lovely Fish and chips. Burgers and sweet potato fries excellent as well but most importantly a great pint of Guinness. Always has the sports on inside usually football but thats because Im normally in Leiden midweek.

Nice friendly staff. Drinks are reasonably priced and they helped us move outside when it was nice weather.

Its a wonderful place to go to relax from all stress of the day. Get a cold pint, relax on the couch or at the bar. Playing darts and watching the game with mates and not thinking about tomorrow. Love the place. Will always go there when visiting Leiden.

relatively fun bar with a couple of Australian artifacts scattered on the walls but also an irish flag (?), south africa rugby flag (??amd English flag (?!?!?!?on the walls. beers were also v expensive

I go to this bar regularly. Its a nice place with good beer and drinks. The latest improvement to the menu is also good. The only down side is that the toilet is an urinoir on one side and the normal toilet has the symbol for male on it (a cirlce with an arrow). It can be confusing for women, especially after a drink ;). Its also unfortunate that the smoking area isnt closed of properly so its still smokey in the bar. The people who work there are really friendly and pleasant in my experience

Good location to watch football, rugby and sports in general. They have good snacks and a very nice beer selection from tap. Good atmosphere!

Nice atmosphere and feel inside this bar. The service was also really nice. But as an Australian, I was super disappointed with the food. The Australian meat pie was absolutely butchered. Really thin, dry and no where near enough gravy. For a simple gas station meal, this was quite a sad representation. Overall a good pub but wouldn’t recommend the meals - only the fries🤣

Best sports bar around. 100% recommended to come for derby Amsterdam Vs Rotterdam but I suggest you enter as Ajax fan haha

Regular sports bar in town. Relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere. They do have classical Irish and Australian beers, like Guiness and VB. Even if you dont go for the sports its a good place to have a pint with a friend or two.

They have numerous tv screens. So we can mostly watch the match we would like to. One of the best sports bars in and around Leiden. Grab a seat of your choice at least 15 mins before the match. It gets crowded on weekends.

If you feel watching some sports while drinking some beers this is the place. Sometimes is extremely crowded but I gives the pub a special vibe (gezellig). People so kind and really attentive!

Fantastic atmosphere. Service is quick and friendly. Great choice of beer. Snacks are just as they need to be (not too fancy). Great coverage of sports on the numerous screens. Hospitality is second to none.

Cider off the tap, Aussie atmosphere, good service and you can follow pretty much any sort of sports games here. Does tend to get crowded a bit, and if you prefer a more intimate meeting or occasion, you might be disappointed.

If you dont know... then shame on you.Amazing staff.. Good fun but also keep things ship shape. From the sports point of view.. well The amount of screens can easily watch all and sometimes even when I am the only one in the bar to want to watch something thats not so popular (sports wiseThey will always try and accommodate.There is every nationality and all are welcome. Really good bar snacks and occasionally special gourmet burger van or food trucks. In the summer you have the pleasure to sit and drink on the water as they have a boat for us. And very new but amazing terras... So you can literally people watch, Hear the music, order without going to the bar.. Just give a little nod and the staff already know what you want and will bring it to you.Music is always good. Always relevant to what is going on.The people are mixed too and thats great so if you are 18 or 80 then bring it. Everyone welcome.Oh and live bands and parties to celebrate things like St Patricks, Kings day, etc etc you catch my drift.I travel more than one hour to get to The Duke, But it is so worth it.If you dont know then find out.

If you wanna see a football match, this is is your pub. They have a lot of TVs around the pub so you can see whatever you want. Maybe you can see one premier match at the same time that another Spanish match. Good ambience, good beers.

If you want to watch a soccer or rugby match in a proper sports bar you go to Duke of Oz. Have a drink and discuss the game with other fans. Also has live performances and excellent beers.
