Nice Sunday roasts with the family. I couldve happily eaten two of those large Yorkshire. The beef was delicious and the carrots were sweet and tasty.
We had a wonderful time there for our engagement drinks here. Mario, Michael and the team looked after us very well and couldn’t have made things easier. Great pub!
Great food and wine options
A beautiful back street pub that offers delicious food, great beers and a theatre downstairs. The staff are amazing and very friendly... an all round great pub!!!
Small theatre connected to a pub the show we saw was really good well worth a visit.
We visited this gastro pub yesterday. We ordered beef and pork roast, as recommended by the staff. The food arrived promptly, and the meal was delicious. Juicy meat and thick gravy. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Curtains Up
I had a great evening in this Pub. Micheal and rest of staff, they done absolutly amazing service even when the pub got flooded by people! Alots! By far Curtains Up is the best pub in the Barons Court area. I recommend this place!
I went today for Sunday roast and it was A MA ZING!!!!!!! Michael was our waiter and he was so nice. He is very friendly and very helpful with any questions and requests. You HAVE to go!!!!!! 100% recommended

Had a really lovely experience, great staff and atmosphere
We visited the pub for lunch. Large selection of delicious sandwiches, excellent coffee and service. Highly recommend.
Got the goats cheese croquets for starter and the battered cod for main with chips. Amazing service, the staff were a super friendly and we had a delightful evening. I was with some friends who were here for the first time and they will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended
Friendly and efficient service. Standard pub fare arrived quickly.

Lovely place for dinner.Excellent service and really lovely staff. The food is really tasty and good portions.
Nice pub with good food and beer. Bathroom very clear
Best pub for a stop once at Queens tennis event. Great variety of beverage and excelent service
When the members bar closes at Queens Club at close of play in the middle of a major tennis tournament, you gotta go get a beer here 👍. Its a great British pub, need I say more?
Great food and drinks. Loved the vibe and the neighborhood. Servers were terrific, even though they were quite busy 😊
A beautiful pub in West Kensington. The team are incredibly friendly and our lunch was one of the nicest pub lunches we have ever had. We can’t wait to come back!
This is our first trip to London, staying in West Kensington. We found this lovely place to have lunch and saw they do stage performances as well. So we saw the evening performance and really enjoyed it. Everyone that worked the bar was so nice and made us feel at home with plenty of nice and humorous conversation. The food and beer was great, lunch and dinner! And of course the attention we received was so appreciated.
Great food. Excellent service. Fab Friday atmosphere
Decent pub. Big space, food not bad
Nice place. I need to contact these people regarding the payment of my bill. kindly send me your email here
Not so new to the area nowHad brunch .......excellentGreat beerExtremely nice staff .Great pub for a quick drink ( we all need one of those occasionally)Fab place to eat
Bar area very nice and a good variety of wines available. Although Im not used to London prices, I still managed to spend near £100 for just a couple of rounds
We stopped for a late lunch after a theatre visit. Was a good visit. Food good, service friendly. It is recommended, a good visit. Enjoy it!
Very warm and cosy pub ! Food was absolutely fantastic and the team is super nice ! Highly recommended
A decent pub with the usual provision of drinks, nothing particularly special there although they do change them up every now and then (for example they added Youngs Winter Warmer red ale recently). Very good food though, particularly recommend the pork belly if you get a chance, but perhaps ask for extra gravy. Also the pub quiz on Sundays is great - starts at 7.30, finished by 9.30 so plenty of time to get home on a school night.
We were going to the Hammersmith Apollo and asked a friend for a nice place for drink and food before our show .Well this little diamond of a pub was fantastic lovely food and drink it turned out it was a youngs pub .Only ten minute walk to Apollo highly recommend
Lovely pub but disappointing experience today. There is only 1 vegetarian roast option but it comes with its own sides rather than the usual. I asked if I could have the veggie tart but with the normal sides and was told I could but would be charged £19 which is the price of the beef choice! This makes no sense as I wasnt asking for anything extra and I wasnt havent any meat!? I tried to explain this to the barman, I understood it wasnt his decision, but there was not much discussion on the matter. Not everyone who wants the veggie option wants vegan sides and shouldnt be charged an extra £4 for what is technically exactly the same amount of food! Also wouldnt recommend the tart, no taste and watery, but the rest was good.
Nice Location, very attentive and friendly staff, great selection of beers.
Casual pub, nice atmosphere, gets busy by evening 7pm
Nice Pub with good beer selection and friendly staff
Been there once and did not disappoint. Wide selection of beers and great menu - the aperitivo we had was very good. Staff is very friendly and caring. Definitely recommended!!
I’ve been in The Curtains Up few times, beautiful place, well decorated. The staff is really friendly and a very nice atmosphere!
Visited on Wednesday for lunch and had a fabulous time. I was promptly greeted, in a very polite and professional manner, by a manager which showed me to the table where my friend was sitting. Ordered the rack of lamb and it was so tender and juicy. My friend had the steak which was also very nicely cooked and tasty; I’ve asked for a side of mashed potato to go with my lamb and they’ve honoured my request with no fuss whatsoever. Service was very friendly and the pub looked lovely and clean. Will definitely visit again! 😊
I went here for lunch with my friend and had a great experience. We were welcomed in a very friendly way and service was with a smile throughout the whole experience. I’ve ordered the sirloin steak which was amazing and cooked to perfection, and my friend’s rack of lamb also looked delicious and juicy. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.Very good value for money!
What a great place, popped in for a beer on a Sunny bank holiday Monday (Shirley some mishtake, its never Sunny on Bank holiday Mondayenjoyed a lovely cold beer and found the Baron Court theatre in the basement, how good is that. They are performing "Autobahn" at the moment but all performances are sold out. Get there early next time! In all a terrific place and very glad I found it! The bar staff like being here and like us being there with them, it shows. + Must mention the "key safe" love it, you can leave you keys in the pub so visitors can pick them up. Cool
A gastropub on the street corner which is usually busy on most evenings with a good atmosphere inside and also outdoor seating. It is quite upscale as expected in the area and also quite expensive with mains at about £12-20 and dessert for £6-7. All of the food is consistently well-made though with generous starter and mains portions. The menu is typical fare - sausages, foie gras/pate, burgers, sticky toffee pudding, etc. We especially liked the chips with cheese and truffle oil. The pub also has a theatre underground (the clue is in the name!and I would definitely recommend going to it - we saw a comic Victorian detective play in this cellar which must be the smallest theatre in London!
Super friendly staff and great atmosphere, but prices are a bit on the higher end.The food was amazing though, I had the lamb medallions and they were perfectly cooked and delicious. The buttered potatoes on the side were also great, fresh and full of flavour, the veggie bed was cooked perfectly and lightly spiced.I really enjoyed the food but still think it was a bit expensive. Still, a great pub!
